Where do I start? We had a decent, not great, but ...

Where do I start? We had a decent, not great, but ok enough experience at first... We went in 3 weeks ago to purchase a new truck, did so with a spray in bed liner and a remote start being added to the truck. Our sales man, Chris, said he d order the part the day we purchased the truck and it would be in by the next week. The following Monday he called and said he could get us in to do both items on that Friday. We dropped the truck off (we live 45 mins away) and came back that night when they said it was done to find out they only did the Bed liner. Since then NO ONE to include sales managers, parts department, and service managers couldn t tell us what the heck was going on with our truck... and couldn t get updates from anyone either. our truck has now sat at their dealership for 11 days... GM says it ll be done tomorrow. If it isn t done they say they have to issue a refund because they have no idea when the part will be there. WHO DOES BUSINESS THIS WAY?! Terrible.
