Our room was not that great.
But the price was.
And the customer service from all of the employees we eventers encountered definitely made up for the room we stayed in.
Will come back just because of the staff.
So helpful. So professional.
So kind. Very refreshing.

I thought the pool was nice, but the food court was pretty limited. We had problems with the shower plumbing which when we called, they were up fixing it within 20-30 mins which I thought was reasonable. Then we had to call to have someone come and clean the mess the repairman made. Would I stay there again, probably not (unless they offered really good deals). Parking is great though and I thought the gaming was really nice and convenient. The bodies exhibit was great and would recommend, just stay at another hotel and walk to the exhibit.

The room was very clean and lighting was good. I wish for coffee makers but maybe in the negotiations with star bucks,($10 )I get it But enjoy my peets brew. It was real nice with a couple exceptions. We'll go again with supplies.

Hotel room was decent and definitely could use refreshing. Bathroom towels were a bit dingy and hard. Room was a bit stale & stuffy. The customer service at the front desk was delightful and mobile check-in was effortless. Wasn't overly impressed with restaurant selections and room service needed do-over to get our food correct. The VIP lounge didn't have what I've been accustomed to at The Mirage but the ladies were pleasant.

It is a different kind of resort in Vegas. The timeshare people will hound out as you enter and leave, but once you get past them it is kind of nice. Large open playing floor. Check in can be painful at times with the wait, but if you ask for an upgrade they will usually comp you on the upgrade. Was able to go from a standard room to a corner pyramid suite and got two days comped for the upgrade. Also got comped a meal at the Public House so was nice. Not a bad location to stay on the strip. Will stay again

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in a tower suit the room was great. The check in people were helpful and very nice. The only problem iwe had with our stay here was the obnoxious people trying to sell time shares. They were very aggressive and always in your faces . When my husband and I first arrived at the luxor they were in our face we thought that they worked for the luxor we didn't not realize they were selling time shares once we found out and said we were not interested they were quite rude. We were hoping to go and see a show but were not sure who to even ask about tickets because we figured that most people would be trying to sell us a time shares .

Outdated and has an old building smell. The slanted ceilings make me feel claustrophobic. It also takes a long time to get from our hotel to the elevators. At least we're able to bring our pets to the hotel. Not a lot of late night dining options. It is pretty close to a lot of attractions though. Uber seems to come here much quicker than other hotels.

Very nice place to stay, but no real benefit if you gamble in their facility. Pit Boss can't comp anything and when you spend 5000 bucks you, would like a small thank you of some sort. The rewards card does really nothing, unless you are constantly playing their all the time.
Resort fees are a joke, as it is not a resort but all of the strip is like this as a cash grab.
I would maybe look at other staying options with good comp's, coffee & water in rooms.
The Body Exhibit is very interesting on a positive note.

Nice place! Look for their annual sales for good deals. I'd not pay more then $90 a night. A lot of things to do inside the hotel, from gambling, eating to shows. The buffet was ok. Lots of shops too. My room was big.

They gave us a room in the West wing, 15th floor, very very very long walk from the parking garage to get to our room. After we got in, the AC was set at 60 degrees but reading at 74. Called the front desk and they said someone would be up, waited half an hour and then had to call back, put me on hold for over 5 min and transferred almost 4 times. Finally we asked to be moved to another room, gave us a new room but same problem, luckily though was 67 degrees so it was bearable. When we first called they said pool was open and heated to 80 degrees, that was not the case. Was about 60 degrees and chilly to the bone. Restaurants are sub par on taste and even worse on service. Will not go back.

I have to say that I was thoroughly disappointed by Luxor. The rooms in the Pyramid are more than worn out. They look like they haven't been maintained well at all. They are clean but not maintained - everything is super worn out. Some things even deteriorating to the point of falling apart. The air conditioner was very loud. The TV did not work in the room. Overall, very pool quality for a hotel that's 26 years old compared to other hotels in the same price range.

The only reason I'm giving as many as 2 stars is because the staff is excellent. They were very responsive. Very polite and helpful. Every person I spoke to, regardless of why was great. Great staff, horrible facilities, even the remodeled rooms are already starting to fall apart.

