This company is only good for thier storage except they didn't give me terms and policy papers when I signed up and that's a liability .....then my family member had a severe fall on a dip outside thier back door on a ramp area and they tell me they are up to code by having it but ITS a dangerous spot that's not color coded to let THIER inside storage people know it's there ...we are in the talking stage of liability which they have but I was given policy papers 5 months later instead of the day i signed up and its says they arent liable for damage or injuries but i talked with other storage places and they said they are liable and i was not aware of those papers b4 and my lawyer will be taking care of this because they are liable...thier attitude is non caring or no sympathy for the fall that happened and my family member could lose the use of her arm if waited to long to do surgery and no compensation......if anyone has ever fallen or hurt on this property , I'd like to know even if you didn't turn it in........they dont even have a video of the spot of the incident , and havent even tried to look for one......I'm not trying to hurt thier business but be care full in those storage places ....

The issue I was having prior to coming to Lock Box East is too complicated to explain, but long story short I cannot say enough nice things about CHRISTY. I hope I spelled that correctly. I was clearly flustered and anxious before I got there and she could not have been more accommodating. I showed up at 5:58 when they were closing at 6 and she was never impatient with me, nor did she show any frustration about having to work late. She and I had a genuine, nice conversation on the go kart going to my building. She really does her job well. The price of my building turned me off at first, but I got over it. My 10x10 with another place was $49 a month, but a 10x10 at Lock Box is $79 a month. However, I think they offer services that a lot of other places do not offer. It is a gated business with an entry code. The gate will not open after 8 at night and if you leave after 8 at night you will be locked in and will have to call and have someone come let you out. As long as you can remember that, it's really a great place to use. The customer service is top of the line.

These girls are lost on the u haul computer. I was there over an hour trying to rent a small trailer. I don't think I'll use u haul again.

I do not recommend this business. Very rude and are quick to charge you fees for something you did not do. I was accused of dumping materials into the company dumpster and given a fee of $120. The culprit ended up being another tenant which would have been evident had they actually reviewed their own security cameras properly. I immediately removed my items from this storage unit and to this day have not received an apology. You can find a better storage facility literally anywhere else.

Absolutly the worst storage facility i have ever had the misfortune of finding and using. From the rude un professional employess who honestly should never have a job whers it requires dealing with people, the young man who worked with my wife had us uoset from day 1 while sending us on a frantic hunt for fees that the told us of once we was there and never bothered to tell us that u coukd ot accesa ur storage after close cauzong us to have added expenses becuase even tbough they offeredu the use of a uhaul that act like u only came becaise of the uhaul which is partly true beciase that did weigh in on our choice. Plus they added charge after charge for stuff the electrix was off several times or the gate wad broke and they woukd not allow us access to our propert. All i all i woumd this placs k would if u neex stoge the peolme at AAA STORAGE JUST down 80 in hallsville behind is more professioal and polits as well as cheper ks whers i woild go myself

Customer service was great and the prices are great too! They helped me find a one car garage size storage for $70 a month....not bad.

I called Lock Box East Self Storage 10 days prior and reserved a 15x20 unit for my move from Austin to Longview. I arrived with a 20 ft Uhaul full and was told my space was taken by another customer, and there was not another 15x20 avail!! Simply ridiculous! I called SecurCare Storage and was given a space within minutes! and was even given 1 month free with a lock. I observed the SecurCare Storage facility had a cleaner appearance too! , Valerie was very professional :-) and quickly got me into storage space. I Should have contacted SecurCare Storage first! This would have saved me a lot of frustration.

As a owner of a self storage around the corner from here myself I will say that the staff and manager are first class and vey helpful at this location. Even with them knowing i'm competition just down the road they gave me all the information I was looking for and were very helpful. If I didn't have my own storage units I would recommend them in a minute. In fact I sexed all the customers who need climate control to them...

I don't do business with them, i'm actually a competitor. But will say I recommend them 1st. When I can't help ther customer as they have sent customers my way when they don't have the room. The manager is really helpful, knowledgeable, down to earth. This location has many units inside and out and even climate control which is one thing I don't have over at whaley street storage.
