I took my daughter to buy her first car. We went to several places in Abilene and one night we just finished up at a dealership and we were very unhappy at how we were treated and decided to just drive through the Lithia Toyota Dealership and saw a couple of cars that my daughter was interested in. We got out just to look real quick. We were then approached by John Nicols and informed him we were interested in a couple of cars on the lot but we were too tired to talk that evening but we would like to come back the next day. Mr. Nicols was very polite and we decided to setup an appointment with him. He wasn't pushy at all. We came back the next day and test drove the two cars that interested my daughter. Mr. Nicols worked so well for us and with us that I have to say was my best experience ever in purchasing a car. He made us feel at home at Lithia. When we settled on a car to buy he worked hard in talking to the finance department for us and was able to negotiate a fair deal for us. We the sat down with the paperwork guy and had a very enjoyable experience as well. The whole experience we had was just amazing. Mr. Nicols has earned a lifetime customer. And already I have recommended Lithia to family members that will soon be in the market for a new car. Thank you Lithia and especially thank you John for providing a wonderful experience for my daughter's first car as it should be, an experience and memory that will be cherished by this family and my daughter for a lifetime. There is another daughter who will need a car in two years. I will definitely be back then.. if not sooner if the need arises.
