Café Nexus Review

Cool coffee shop and very cyclist friendly. Along with a tasty selection of pastries, coffee, and gelato, they also carry quite a few Skratch Labs products. The staff were also very friendly. I will certainly be back when I am in the area again.

Great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. Whether you re buying bulk beans, coffee or food - these guys only serve the highest quality! This has become a family favourite and we always bring out of town guests there.

It's not only because Nexus provides the best warm cozy drinks on a very cold January morning that I make the time to drop in...it's the friendly small town/big heart greeting I get each morning I pick up my fabulous smoothie! Fantastic cafe in Uxbridge! Drinks are flavourful, very yummy treats and great personalized service.....and ....the Gelato is to die for!! Absolutely worth the drive to uxbridge, a "must" on your travel list....

Very nice vibe. The employees are great and the service is great as well. The coffee seems good (but I don't drink coffee) and the gelato was great too. I also love the baked treats that they sell. Overall, a nice place to hang out after a movie or other activities in town.

This place is well worth the visit. I make it in a few times a week, always pleased with the coffee, especially the Flat White and American, baked goods are fresh and tasty.

Very knowledgeable staff and the highest level of quality control. If you want to understand the portions (size of your Cappuccino) and why they don't do a larger size, just ask... Hint: it is all about the quality and taste of your experience.
I often drive out of my way to come here to get coffee, Cappuccinos, Chai tea and Espressos for guests and customers. Everyone is always thrilled!

Nice little local coffee shop with a cool range of offerings. A good place to pick up high quality gluten free power snacks and a great coffee, a tea latte, cider etc. Many pastries, as well as a lovely selection of gelato. Always nice and quiet, many people come and sit in the window with their laptops. Quick service too.

The staff was incredible! It was late in the afternoon we came up to go on the Fall colours train ride, and needed a good cup of coffee first. An area local recommended Nexus. We all had different drinks Mocha, apple cider, London fog, and lattes. STRONGLY recommend!!!!

Nexus Coffee is fantastic! Best place to get a delicious cup of coffee in Uxbridge and now Port Perry! Each location is beautiful with unbeatable service. All the baristas are welcoming, friendly & quick! My favourite treat is the 'Not Guilty' which is gluten free & vegan! Stock up on tea, cute resuseable mugs, chocolate, Juice Plus powders and fresh roasted coffee beans!
This place is always my go-to!

I got in there at the peak of school hours and Arthur was there by completely by himself. There were about 7 customers before me and I was coming in with a big order. We were doing a commercial shoot in Uxbridge for the day and had to get 18 different drinks for the cast and crew. Arthur handled it all incredibly well. He was very friendly, agile, and an all-around great guy. He made what could have been a stressful and difficult situation into a easy and fun experience. The coffee was delicious too! Thank you very very much Arthur! Hope to stop by again soon.

Friendly, knowledgeable baristas. I just had a matcha latte, which are a struggle to get right. Nexus delivered a superb product. I'll be back!

Best coffee ever! Trained staff offer great service in a perfect setting. You must visit often!

Lattes with heart art in the foam represent the vibe here. Sit in a comfy booth, in a chair, or perch on a stool at the window--there's a spot for every mood. Feeling playful? There are games in the booths. Soft lighting, modern music, art on the brick walls are the setting for consuming a variety of hot beverages (I like the London Fog latte featuring Earl Grey tea and vanilla) baked goods or Italian-style ice cream (gelato). Only request I have: A less refined treat, containing protein and fat--some sort of coconut & chocolate keto bomb maybe?

Favourite coffee place ever! It s really cute inside and such a wonderful atmosphere! Staff are always so kind as well. They have a great selection of drinks and more. My personal favourite is the cappuccino :) I m also really excited that there is a nexus in Port Perry now! It s a lot closer to my house and it s walking distance from my school! So excited!

Very welcoming and the owner and staff are pretty cool, the coffee and cappuccino are great! When I'm in Uxbridge I try and swing by.

Good selection of coffee and treats. I had their cold brew coffee with a tart. Very yummy. I was hoping they had a bigger selection of cold coffee drinks but not bad. Price was slightly high but bearable. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I had a macchiato and my wife an affogato and they were great (how can you go wrong with an affogato on a hot day?).

The service was also friendly, and Pilot sources excellent coffee so that's a plus.

I would recommend this cafe to anyone, so check it out. Located right downtown Uxbridge.

First time at this cafe. Arrived in time to have a freshly made muffin. Coffee was great and service was excellent. Would definitely return!

To be fair, I didn't get to eat or drink anything. But I came in with my daughter after seeing a show and waited to order. It was the middle of the day Saturday but only only one person was there. After a few minutes, the server acknowledged me and asked that I wait while he finished an order. I sat down and waited, and waited.

When he then ignored me and took someone elses order I walked out.

If I get a chance to actually try their coffee I'll let you know.

Overpriced coffee similar to Starbucks. Some seats inside only. Limited hours and ran out of biscotti .

A regular spot for us. Flat white is a top five cup of coffee ever for me. Great service too .
