We had my grandsons birthday party there. Great experience. Very family oriented.

Not a lot to do. Paid over $70 and the kids were bored in less then 20 min. Over priced for the lack of things to do.

This place is brand new and super clean, I like that they have hours dedicated to toddlers so they can play freely, without worrying about the bigger kids running into your little ones. Workers are very nice and very welcoming to their customer..

Great place,everyone is smiling having a blast.Its so much fun you don't even realize your getting a serious workout. A little to quick with their whistles for me.Exciting experience, perfect memories.

It's better now that they did the extra things like that climbing for the kids in the Ninja Warrior

My son loved this place. We went with some of his friends and they all had a great time. Already planned a return trip. He gets exercise and has fun while bouncing all over.

I don't leave reviews often, but felt I needed to today. We had a birthday party here yesterday and I'm blown away with how well everything went. The minute I walked though the doors we were greeted and all the way to the end we were thanked and said goodbye to! The Airheads staff was unbelievable!!! They are attentive, interactive, friendly, and happy. They worked so hard, and kept the park clean. My party had the manager visit 3 times to check on us! (Kevin two times, he is so friendly and helpful, explained the entire flow and made us feel like family, and Chelsey who is so sweet and helped with anything we needed) The trampoline workers are fantastic, they all were so focused and made sure everyone acted safe. I'm so impressed and will tell all my friends and will be back for casual jumps. This was my first time and due to the outstanding staff I will be back. Kevin even helped me bring the gifts out to my car!!! What business's do that? Great job Airheads!

Jump jump jump! I usually book a 1 hour jump for the family. They require you wear their socks. You will he exhausted!

Great service. I had my son's birthday party here. It's pricy but, the package includes the whole party with food. We ate pizza and drank soda. Trampoline area is separated by skill level. The staff are simple youth with no incentive to remain professional, possibly ethical. Overall, five stars.

It's really fun there dodgeball is great and I'm so glad that added flipping but water fountains barley work and a couple weeks ago my boyfriend is a very hated person there and he doesn't listen to what they say but one of the staff members was cussing at him and I dont think that is right to do that as a grown up to say that to a teen kinda of hurt him and me too so saying your gonna punch him in the face and all that stuff is not okay to me.

Really cool place to get a workout even for adults. Friendly staff. Prices on refreshments are not great but that was expected. I thought that I was in shape until I bounced around this place playing dodgeball and climbing the rock walls.

Place was nice but needs more friendly ppl working there more welcoming.

Well staffed with plenty for the kids to do! We always enjoy our time here. There are a few different things to do there. My kids enjoy dodgeball and the ninja section but there are many sections to choose from.

Im having my daughter's 10th birthday party there today. Very excited by yhe reviews i read so far.

My kids and I had a good time, we got there early to avoid the rush as they re 3 and 5 yrs old. My only complaint is the 1 hour rate is a little high.

This Great for the kids but need more stuff for the adults for the time being while they kids are here. I would like more TV upstairs where the tables at. But all and all I highly recommend to bring your kids here. The good is ok. But not the Best price.

This is a great place for kids!! My favorite thing about it is that the employees are so good with children. A young man named Cam made my Godaughter and Godson feel special. He has a heart for children. Their manager is professional and caring as well. It would be a wonderful place for a birthday party or other event. It is rare anymore to go to a place where you feel the employees actually care, and that's what makes it special.

This is the most ratchet trampoline park I've ever been to. My son and I have been to many and this was the absolute worst. STAY AWAY

My son had his 5th birthday party here as its one of his favorite places to go. Paul and the rest of the Airheads team exceeded our expectations. They were very accommodating and made sure every child had a great time. They setup everything in the room and helped to make it very stress free for me as the mom which is not what I'm used to!

Thank you for an amazing experience and I highly recommend Airheads for a birthday party or just for a few hours of jumping fun! Great for little kids and big kids!