The line to check in was ABSOLUTELY crazy. I highly recommend mobile check in. Also the regular rooms are HORRIBLE and need updating. The towers are much nicer but you have to pay a ridiculous upgrade fee to stay there. The pool was over crowded unless you wanted to pay extra to swim in the exclusive day pool. They don't have any free parking not even for just a few minutes. Overall this hotel was just okay in my eyes not worth all the hype.

From the moment your car pulls up to the hotel all the way up until the time you leave the Luxor hotel will keep you in amazement. Forms its statues to it's high ceilings and pyramids formation the Luxor brings you that Las Vegas feeling that you are looking for. Plenty to offer, see and do. Great for the younger and old crowds. All the Las Vegas games you wanna play, 3 Starbucks for your morning coffee or just to stay up a little long to enjoy that Las Vegas experience

We didn't eat at the casino but we gambled and I had to go up in the elevator here and look down from some of the balconies into the casino and take your picture or two lost my shorts at the craps table but it was fun. then next time we do you must try some of the restaurant there they smelled so delicious walking by PS I was a little bummed out they have no more Christmas angel stuff he's no longer there

This is a very old hotel. Rooms have broken furniture and appearance is shabby. Heater did not work. Some walls had moisture build up. Carpet in the lobby smelled bad. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Casino is nice and has interesting architecture but the hotel room was disappointing for what we expected from the price and resort fee. No bathtub in the standard room, room smelled bad, no fridge, and hot water takes a long time to heat up. We are currently living in and out of hotels as we travel across the country so much of my disappointment comes from comparing this hotel with the marriot brands that we normally stay at for much cheaper. Fairfield inn is one of the Marriott very cheapy hotels and even they would have been better.

Cool hotel with decent rooms! The buffet at brunch was acceptable. The only thing I didn't care for was that the parking lot was in the way back and check-in at the front. Quite the haul if you have lots to carry.

Dinner in buffet was horrible, food was timeless sitting there and meets was dry. Food was just junk. Me and my boyfriend through it away and went to eat somewhere else.
But Blue Man Group Show was amazing . Anbelivable experience just more than awesome!

First of all I got a great rate on the room. Luxor went above and beyond to make the room sanitary. They even sealed the door so that the only person in the room after cleaning is you. You can walk between the three adjacent hotels without ever going outside. Lastly, they have mobile check in and check out, which just makes the whole experience easier.

we had good service for our stay. the staff was very accommodating. my only criticism is the rooms or at least the ones we stayed in looked fancier in photos. they also have no mini fridges in the rooms very surprising in this day of age.

Here for a week!! Loved it. Very laid back, very comfortable. Quiet, room Attendant Mercedes Santos took great care of us. Gave the Luxor a good name. She deserves to be a supervisor one fine day. Overall experience was awesome.

My wife and I are celebrating our honeymoon and got the Pyramid suite at the Luxor. This is on the 24th floor and the room is amazing. The hotel is connected to the Excalibur and Mandalay Bay hotels too.

Luxor is situated in a very nice location on the strip. Easy to walk to other places and use it as a base. The rooms are a little old but the prices reflect that. Inside the pyramid is fun to look at but overlooking the balconies is not for the feint hearted. When we visit Vegas and the Luxor has specials on rooms we are always keen to stay here.

By far one of the greatest Hotels I've ever seen in my life. This Egyptian montage that the theme is based on is magnificent. The events and extravagance of this location will leave visitors in awe. Very clean and classy from what I've seen.

The rooms were old, dirty, and smelled like smoke. The furniture was broken and in sorry shape. The velvet chairs were kind of gross. It took hours to get the crib we requested at check in.

This place was great!! Super friendly and money off for Veterans. The rooms are nice sized and comfortable. The architectural design is amazing!! We spent our third Anniversary here and will be back!! Don't forget to get your M life members club card too!! Especially if you're a veteran!
Best week we've had in ages was in Vegas!!

