I really liked this hotel. it won't be everyone's cup of tea because it is not the modern box hotel with easy elevator access (you might have to use your legs) but its pleasant, has amazingly friendly staff, a great pool, and the food is really very very good and not pricey. I will definitely return next time I am staying in the area. Strongly Recommend!

Very nice hotel! Right next to the Getty museum. There is an upper and lower area, and you can walk between them or have them drive you 24/7. It is a steep hill down, so walking down is fine, but I recommend the cart to go up. The rooms are spacious and nice. The TV's have Chromecast, which is very convenient. Breakfast was just OK and there is a full bar, but it does close early.

I would rate this hotel 0 stars if I could..All of the workers are very unkind towards my family and my sister's family was stayed for 22 nights with 4 bed rooms. This hotel is dirthy, old, has the smell of pets, pet stain odors, and the vallet parking employee counter manager is very rude and disrespectful. Also they have terrible service so I highly reccomend that this is the worst hotel you'll ever experience. They don't even care about needs that need to be handled so don't bother visiting this place. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The rooms are actually very tiny that I had trouble breathing.

Very handsome, modern hotel with ample and varied spaces. The rooms are quite large. It has all the necessary services and eats well. Accessibility by car is very good. It is not a big hotel, which is not crowded. Excellent attention and service. The price may seem high, but compared to those in the area and the value for money, it is very good. Highly recommended.

Neat, clean hotel. Great staff. Professionally run. Well organized valet parking staff welcomes me each time I'm here. I've attended several parties here and the place is high class. I have to commend the catering staff. I wish I knew their names so I could note them personally. I was at an event that the host said was kosher. (I believe the host had an outside caterer supply the food). I could tell the food wasn't kosher as they had both meat and dairy served at the same event. Someone asked a young waiter if the event food was kosher, he went to the supervising guy (middle aged) and asked him the same question. The supervisor told the water in no uncertain terms that the event was Non-kosher. I so appreciated the catering staff's honesty.

The hotel is nice but visibly somewhat older. The restaurant food is limited but very good. I don't like places without self parking options so that part itself is not ideal, but the parking cost at $36/day is in line with other hotels I guess. The room cleaning staff however cleaned up my bags which I was not a fan of.

The staff was very friendly and the overall room was nice. It was the small details that were a little disappointing. Such as the WiFi, they have Chromecast on the TVs which is great, but the content filter blocks Netflix and Hulu. The room is a good size, but the floors are disgusting. There was pink and crusty things all over the room, I didn't want to walk around without shoes. The bed was a nice size and very comfy but all the pillows were down and there were stains on the sheets. I will say that the 7 inch Android tablet in every room that you could order room service on was a nice touch. It just seems that IT needs to contact Cisco support regarding their meraki content filter, the rooms need to be checked for a deep cleaning once a month (steam clean carpets, bleach or replace sheets, check and test all technology in room)

The hotel is well located on Sunset for all the local amenities. Traffic is always a problem in LA so despite this location, you still need to allow plenty of time if going anywhere.

The rooms are well proportioned and fitted our family of 5 (including 2 teenagers) comfortably with a rollaway. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished in a modern style. The beds are only doubles, but you could easily fit queen or king in these large rooms - it's a shame they don't have this option. You have large windows spanning the whole room but I would recommend a room in the higher 2nd building as it allows much more light, and a fab city view. It is also nearer the pool area, which is ideal with the kids.

There is a steep walk between the upper and lower building, but on-demand cars are provided if you wish, but we found it easier to walk - it's no big deal.

Valet parking is mandatory, and in the upper buildings, there is usually only one person. This sometimes makes the service slow, which can be a touch annoying. That said, the guys are all very pleasant and do their best to be quick.

The pool area is nice, with Cabanas, however it is not attended regularly so you are not always sure which beds are free, and there are often towel, plates and cups strewn around, and not tidied up. There is also no bar area.

I would like to give a huge thank you to the front desk manager Hudith, who gave a very personal service to our family. She went out of her way to ensure we were as comfortable as possible. If in town, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice, the comfort is of a high category, not luxury, but neither does it have a good component ... Reception and info in the room, all within reach between technology and hospitality ... Swimming pool for the little ones is enough and therefore advances more than satisfied.

Hotel meets expectations. Easy access to the highway. Excellent option for those who do not want to stay in the city center and pay such a high price in hotel rates and parking. It has on-site parking and valet.

The rooms were quiet and spacious. The staff is wonderful they were very accommodating and kind. The restaurant was quaint with delicious food. I loved everything about this hotel the only drawback is the parking. Parking is valet only which is fine but the charge for it was a bit excessive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are massive featuring really luxurious beds. The whole area is really quiet and scenic, the pool is a great size with a lot of seating and outdoor space surrounding. A really clean hotel with a courteous staff that I can't wait to go back to.

Great place to stay, kind of on the expensive end as it feels they try to milk you of money in any way possible, but if you're staying at such a high quality hotel I would assume this isn't an issue. Call me Private Petty but its just something I noticed.

I was hired by Luna Garden Events to DJ Ricardo Luna's Christmas Party and let's just say that this place is on top of its game. Beautiful property. And the staff incredible. Incredibly easy for me to set up and connect to their system. Amazing food. Personally I prefer the livelier hotels on The Sunset Strip. This is for anyone who wants luxury and peace. Actually, I'd probably be a little saner if I staycationed here for a couple of days. Time to start saving.

I was extremely impressed by this hotel. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, the hotel was clean and modern, and the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Though we didn't get to use the pool area during the day, we checked it out in the evening and it's really nice. It's a convenient location (though really only if you have a car) and it's pretty quiet even though it's next to the highway. The staff was so nice, they even sent us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries when they found out it was for our anniversary. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

This hotel is sleek and modern rooms and building. Love the hotel and where the location is. The Sunset Lonunge has great a tasty cold and hot beverages. Also, there is an outdoor pool at the second bulding. One thing that if you are where or near the construction on the second bulding it is annoying and loud.

From someone who spends at least a quarter of the year in various hotels...this is a total winner. I mean, there's a coffee hour on an outdoor terrace on the third floor, and a wine happy hour in the lobby every day.
