Selling at this particular rag is a mess. I ve tried twice to sell at this location and each time there was some crazy occurrence. First of all you have to be in a very desperate position to sale anything to them because they offer the worst amount of money for your items, I suggest going to buffalo exchange on Ponce De Leon before wasting your time here. My second time trying to sell to them was so frustrating. They let two people cut in front of me, and these two people had a lot of items, so I spoke with one of the managers to let her know I had been cut in line, and one of the employees. They still insisted on letting them cut me, so I waited a little while and I decided to move my own items in the correct positition in line. After that they did not let me sale my items even though they let other people cut me. Do not sale here.

Do not trust this business. They sell fake goods and do not take the time to legit check any of their items. The customer service is also terrible. Take your money somewhere else like buffalo exchange!

I buy a large portion of my clothes second hand (college student budget, you know), and I always find great options here. I also have traded clothes, and the process was super smooth. I go on a semi-regular basis and the sales are always great!

I got a really awesome, thick peacoat jacket from here for only $22. I was visiting GA from out of state, so you know I would only make the sacrifice of having to trek the coat back through airport security, if this jacket was worth it, and it was! It's gorgeous! It will make a very nice addition to my winter wardrobe when I travel to very cold climates.

Always a cool shopping experience. They have an interesting mix of secondhand clothes, shoes, and other stuff. Being a secondhand shop, it's hit and miss bit when you hit, it's usually a cool deal. Good selection of men's shoes and clothes, though majority of selections are women's clothing and a accessories. Very laid back staff-- friendly and helpful.

I would not buy from this establishment. They sale fake merchandise and when you call them out on it they won t even issue you a refund or equal store credit for the item. I do not understand how this businesses is still alive taking advantage of the public like this. DO NOT SHOP AT RAG-O-RAMA!

I have been Trading with Ragorama for over 5 years. So I have observed alot regarding Management, Employees, and Customers. And what I have notice is that the staff @ Ragorama is Disrespectful and totally Inconsiderate of Customer Concerns. I have experienced addressing a concern and my concern being totally overlook. I only kept going because it was business for Me. Oh! They also can deny you from selling based on HOW THE PERSONALLY FEEL about a customer. You should be denied for an Action not a personal feelings. Its a policy for DISCRIMINATING. Management is VERY not Customer Friendly.

Don't waste your time trying to sell your clothes here. I've gone a number of times and they never buy any (some things still had the tags). Also, thier selection is extremely over priced to be a thift store.

I'm an anonymous shopper. Friday on April 14th, I went to RagOrama. There was a young lady named Yana.Yana directed me to my dressing room. A few seconds later she quickly unlocked the door with the key and my whole womanhood was exposed because the door was wide open. I did not appreciate that. MANNERS will take you very far in life. You are supposed to KNOCK on any door before you OPEN it. I told the manager Yana claimed she didn't know I was in there but never apologized . Not to mention the security guard in there is extremely aggressive . I witnessed and heard him loudly say he was going to lock a customer up while I was shopping. I no longer wanted to shop. My mission was to leave. Peace and peaceful settings are very important to me. Etiquette NEEDS to be taught at RagORama in Little Five Points. I will not be returning. Extremely bad and uncomfortable energy . Bad business.

It was my (first) time selling, and let me tell you, I' am very disappointed The staff was very friendly, and up front and honest about what Rag-o-ramma would accept and take and what they would (not), the REAL problem was waiting on a Tuesday 1:45 pm then having to wait in line for (2) hours to be told THIS!!
Also don't be fooled!! While I was looking around during this time I noticed ALOT!!!
Ladies and Gentleman DO NOT bring in clothes with collars and BUTTON down shirts!!
They will (NOT) buy any of them dressier shirts thats a NO!!!
While I do understand that this business certainly has to accommodate its consumers (BEST) on what is considered FASHION or at least what can be SOLD very soon or FAST .please be more RESPECTFUL of a person's time as well too!!
I had time to look through the store and see that you are a lady from sizes 2through about 8 your are in good company, anything after that .well (lets just say) there are options, but be prepared to stay and look a while, even then GOOD LUCK!!