Nice casino, however when I showed up for dinner buffet they stated that they would no longer honor my dinner voucher which was good for today. They are also not honoring many other vouchers over the holiday.

Apparently there was nothing they could do.

The Titanic exhibit here is quite informative and enjoyable. I'm not to interested in gambling here because of a bad personal experience, but that's not they're fault. The center bar is staffed by capable and friendly characters.

Reasonably priced considering the location. I liked the free connecting tram and enclosed walkways which helped shield us from the scorching sun during the summer. So much to do and see. Highly recommend.

Nice Place to stay at the beginning of the Strip. They have a double sided pool area. My friends and I got a Cabana for a decent price. Service was great and security made you feel safe during this covid time. The only down part, the A/c half worked and we got a ADA room with a big bathroom, but the smallest shower ever (not much bigger than a coat closet).

Pyramid Suite: I wish the room had a hot tub instead of a huge old tub. The rooms air-conditioning units could use an update and the room feels empty because of half of it is empty. A couple pieces of furniture more, a better table, a hot tub and my experience would have been much better. The place is decent and a good price for around $100-150. I recommend trying to negotiate a better price for what u want or trying to get an upgrade. Being nice helps a lot

When we first arrived check in line was ridiculous need more workers or get a check in machine so the wait isn't that long. The hotel itself is really nice. Far as the room that we had wasn't good, it needs to be updated. No microwave or even a refrigerator. I guess we just had a standard room, no nice view at all! We had a view of the wall not pleasing what so every. It reminded me of our jail back here in Cincinnati, Ohio. The casino, waitress, and all the restaurants were very nice and staff.

Only 1 bad thing I have to say, we arrived at midnight and the total wait time until we go our keycard was 1 hour. Other than that everything else was great we actually got a free tower room upgrade and complimentary buffet and the food was great! Tower rooms are really nice! Dealers at the tables are really polite.

Absolutely beautiful hotel but the elevator situation is kind of absurd. The place is massive but there is only one set of elevators and only one way to get to them. Our room was on the southeast side but the elevators were almost exactly opposite from there so it was a pretty long walk to get from one side to the other. I'd definitely stay there again but I'll make sure to ask for a room on the northwest! Not as good of a view there but after spending a couple hours walking the strip, I just want to collapse in the comfy bed so who cares?!

You pay a hidden resort fee but there is no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee, no ice bucket and no glasses. It s just a bed with a shower. Don t waste your time upgrading rooms either all they do is put you in a room they cleaned and call it upgraded rooms. Also the $15 food and beverage credit you can t use cause nothing is open. We travel a lot and honestly hotel 6 is a better deal than this place

Nice hotel, but a bit dated. We stayed in the Pyramid Premiere Suite and it was very nice, but not very high-end with regards to decor, furnishings, fixtures, etc. But for the money, well worth it and a huge room. Huge bedroom, huge master bath, living room, dining area, wet bar, and guest bathroom. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, lots to see and do nearby, connected to Mandalay Bay. The pool area is very nice and a nice workout room. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Luxor and I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a lower cost room in a mid-range hotel.

Very nice hotel with great views! Unfortunately, the hotel charges 10.00 extra per day for parking. I paid in advance for parking when I registered and paid for the hotel room. Although I placed the key card in the reader the parking lot charged another $10. So, I paid $20 per day for parking. I took the receipt to the front desk hotel,And they gave me a number and address to call as Luxor was not in charge of the parking. RIPOFF!!! Stay at a hotel that does not charge for parking. Restaurants in Luxor are expensive and bottled water was 4.50!!!

I would give this hotel 5 stars. But, the bathroom was not allowing me to do so. From yellow stains to cracked tiles to water being stuck in the shower to old green 1960's arm chairs that don't fit the Egyptian look.

Room was okay. Overall clean besides the couple hair pins found found beside. But the hotel is dead most of the restaurants are closed (at least while i was there this past week) I spent about 80% of my time at other hotels I won't mention. Make a long story shot avoid paying resort fees here and stay elsewhere if you plan on visiting.

