Lack of communication was my biggest determination...

Lack of communication was my biggest determination when giving this rating. I dropped my truck off early Saturday and I knew it was going to take a few days to repair. My service advisor assured me he would be in contact with me by close of business.. I had also asked about a rental and he told me that I could get one and that he would let me know when I received an update on my truck. No updates were received. I returned to the dealer tight before closing not realizing that the service department closes a few hours before the show room. I spoke with the receptionist and she told me that she would get me an update and I went outside to wait. At this time 30-40 minutes had passed. I walked back inside and inquired if they had anything for me and I received a no one came and found you? At this point I had wasted enough of my time so I left. My truck was done a few days later and the service provided there was fine and repairs were completed.
Due to the lack of communication and care on the service department side I will not be returning to them nor while I purchase a new vehicle from them.