Mens's ((If you like sneakers and sneakers, and more sneakers, with a side of some t-shirts, with 2nd rate coats, and shirts you are in LUCK..
Some nice jeans, but mainly in ((REGULAR )) sizes 30 to 33 in the waist at the most 34 in the waist, ((IF you are taller than 6ft)) well GOOD LUCK with that as well

The prices are ((JUST too HIGH)) I mean with respect to YOUR name ..RAG and I emphasize the word RAG O RAMMA YOU are a GG ..which means you are a GLORIFIED//GOODWILL!!

There was a lady in front of me who brought in (2) clothes baskets full of items, and they took (1) TANK TOP!!

Are you kidding me??

Listen, just be glad this is only (1) person's opinion!!
Look at it this way, you'll NEVER have to worry about me coming back EVER again!!

I recently went here after cleaning out my closet,...

I recently went here after cleaning out my closet, to sell some clothing I had. 90% of the clothes I brought to rag o Rama were in perfect condition, brand new/still had the tags on them, not to mention labels such as Missguided, pretty little thing, etc. I watched the buyer pick out the items SHE wanted, vs what was in style which was mainly what I had. She lifted my items onto herself as if she was trying them on, literally in front of me. I watched her sift through my items and pick and choose based on her OWN personal taste. As a buyer, you should be very aware of the current trends and styles, not being bias because of your own taste. She even told who I m assuming was the manager that she wasn t sure she was making good decisions. I understand that they want to be edgy and cool and different with the items they choose, but we live in Atlanta, where people don t want to just buy raggedy t shirts and denim at a thrift store. Some people actually enjoy finding rare brand items and more specifically items in GREAT condition. If you have brand new items you re looking to sell, or items that are Actually IN STYLE don t bother selling. But if you have raggedy vans and hype beast supreme or superhero t shirts or converse with flowers and birds on them then they will take it!!

I love this place. For my 1st visit to Atlanta from the UK, I mentioned to my partner that I wanted to go to a few charity shops and he brought me here.
This is not a charity shop like the ones you have in the UK. This place you can sell your unwanted items and they will resell them. It had a great array of different items. If you go to Little Five Points, visit this store you will not be disappointed.

It's your regular gently used thrift store. Prices are reasonable but definitely try on your clothes and inspect them thoroughly before buying because their return/exchange policy is terrible.

I was really bummed with the quality of the clothes (excluding dresses). The dress selection is great and the prices are on point. But the tops and pants for sale- are the quality of what you find at Goodwill- for triple the price. I was really hoping to find some cute tops and literally did not want to try anything on. The staff was nice- but for a consignment store, please bump up the quality you accept if you want $20 for a raggedy t-shirt.

Buying or selling, it's the best in their field, 100 times better then the competition, also has a 45 min wait for selling, which is not a min longer They have all the name brands ever created, from the shoes, to the belts, to the shades, bag, and even the Keychain. High end fashion, limited quality clothing, and Great vintage items, buying, selling, or trading, this is the place to be if your so fresh and so clean!!!

It's funny when you read the "how we work" policy it states, " we but vintage and classic items" I took items that clearly weren't cheap and was told it's not in style but yet I brought the same clothes a week later and they bought them lol. This place is so backwards. How it really works is, it depends on who is looking at your clothes. As I browsed the store I noticed more than half the stuff they had, had more holes, stains, scuffs, rips etc then anything a brought in. Don't waste your time at this crappy business

Great funky clothes. They only lose a star because some of their shoe prices are on the outrageous side for being used and/or a few years old. Everything else is dope. I've found several funky shirts that were great conversation starters there. They're always getting new clothes, so it's worth it to stop by anytime you're in Little 5.

I googled a few vintage stores near me and this store popped up. There are a lot of vintage stores in this area but sadly they were already closed. They have the cutest earrings. They were so unique but hardly any clip ons. They also do have very beautiful jackets and shoes. I m definitely coming back.
