This is for the service, my first one here. They are Low on staff and technicians in the service department, first no one was ready to check me in(they took quite some time to do, even though I have an appointment) and second after waiting for more than hour after I checked my vehicle in I went to one of staff members to see how long more its going to be and was told that they havnt still got to my vehicle. Poor customer service!!!
