My wife and I were interested in adding another Prius car to our household. We initially encountered a young lady from internet sales who showed up where the cars were on the lot. She stayed with us as we looking at different models and was very helpful. She then had us meet salesperson Patrick McLafferty. Mr. McLafferty took a test drive with us in the model that we were considering. He is very personable and we enjoyed the test drive with him. When we chose the model we wanted, Mr. McLafferty helped us every step of the way in purchasing the vehicle. He made the car buying experience very easy. Normally we find purchasing a car a somewhat stressful experience but not this time. We would definitely recommend Mr. McLafferty to friends and family who are interested in purchasing a vehicle.