Terrible Terrible workers. I waited like 10 minutes in line to get my prize. Also waited in line to get just a cup of water but, no one took our order. So we went into another long line. Look to my left, see some kids exactly where we were, and walk out with food. My friend asked how much this ice cream is, said 1.60 in such a rude way I wanted throw my shoe at hem. And also, in the jumping part, the guys said no running. Yeah yeah I might hit a kid but how do I do my awesome flips... Though other than those other things, it was awesome

We were there for a Birthday party was fun, pretty much self service and staff is there for safety. Lots of games. We would go back.

Great place for kids and young teens. There's other places meant for older teens.

Lots of fun, friendly staff, arcade games were fun but a few had issues or were broken which was annoying, staff addressed it by giving us tokens to replace any lost. They did not seem interested in making signs indicating which machines were broken.

My daughter had her 5th birthday here, it was perfectly executed and the staff went above and beyond. Great environment to come and get some work done and a safe environment for the children to play in without worry.

First time going there. It was amazing. The family atmosphere was in fill effect, birthday parties were ongoing and people off all ages were there enjoying themselves. My daughter absolutely loved it as u did myself. It's a serious workout

This is an inexpensive, fun workout for grandkids. I can sit on the bleachers and see everybody jump and run around. The refreshments are medium priced. Not too bad. We avoid the arcade-there are better choices for the $.

Bring your socks. No bare feet. Also, watch for specials and unlimited jump nights/times. The extended jumping time really wears them out. It does get warm and steamy inside the building when it is raining outside.

Safe parking. Well lit. Easy in and out if you are driving a mob.

Perry, one of the watchers, is awesome. Our young gbaby was there playing alone and he played tag with her and even when she was trying to go into areas she was too short to enter he showed her some flips she could try instead.

Great place for families! They also had a mother & toddler day (not sure if it's still a thing, but we went years ago). We enjoyed ourselves!

Ms. Laura, made my son's first birthday exceptional. She made sure we had a room to fit all of his guest that traveled 2 hours away. The food was great, very speedy, and friendly environment. She even gave a helping hand with setting up.
I would recommend going to this location for future birthday parties and events.

Overall, it was a fun place. You can find coupons online. I had a 9 year old, 8 year old, 2 year old, and myself. We all had a lot of fun jumping. Only reason i won't give 5 stars is because I've visited similar places with more structure and more to do for smaller kids. But overall we liked it.

Great place for kids to run, play and expend energy. They have an area for the babies as well. The bigger kids can play dodge ball. In addition the video games are good for when they want to take a break from jumping. I take my grand children every summer when they visit.

Went for a birthday party and the kids had a great time! Pizza was good also. Lots of fun to be had with all the activities they offer.

We were looking for something to do on a rainy day while on vacation when we came across Airheads and I couldn't have been more thankful for the rain! We had a blast! For $17.99 (each) we got an all day unlimited attraction pass. Our toddler was only $12.99 and an adult got to jump for free. The staff was AMAZING!! So helpful and hands on with the kids, I was truly impressed. The courses and obstacles were different from any other trampoline park we've visited and the kids (and adults) enjoyed the challenges! Food and drink prices were very reasonable. We had the pizza and it was great! There's also a small arcade area the kids enjoyed. We'll be back the next time we visit the area!

Fun place for kids and is clean but I feel like the trampolines are kinda lame

Not a bad way to spend an afternoon. Sometimes there are older kids in the trampoline area that aren't well respectuful of the younger children, but nothing out of the line. They make you pay a fee to bring a birthday cake in, so beware. We'll go back again.

So worth the money we had a blast for the whole family

We went there for a birthday party last weekend during the Glow Night. My son and his friends were having fun until another child punched him in the head. My son is tough but this brought him to tears. His friends came to tell me and the employee near the area said he would make the other kid say "sorry." I spoke with a manager and he spoke with the other child. The other child was not asked to leave the arena, but was asked to stay out of the dodge ball area. He did not stay out of the area and I think this could have been prevented had the employee in the area paid attention to the children instead of staring at his phone. More employees need to be on the trampolines and need to pay attention to the jumpers; especially during dark events.

