Purchased a 2017 Silverado 1500, had a check engine light on it, was told it would get fixed. They kept it for 3 days. Got the truck back drove it for a day and now the truck wont run due to to transmission problems. It was a Pre-Certified vehicle but obviously the certification standard wasnt very high. Reaching someone who was able to assist was nearly impossible nobody had answers and didnt get to anything but a bunch of voice mails. I was promised call backs and received nothing. Will never do business here again. Still dont understand how after 1 day on the road my 2017 truck now has transmission problems.
