Went to do an exchange for a jacket that I ordered...
Went to do an exchange for a jacket that I ordered online as a gift. They had the jackets in stock at this location but they were all in the same size I had bought originally so I went up to Nikkia and asked her to please return the jacket and order me another one in the correct size. She said I can't do that. You have to order it online yourself. I said you can't help me place an order for an item that you have in stock from another location or online? She said no it says it right here, as she turns the computer screen towards me. I said okay that's fine return the item please and asked for her name as I left. Let me just say I was completely nice the entire interaction and from the moment I spoke to this employee she had a bad attitude. One I really don't care if you are not in a good mood or if you do not like your job, fake it until you make it. Two your lack of interest in actually finding a solution for me and helping me get the correct item from a department that you work at is by far deplorable.