I've been to this place 3 times . My 7 year old son was hit in the head with a ball thrown by a 15 year old that hurt my son . nothing was done about it at all i noticed all the employees are young and dont seem to care about the little one's safety. The last time i was at Airheads a grown man was jumping and landed on my son. This man was about 6 foot. My 7 year old son cried so i ran out to pick him up and hold him as he was crying a employee ran over to me and starting yelling at me to get off the trampoline with my shoes and saw the whole thing and said nothing to the man that was six foot that landed on my son that is the last time I will ever go there this at your own risk the supervision there is very poor the young people working there are not well enough trained to uphold the safety standards for these young people out there my son will never go there because he was hurt there twice and nothing was even done about it

i hate how no one knows how to pick up a phone! i even try to leave a message and it redirects me to say the voice mail is full. ! NOT COOL !

I threw a small bday party for my 8 yr old daughter yesterday 6/27 and it all went perfectly... Even tho this pandemic seems to have put a damper on things, my daughter walked out saying, "This was the best party ever!"...and that's all that matters to me. The facility was nice and clean and not too crowded. The staff was polite and efficient. The manager was more than accommodating and extremely professional. As a past event planner with over a decade of experience, I was extremely impressed by the young GM... Watch out because I might try to recruit him one day I will surely be back and would highly recommend supporting this facility with your children. Absolutely fabulous.

The only thing this place lacks is customers. Kinda kills the experience

EDIT FROM MY LAST REVIEW: They have since unbanned flipping, but they have it restricted to a small corner which gets crowded quickly with people who don't respect those wanting to flip, and most new people go in there and use it as a private jump space. If they opened the floor up to more flipping, or gave a bigger area, or even patrolled the are for non-flippers it would be even better.
It used to be a great place to go for all day fun and a great work out but since they ducked up with their waiver and got sued you aren't allowed to flip any more. What's the point of signing the waiver if it has no use in court.

It's a lot of fun. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and they do a great job with the cleaning process (we appreciate that). We will definitely come back here some more.

Love it. I've been going to this location since they opened but the rules having gotten a lot more strict than how they were before. Other than that, the staff are great and they are always on watch for the safety of everyone.

Fun but a little pricey in my oppinion for what they have available on a Sunday.

There are so many rediculous rules if you're bringing kids. I couldn't jump with my daughter in my arms, I couldn't help her learn to bounce by holding her hands... Pretty much I paid for us both to walk around while she was constantly knocked over by older kids and adults who kept coming in the junior jumping area. (My daughter is 1 1/2.

Granddaughter loved it, had to go twice in the week she visited!

This place is horable all the trampolines can't even go 1 foot in the air and you get kicked out for sitting down it's retarted

For $24.00+ per kid just to jump per day. Even Busch gardens and adv island for unlimited use for the month is cheaper. The place was clean - bright and safe. And an awesome job of sound insulation. Food was better then I hoped so ++ but waiting 25min for two slices of pizza and prices are wow high for type of food served. There was an arcade section with 30+ games. Mainly ticket games. A few prize games that are half filled if that. I counted atleast 5 machines not working. And over prices. Like packman $0.50 and up from there. In short.. Would we come back. Yes. But during the summer on a supper hot day since it's indoors with full tummies because this place does not nickel and dime you. It $five and $10 you. A lot more places better value. But indoors is the best thing about it.

Kind of expensive, and lacks many of the extras that another trampoline gym we have been to for the same price.

This is a great place to take your kids! The recent remodel has a lot more for the kids to do, including an obstacle course with foam pieces, rock wall climbing and obviously the trampolines.

Absolutely love this place & so does my 1 year old. We take her here to run free n release her energy. Ranking at a 10!!!
