Macys Perimeter Mall Review

I don't understand how a department store has seemingly nobody working in it around the holidays. I have been here for 20 minutes waiting for someone to bring out the size shoe I need after having to wander around looking for someone to help me. Then the worker acted put out to have to help me! I work retail I work in this mall I get that it's tiring but it isn't even that busy and this is just absurd

Used to love Macy's. Have never seen such a poor selection!! Searched for something for three hours and came home empty handed!

They have many collections, not so crowded. Staff is not friendly they will either ask to buy credit card or ignore you

Great place to find anything for your home and family. My husband buys suits for work, as do I, and clothes for the grandkids. Gift cards for the in-laws and you re done with the shopping.

Macy's - always good, staff helpful! Good range of price too!

Macy's has been having financial trouble and it shows when you go to any of their stores. There never seems to be anyone to ask questions that knows the products or is available to check you out. In regards to the, it was just okay. The staff was slightly friendly and I was able to check out fairly quickly.

Get more staff. Computer says item in stock. But no one knows where. 1 person working the whole floor of the men's department. The women's department is a disaster.

This is a very racist store, I stopped shopping there years ago because of all the racist acts that this store train their managers to do. How stupid of me to think that years later they would have changed their policy. I had a full racist experience with a young female racist department manager by the name of Caroline on Friday 4 May 2018., while trying to purchase two Calvin Klein winter coats. I am only giving them a 1 star because they system will not allow you to post without one.

Macys furniture dept and the white glove delivery service AMAZING! ordered a mattress/box spring last week and it got delivered today. the macys delivery men took our old bed/box spring out, brought in the new bed/box spring, set up the frame and was in/out in less then 30 minutes. very polite employees of macys.

All in one stop for your fashion shopping. Excellent collection for right from kids to oldies. Very good offers too! Very good and friendly staff and ample parking spots. Great food court near it so shop and shop and get some food and then continue shopping!

This macys by far has the best men's store...at least from what ive seen and experienced. Wish they stocked 14s in Men... Cant win them all.

I found the black Polo jeans that I wanted and a Polo tee to match.

Overpriced clothes, too many stipulations on coupon usage, dated style selections.

Rude Old Man in The Men's SUITS Department did not acknowledge me and made sure he addressed everyone else but me...Hope people like him can learn Real Customer Service..when I asked him for help ...his face remained stoic and he in an unfriendly manner said someone else could help without hearing my concern...talk about super.prickey..He wears glasses ..black hair and has an unfriendly face and disposition to match.Shop at Macy's At Lenox for a more fair experience.

Theresa in the suit department harassed me for buying a suit at another person's station because they helped me pick it out rather than her. Disgustingly unprofessional. When I came back to get the suit tailored because the tailor wasn't there the day I bought it, Theresa was still working in the suit department. I have never had such an unpleasant shopping experience. The manager my friend and I spoke to about the issue should have fired her. Her behavior was far beyond unaccaptable. I am considering calling corporate about this Macy's because this shames the Macy's brand. I encourage everyone reading this review to keep your phones ready to record any altercation you may have with any of the associates at this store. It would definitely go on the news. Maybe Theresa is a good candidate.

I loved my shopping experience at Macy's, it was amazing! Dorothy in the furniture department was patient and very professional. However, the ladies bathroom was DISGUSTING! It would be nice if someone could clean throughout the day, especially during busy times like Black Friday. I honestly expect a higher standard from Macy's.

I went to the appliance section and was greeted by the nicest young lady I've ever met working for that company. She was very helpful and genuinely concerned that everyone was cared for and happy.

Discounts! No service at first desk with young associate just standing around but excellent service at another desk with a season associate.

Not enough cashiers, nice sales, assocties on the floor very helpful and knowledgable about clothing and cologne. Nice end year sales for, men in clothing not enough time, very crowded, very nice display of smart watches, very large collection of bags and purses at least for a male looking for a last minute or post Christmas gift thiania the spot

I just LOVE Macy's! I had two wonderful ladies helping me find my son a watch for his birthday. They searched their inventory and found the exact watch my son wanted and it was on sale!! Yay. The sales associates are always so cheerful and helpful.

Beautiful selection of jewelry and the prices were unmatchable. All departments were neatly kept. Employees were very knowledgable and helpfull. Would visit store again.

Macy's has always been #1 to me. I wish they still had the big Christmas Section. It was the best!!!!

If the items are made in China and made of low quality materials then obviously it's not worth the price tag. Sadly a lot of items in Macy's and many other big stores are made cheap and sold high. Other than that, customer service is fine, nothing to complain about that. Albeit there're some fun moments in Macy's, I hope you enjoy the picture! Haha shame on Macy's!

I love Macy's because it has everything and the prices are very good, it always has very good sales, but the attention is PESIMA, I never find anyone when I go to pay I go through the entire store and I can't find a cashier available and if I see one, the That you don't see, and in the shoe department the employees do attend there but only if you want to buy because it seems that they work on commission.

So, I wanted to work at Macy's because I thought it would've been a step in the right direction towards my goals, but Macy's isn't what it seems to be. I don't have to tell anyone that employees must compliment the brand
but Macy's isn't really a brand. Macy's is a ritzy TJ Maxx or Marshalls. They're basically like the Walmart of 2nd rate designer clothes and they hire 2nd rate designer meat bags to flash a ditzy smile and a parasitic greeting, like a hype. The Managers have little to no knowledge of the brands they sell or the terminology to spice up their pitch. I don't speak at Macy's and when I speak, the customers love it and say it's refreshing, yet I'm told that I come across as fake because I'm so friendly, my hair contradicts the "brand" it that I seem arrogant due to my confidence. Betty Hawkins is pretentious, she had the nerve to undermine my potential/intelligence. She's also very unprofessional under pressure and will take it out on employees and customers.

I just started back using my MAC make-up the perfect make-up for my beautiful face, thanks to Chelsea at Macy's who helped find my matching foundation.

They were clean and organized. Friendly! My only dislike is they don't have a big and tall for men. That huge mens section and nothing for the big and tall men.

Good store. Look for discount sales. You can get merchandise in good deal. Customer service is good. Inside Perimeter Mall and in walkable distance from Dunwoody metro station.

This is one of my favorite stores because of their deals. This particular day I went toe shopping buying a red blue and white tie for church for The Sunday before July 4
