Macys Perimeter Mall Review

Staff here are awful they were rude and aren t ready to work.

My favorite store to shop in atlanta. Friday service and always accommodating

Good experience overall, but had an associate hovering over us while we were looking at furniture.

Good sales here when they have them...found a king comforter set for nice deal...$65

I'm 55 and grew up with Macy's. Never had a bad experience and nothing like walking out the store swinging bags full of great finds!

The sellers do not attend and they are always upset

Very busy for the Holiday Sales, nice friendly staff, prompt courteous service.

Now this Macy's may be different from the other Macy's in the Atlanta area. They're fully and stocked especially when it comes to their perfume, Beauty accessories and other clothing items. I feel the area that is Macy's is in, has a much more wider and better selection from the other Macy's. Especially when it comes to style and fashion, now I'm not sure if other Macy's have a Finish Line shoe department in them. But I was definitely shocked when I saw a Finish Line in this Macy's but it has a limited selection though.

The cashiers are non existent. One told me to go someone else. The cashier didn't ask me about star rewards or offer me a credit card, which I wanted. I called customer service and she blew me off. I went to Nordstrom's and Von Maur and opened a credit card at each store. I received amazing customer service at both stores.

Not sure why I keep coming here.... service, store appearance is going down

this is one of the worst macys i have visited as the collection is awful and it is always understaffed.

Good opportunity to apply for a line of credit that will be beneficial for shopping and additional overall credit line increase!!

Grew up shopping at this store when it was Rich's loved it then and still Loving it now that it's Macy's

Macy s won t be around much longer because they are policy centric rather than customer centric. Learn something from Nordstrom. Took a shoe back after wearing it once for 5min and they won t take it. I ve returned shoes to Nordstrom after a year with no questions asked. Don t buy here.

This store was a mess, and the staff was more interested in talking to themselves than the customers. The Macy woman section was very small with very little selection. I won't be back. I prefer the north point or town center locations.

Terrible customer service, especially in the suits department. Employees would be using their phones and not even look up when I asked questions.

I won't ding them for not getting my suit tailored by the time they originally said because apparently someone was stealing. However, after they replaced my suit to be tailored, they said it'd be ready on a Friday. Told them I can pick it up the following Monday. When I arrived, they hadn't tailored it at all and said it'd be done in 2 hours. I picked it up the next day. The tailors gave reasons for the original problem, but couldn't for why it hadn't been tailored by Friday.

Full of excuses and employees that don't care. I had called to speak to a manager durious this process and had to leave a message. No manager ever returned my call.

Ridiculous.

Lots of furniture...didnt exactly like anything though.

Perfume department were great! Leron was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

One heck of a sale going on. Always Great Customer service.

You can always find the best you have been looking for at a good price, great selection, great customer service and always have deals. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else except Macy's.

Macy's had some fantastic sells, got a little Christmas shopping done, bc the deals were so good,no complaints

Better organized than the Macy's lenox mall and the store last act offers/new collections even beat almost all other locations.

Macy's is located near the intersection of Hammond Drive and Ashford Dunwoody Rd and has an optical and eyewear store inside the Macy's anchor store.

Good collection. Mostly better than what you get in Northpoint but not as good as the Macy's in Lenox.

This Macy's has beautiful inventory! Wish ours in San Diego, CA had beautiful clothing like they had here!

This review is for the furniture Galleria. Good furniture selection and reasonable prices. Employees were helpful but not pushy. I didn't find anything I liked (I was looking for a very specific sectional) but I would consider them for my next purchase and would recommend visiting this location. It wasn't crowded and conveniently had a separate entrance

Placed online order to pick up at this location. Great service at the pick up counter. Warm and welcome gesture with nice smile on face. Nowadays hard to find such positive attitude from customer service standpoint. The store is situated in very busy area amd even though there is plenty of parking, for some reason it always seemed filled up. So you need to spend 5 to 10 min to find the parking spot. I personally a Macys loyal customer and love the quality of the products that you get for your money.

Needed a dress for new years. Mind you, I came in on the 30th, so yes it was super busy.
I found a beautiful navy Ralph Lauren Dress, which was on sale on Macy's online, for $60 less. But the dress was original prices in-store.
After explaining the situation to cashier, I was able to buy the dress for the online amount.

I have been so wonderfully impressed with my experience with this Macy's furniture department. All the people I worked with, especially Linda, went above and beyond to help me with my purchase.

Macy's at Perimeter Mall is always "lit"! Live female DJ was rockin' the place and giving off good shopping vibes! Caught alot of great deals!

The lady was very rude to me and I bought two expensive perfumes And she was talked to me a in fight.
So I never come back

This Perimeter location Macy's is my favorite in the Atlanta area... Plus they have a huge furniture and cosmetics departments.

Bought a couple items, one that I planned on wearing at Christmas dinner with friends and family. Well they forgot the sensor on the blouse so now I have to make another trip to get the sensor removed.

The customer service in the women s section was terrible! I was trying to make a return. The employee whose name was Juanita had a bad attitude towards a question I had about my return. She didn t seem to want to help me out at all and sent me straight to customer service. She said if I had any questions to ask them. That she couldn t help me out. But the customers before me, she took her time with giving them detail by detail on their purchase. I am EXTREMELY BOTHERED by this employees LACK of customer service towards me!

This store is not organized. The staff are not friendly. I don t recommend this location.

Lady at the check .. didn't wanted to scan and let me know how much is it after the discount. She clearly told me, she will not be Scaning each thing. Well I thought it was her job. Isn't it?

The store was very nice. I had a hard time finding the men's department because nothing is marked at the escalator. There's no signs for Direction

I really enjoy shopping Macys. You can get some pretty good deals during major sales days and when combining with extra discounts. I am sad that Macys is headed the Way of Sears and more big box mall stores. I am as guilty as everyone else choosing the convenience of Amazon over trips to local stores. I personally do not want to buy furniture, bedding and more without seeing it first. Please visit and give Macys business when you can and especially patronize the same salesperson in the furniture section as they work off commission. No I do not work for Macys but having purchased a house full of furniture from them and taking hours of a sales person's time i encourage you to be loyal to your salesperson.
