I recommend it is a store where there are many offers

Their shoe department is horrible. They had 1 person working today 12/7/19 and their were tons of people waiting. He literally forgot to grab my shoe size 3 times. If I didn't absolutely need these formal shoes for an event tomorrow I would have walked out.

I understand what time they close, and that staff probably just wants to go home, but when I'm close to an hour before you close walking in, you dont need to remind me multiple times like I am putting you out. No worries tho, I left promptly so as not to put you out.

You have to be perfect on timing for getting a great deal on sale items.

I stopped into Macy's for a particular product, they did have the product in stock however the shelves were a total mess. Customers had gone into the packages the product was all over the place, it was just a hot mess. And at the time that I went there, the store had just opened, there were very few customers, someone could have cleaned up that mess but no one did. Macy's used to be tops but now it's just a overpriced Marshalls.

Good store to find gifts for the kids and wife. It is a home run.

Large department store with plenty of selection and some good deals. Store was really clean and tidy and all products displayed neatly and in some kind of order. The staff were helpful and friendly and we enjoyed browsing about the store

If you want a job in cosmetics or retail then you need to look anywhere else! I had THREE interviews scheduled here three different times. Two of the times I was told that day right before that the position had already been filled. The other time the interviewer didn't even show up! Could you have any less respect for me or my time? Get it together.

Good Presentation, friendly staff, & large variety. Overall well done

We were greeted at the perfume counter. The acknowledgement was key for me. We purchased Coach perfume just because they said hello. Pretty simple for me. Store was a bit cluttered but it was a busy day.

The Macy's at this particular mall is just kind of messy. The store is not really organized and the sections are chaotically placed. I know that Macy's organizes by brand but having all the clearance in one section, makeup in one section, etc., would just be better. Everything is all mixed up and makes it harder to find what you're looking for.

Store was good, didn't got anything but overall was good

Junior department is very small, but salesperson was very nice. My teen was pleased.

Wish there was a 0 Star. Go over there if you are okay with a racist and worst customer care. Wanted to return two items. I had the exact receipt and the clothes with tag on them.

They told the items were not on the receipt and they couldn t pull it from the system. They asked me to go to the service desk in the second floor. The guy over there told he is facing the same problem and can t do anything about it.

I felt I was doing a root cause analysis to figure out why, while it should have been them. The guy at the service desk told, Find out the person who sold it to you and return it . Such a cheap customer experience.

They should know to track an item in their system and figure out a solution when there is an issue. And of course treat people with respect. You guys do not care about your jobs. You shouldn t make customer go from one desk to another and finally tell to find out the person who sold it to you and return it . I am never ever going to do any purchase from them again.

I found what I was looking for but oh my gosh the place was in complete disarray! Clothes were piled up in the fitting rooms along with good trash! Clothes were all over the place out amongst the stock and there were z-bars blocking stuff I wanted to look at.

Really competitive pricing, while having much greater selection in all sizes!

Had a hard time finding someone to for checkout. Could use a remodel as well.

At Clinique counter I wanted to buy a eyeliner and was trying a tester , the attendant came and very rudely told me I CANNOT try it ... no wonder Clinique had no customers while all other were flooded with customers

So hard to find any salespeople to help you in clothing sections!

The shoe department had exceptional sales but there wasn't enough staff to help the customers. The store closed at eight o'clock but the doors to the mall from Macy's locked at seven o'clock. I had to go outside,around the building to get back into the mall to get to my car.

I shop here often. They seem to continuously have sales and card holder discounts which make buying name brands and designer clothing affordable. They have a section in men's clothing that always has highly discounted items for bargain hunters if you don't mind shopping out of season. My only complaint is while staff is helpful and friendly, there are times you must walk around a bit to find someone at a register for checkout.

My experience was very good. The employee (Gwen) at Perimeter Mall) is
always very helpful. Her willingness and attitude about providing good customer service is not only present during the holidays, but all throughout the year.

Bought a Purple mattress. Do not fall for gimmicks, there s a reason why Simmons Sealy and Serta continue to be the top rated companies. You never see a bed in the box like Purple, Casper or Nectar at a high end hotel. I bought a Purple Hybrid 2 with the protector and sheets. Ended up having worst back pain because the floating design does not really support your body so your muscles never relax. Worst of all when I returned the mattress it was too late to return the sheets and the protector so they didn t want to issue me a refund for that. Even if you re in a budget, stick to Simmons, Sealy or Serta, they have lower priced options that are still a much better sleep. Just get the firmest you can while still being comfortable and you re set. I now have a firm Simmons Beautyrest that was $500 cheaper and I m sleeping like a baby.

This store is the best. Great selection, and even after you've decided to pay the price for something there's usually another discount at the check out.

Great selections and easy to find departments within the store

The Macy's at Perimeter Mall is a very large store and difficult to navigate.

We went to buy shoes and there was a huge variety, good prices and a good sale.

The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Service was very friendly in men's and women's departments. The salesmen and women I encountered we're very nice and helpful. However the reason for the 4 star was because they were out of stock of several things on thier floor. For example there were three pairs of shoes I wanted to buy on the floor but they were out of my size. Then a suit jacket I liked but they were out of that size as well. This was on a Thursday afternoon so I'm not sure why there were stocking issues.

Easy access from outside the mall, great for picking up online orders.

Excellent Furniture Department in Perimeter Mall. Make sure you go during the sale

Go see the ladies in the women's fragrance department - they are super friendly and will take their time to help you find the perfect scent for yourself or someone you love. Demetrius at Clinique is the absolute BEST. Everyone is so friendly at Macy's, plus you just can't beat their Final Act clearance sales.
