Okay so I bought my brand new 2015 Chevrolet Trav...

Okay so I bought my brand new 2015 Chevrolet Traverse back in March. During the sales process I had a good experience. There were some scratches on my vehicle when I bought it and I was told they would be buffed out and taken care of upon bringing my vehicle in to get the environmental package that I purchased for my car taken care of and done. Well, when I came to pick up my vehicle after the environmental package was complete the scratches were not taken care of. I informed the sales associate before I left and he told us to call and make another appointment to come back in and they will take care of it. Well we called and left messages and got no call back. We called again before we moved and again no call back. Myself and my boyfriend have called and left messages with the sales associate that worked with me and left messages for the service manager again no return call. Last week I was able to speak with the sales Manager and he took my information after I gave him a rundown, he said he would call me back. But again I have not heard back. Now here almost 4 months after I bought my car the problem and scratches have not been taken care of! This is not how to do business.