Great time. But if you want to see the King Tut exhibit you have to go to the Museum of Natural History. The gift shop doesn't have any Egyptian memorabilia common just the Titanic

I didn't stay here I just went to the Carrot Top show. The show itself was 5 star..the hotel is 3 due to cleanliness and ambiance. This place could be a 5 star with a makeover. We are at the little chicken place upstairs. They took our money but forgot to actually make our food. After 20 minutes of waiting we went to the counter and they said they forgot us.....really? After we got the food it was like the "Great VALUE" version of Raising Canes. Will not be back to that restaurant.

Our visit was very pleasant. At very busy check-in times, there should be more staff at the desk to check-in more guests to help keep the line moving. Yes, the M Life check-in area helps but there's a limited amount of people working that side. The Luxor's buffet is really great and has a lot to choose from. There's a good selection of shows to go to and having the Titanic and Body exhibits right in the hotel too are nice. Very close to Mandalay Bay and their shops.

Phenomenal first experience in Vegas. Brought my little brother here for his 21st Birthday. We both had an amazing time. If you want a unique stay in Vegas, I / we HIGHLY encourage staying at the Luxor Hotel and Casino. Clean rooms, comfy beds, accommodating concierge, amazing Casino (with free gambling lessons between 11am and 1pm daily), tasty food, multiple entertainment options, and the light from the peak of the pyramid makes it easy to navigate back to if you're out enjoying the nightlife. An absolute must visit when in Vegas and you won't be disappointed staying here, either. We'll definitely be back to stay and gamble at the Luxor. 10 out of 5 Stars

Interesting experience to see a modern day pyramid. We saw Titanic exhibit. It was very well done. If you have the opportunity to view it recommend it. The body experience is also pretty cool. We also saw this when it was in Los Angeles. We head yogurt at the blizz yogurt shop.

Our stay was nice, the room was clean. We had an issue with our shower backing up, we called the concierge and a maintenance technician was at our room within an hour and fixed the issue, then it was house keeping to clean up the mess. In general, our stay was great.

I love the luxor. From the architectural design to the amount of activities it offers. The esports arena, multiple bars, tons of games. It was a very fun stay, and will hopefully be staying later in the future.

Great Hotel right on the strip, clean large rooms. Friendly staff, plenty of attractions, drinks & food. Prices on the strip tend to be high, but Deli inside casino has good prices on good American menu. Join M-life club for free, get discounts & earn points for rewards.

If you're looking to relax, take the load off, not do much foot travel, THIS HOTEL ISNT FOR YOU!
No Refrigerator (you have to pay for a tiny one for $25)
Lighting in bathroom could've been better
No Microwave
Parking is about a 10 min walk from your room, through the hotel, and to either Mandalay Bay parking or Excalibur parking.

The rooms are a good-sized very clean we did an upgrade and stayed in the East tower if you carry medication or anything like that they do not have refrigeration are coffee in the room and it's a long ways to go get it the same withbut if you don't have little ones to worry about and don't have to eat first thing in the morning it's great it also has room service I tried it for breakfast and the omelet was excellent I had ham and cheese to tell you the truth I think room service was cheaper than trying to find it out in the hotel have a great time

Quite run down, bathroom cabinet has a bunch of dings in it, bathroom fan is really loud. Cockroach crawling in the bathroom. Buffet food was very average. Food was cold and not very tastey. It was not worth the $26 price. Definitely would not stay here again. I expected more from an MGM property.

I love this hotel. It's at the south of the Las Vegas strip. It's close to the airport. Access to every hotel on the strip within minutes from here. They have an amazing casino with great slots. The rooms are incredible. When we stayed here last we had a huge hot tub in the bathroom. Which was quite essential after a day of walking the strip.

Great Location, Poor Guest Services . Had an issue with our room , broken shower door , mattress was run down, called Front desk for this issue and were advised that the new room will be ready after 3 pm. Upon arrival back to hotel at night no one was aware of our issue, took 30 minutes to get us into a new room. Parking is poor. There were no designated Guest Parking. No visible directions of guest parking anywhere .
