As someone who's been in the service industry for over 30 yrs i know what a "World Class" experience looks like and I received it this week at Mac Haik Temple. I started the week not seriously looking to upgrade my 2016 Ram but just checking things out. Francisco Mendez (sales representative) and Jason Scott (GM sales) took the time to learn what it would take to get me to upgrade and then they set about making it happen. They picked up exactly what i was looking for from a dealership in New Braufels and called me earlier today to tell me they had it cleaned up and filled with gas. I walked in at 1:00pm and drove off the lot at 2:00pm in my new 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie edition. That was by far and away the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had.
