Wider variety of brands in the store with what seems to me , everyday discounts

Well it was a pleasant trip to Macy's but it was kinda crowded... And there were no employees to be found anywhere.

It's Macy's. They can't keep up with H&M, Zara, and Express. Low quality, overpriced, out of date clothes.

I love visiting all Macy's stores but my favorite in this area is located at Perimeter Mall.

Lots of selection, prices are a bit high. Will come back for sales.

I found what I wanted on sale and people were friendly.

Unhelpful customer service. Employees would not let me use their exit to the mall because they told me the mall was closed. (It was not.) I had to go outside and take a different entrance to get to the mall.

Macy's has been trying to save money by cutting back on the number of personnel so for the past year or so there haven't been nearly enough Sales Associates available to help customers. Sales Associates have to maintain their large departments, most of the time there is only one Sales Associate in each department and they're not always able to see shoppers first or may be helping another shopper by helping them look for items. Some shoppers have no respect for other shoppers or the merchandise and toss merchandise everywhere including the floor. On big sale days the stores look like large trash dumps plus some shoppers will try on clothes on the sales floors rather than use fitting rooms. Shoppers no longer has fitting room attendants and many shoppers leave clothes in heaps on the floors and benches. Macy's Upper Management obviously doesn't understand why more customers prefer to shop online these days. If Macy's they used some common sense, they would have more Sales Associates in every department especially to cover employee meal breaks and have fitting room attendants. Wake up Macy's Upper Management if you want more shoppers shopping in your stores instead of online!

Getting an old fur coat redone and they've been great. Fur Vault will make you happy. Store was pretty quiet but all staff wearing masks.

I really like Macy's, I was there around Christmas and the store was beautifully decorated. However, even with their sales, they are over priced. Great variety

Bobbi Brown Cosmetics counter is huge and amazing! Check those ladies out!

No customer service good luck finding what you need. They are understaffed and the store needs to be cleaned and organized.

I think the one at Lennox square has better options , less variety and not all sizes are available. Also evening time it's very difficult to reach due to traffic.

Awful customer service because I didn t want to sign up for the credit card. Just flung my jewelry in a bag, didn t box it, although they had boxes available. Never again :)

All of the employees were wearing masks. Hand sanitizer at the checkouts. It was easy to find help and all of the employees were attentive.

Good shopping department store. Great discounts, collection of clothes and quality.

Juanita has the worst customer service. I'm sorry to call out an employee by name. But my mother and I went up to the counter and Juanita could not stop talking to her associate long enough to greet us as we approached checkout. Throughout the whole transaction she kept talking to her associate not acknowledging either my mother or myself. I was really disappointed to see that Macy's employees behaved this way in an empty store with two valued paying customers.

Good sales and selection, sometimes hard to get customer service

Shopping for household items and undergarments. Needed to be sized. Informed no one there to accommodate me. Told I could have Victoria Secrets size me. Seemed odd. Was I suppose to go there and then return to Macy's to make my purchase? Asked for supervisor. He called someone from another department and provided me with $25 off my purchase.

Very wonderful Macy's employee assisted my needs. Supervisor apologized several times and stated this should never have happened. This is why you shop at your better department stores.

Clean but in furniture dept noooo one spoke so i spent my money somewhere else

My experience with Maria Moreda is by far the worst customer service ever ..... I was trying to pay and maintain my credit .... She was not helping at all ... Felt like talking to cumputer
For that reason i will never shop at macys anymore ... I take my business somewhere else

You waste time looking for breakage can help you find a size of clothing

People at this Macy's are very stuck up and don't care about their job. I went in to get some more perfume for my wife, couldn't find anyone and when she finally did come to me, I asked for the big bottle and she stated we only have this one size and I point out to her in the case that there was clearly 3 different sizes. Just plain rude and lazy! I bought it there anyways a s I wasn't about to fight more traffic to go somewhere else. Will not return to this location ever!

Bought men's shoes and pants. Staff could not have been more helpful, informative and pleasant. I haven't shopped off line for a while. What a pleasant surprise.

They have shoes with no price tags and shoes on display that's not in stock....i asked the sales associate to look up price and he said it doesn show in computer....very disappointed in Macy's because it usually upholds high standards

Park on the furniture side, you will find more parking

Shobha Patel -Origins Counter Manager

I have been meaning to write this for quite some time now but I finally got the extra time.

My wife and my son were shopping at the Origins counter and they were looking for a specific item. They asked Shobha for the item and she turned to locate it and quickly noticed that my son seemed like something was wrong.
She immediately told my wife and that was when my wife noticed that my son had something in his throat and was choking on it.
My wife had not noticed because my son was standing a little bit behind her and to her right.
He was choking on a peppermint candy. The regular hard candy disk that is red & white.

Shobha was able to get my son to cough up the candy after a couple of frightening moments! My wife was so shocked and happy that he was OK. My wife was quite emotional afterwards (as you can imagine) and I was too when I heard what happened that day.
Thank you so much Shobha for noticing my son so quickly and basically saving his life.

You deserve to be recognized over and over for this. I always try to come by and say hello and thank you when I happen to be in Macys.
You are an AMAZING person!

I was there on 12/16/2019 @ around 4pm tired and wanted to give Macy's some of my money I love Macy's. Found 3 pairs of shoes I wanted to purchase. Walked over to a young man and asked for a price check. He he couldn't do it because he worked Tennis only that I had to go too womens shoe.(can't the price checks be done at any register). So I walked over too womens shoes and no one was to he seen. I asked him where was someone, he said helping other customers I said what customers. Then he said oh there's no one there.He still didn't help me so I left the shoes on the counter and went to Belk near my home, A lot of people today just don't care and don't understand the importance of customer service. And revenue that pays their salaries.

Very well organized store with very friendly and helpful staff.

Poor selection on dress shirts didn't have my size 17.5 / 37

Huge store. It's like they sell almost everything. We have bought clothes, sunglasses, gifts, kichenware and a lot more from Macy's. You can walk around amazed at the stuff they sell. And that sometimes can be a challenge. Not enough signs in the store to guide you to different sections.
Discounts could be attractive but complicated (30% off if you pick up in two days)
