Shelby Parker was very courious checking me out. Jacob Fuller was very instrumental in suggesting tire alignment when I purchased the set of four tires. I ask him for a copy of the befor and after of that alignment. He also came out to make sure of the tires and their cost which were Michelins that I had scheduled versus Bridgestones. I understood and assured him that the Michelin s were what I wanted. Oh, and by the way the car ride is much smother and the handling has definitely improved back to what it was when new.
