Bought a used 2007 dodge charger from Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge and I couldn't be happier with the car or service. The ENTIRE staff was helpful and friendly not just putting up a false front. Vilyura Neff was my sales person and she was so kind and helpful during the process. Jewel Kelly was my Finance "go-to" (hope I remember her name correctly) and she got me a great interest rate along with warranty package that stayed in my budget when it came to my monthly payments. Over all I had a great experience with this dealership and would recommend to a friend to go here! Thanks again guys!!

The service department is extremely slow. I came for a simple oil change and I have been waiting two hours. That is with a 7am appointment. Jiffy lube can do it in 20 minutes. I do not think it is just me. Everyone waiting seems miserable. Last time I will be using this service department.

Absolute nightmarish customer service!
Called to inquire about availability and price of a new car...a person named Angel answered the phone. He sounded upset and fed up. When tried to tell him to be calm he got even more upset and started talking as he was doing me a huge favor. When tried to tell him that I am a potential customer and expect better service he started talking over me and HUNG UP the phone. Called back to speak with someone in management to explain the experience but no one was available. When tried to explain to the phone rep Fatima how bad the service was and that I have a good friend who works at a Lindsay, a different location, and takes pride in how well he serves the customers and how well he represents the name Lindsay, her answer was, "are you threatening me?" At that point I knew it's not just one individual who is in need of basic customer service training...
The answers to the bad reviews are comforting to read but dont appear to have any resolution. My two calls were recorded please use them to better yourself and as a training resource.

I made a trip to Virginia from Pittsburgh to buy a 2020 Chevy Silverado when I arrived the truck was sold from under me the advertised price was 27,160. They eventually fund me the same truck but different color the only problem when they ran the numbers they had added 7500.00 2500.00 was a dealer fee and the other was 5000.00 was because I didn't qualify for the discount so what started as 27,160 ended up being 34,000 + tax what a rip off I had to be a first responder,veteran,educator,previous lease, and some other things it was 1000.00 off for each one you qualified for and after negotiating with salesman and manager agreeing to pay 33,500 out the door I signed some papers and the manager came back and said he couldn't do it we had a deal I came up 2,500 to meet their price so I left . How do you agree on a price then change your mind after. What a terrible experience I drove 4 hrs each way for that they also offered me 250 dollars for a trade in what an insult

To my wife s and my surprise, we had a great experience dealing with our car salesmen. Now, I haven't bought a vehicle in 13 years and never really had an experiences where a sales person was looking out for my best interest. They just wanted to make a sale. With the Sales person (Darryl), we did not get that impression. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all patient with us as we looked at number of trucks until we decided on one that fit what we were looking for. When we sat down and started the finance process, he worked with us openly and honestly until we came to an agreement that worked for us. One key thing is he put no pressure for us to buy. At the end, we got the truck we wanted with the payments within our budget. They seem very sincere wanting not just a customer and sales person relations, they want to establish a lifetime relations, which means a lot to us. Unknowing, we had an issue where one of our tires was being reported having an issue. We took it back and they jumped on fixing it within minutes. We look forward in continuing this relationship long term.

I have just purchased one of my Dream cars. 2014 Camero, 2LT Coupe. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. My Sales Rep. (Nathan Hathaway) was great. He sat and talked with me to find out exactly what I wanted, took me for a test drive and explained all the features. Then Delivered...... I'm so happy with my new Camero and would definitely recommend Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge to my friends & family. Worst dealership I've ever been to, confirmed five or six times over email that I could not go over budget had me drive two states away twice with tens of thousands of dollars just to try to con me out of thousands of dollars, they will change the price on the website after you call and just say to bad prices change every day, I even checked with a manager and called right before I left to make sure everything was still okay, they lied and said the car had navigation after I got there and it did not, also heard other people complaining that they came down to look at a car and it wasn't there or it was a different one, and they also try the trick you by using two different websites, told me to come back the next day if I had more money I tried to and they wouldn't even answer the phone said that they could not get me into any GM vehicle or Chevy for $40,000 when they had multiple vehicles on the lot for up to $11,000 less. Just stay away go to Chapman or Park Chevy or even Hendrick Chevrolet they're not rude and they don't insult or even refused the quote a number on a car

I don t even know where to start with how bad of an experience I ve received here, I bought a brand new equinox over a month ago and everything was good until it was time to for you guys to pay off the trade in that I gave in. I ve called multiple times a week to bring this up and I keep getting told that tomorrow the funding will come in... it s been almost 6 weeks and I ended up having to pay out of my pocket for a car I no longer have since I m still the one responsible for that vehicle. I went in today and spoke to Ariel Sandy who then apologized about the inconvenience that I ve been having and attempted to make me sign a new contract when I specifically stated that I don t want a new contract and that I just want my car paid off that you guys took from me, he then proceeded to rip the newer contract in half and told me to go screw myself and have fun paying both car payments, this is the sales manager and if he acts this way then I know what to expect from anybody else that works in this place!! Nothing I ve done has gotten resolved by anybody here and if I can give this place ZERO Stars I would, don t waste your time here

Although the prices are higher than other shops I would definitely return to Lindsey, because I was treated so well by the staff. I was refunded for a mistake on my bill without any hassle. The parts for my car are now completely out of stock (2002 Saturn) and the techs were able to get the car fixed to pass inspection. The facility is clean and bright, the staff are polite, and helpful. The car is my son's transportation to school - an 8 mile round trip. It would be a hardship not to have it. John Adams saved the day for us!

On Saturday, July 18th, I experienced the worst se...

On Saturday, July 18th, I experienced the worst service at a car dealership that I have ever had and it could have easily been avoided. I attempted to purchase a brand new 2015 Chevy Camaro that was listed as $19,587. Since I was 90 miles away, I wanted to verify pricing and going out the door price. I called and the salesperson to address some of my questions. I asked for the additional fees associated with purchasing the new vehicle and the going out the door price. She stated $599 processing fee, $995 destination fee, and sales tax. Thus, I scheduled an appointment for the weekend to not only see the car but purchase the car. I called a few days later and asked her are there any rebates in the price of 19,587 that I have to be eligible for. She put me on hold and 2 minutes later returned with the answer no. My response was if the only fees associated with the vehicle are 599, 995, the sales tax, and 19,587, I intend to purchase the vehicle on Saturday. Upon arrival on Saturday, driving 90 miles, that was not the case. After she provided the manager with my application, she returned with additional prices of rebates that I was not eligible for such as military discount, USAA, and lease which accounted for an additional $3200. Obviously, I was furious because it was made clear ahead of time what the price was and there were no additional prices added to the vehicle. I declined the additional prices and her manager stopped by to try and convince me that they could eat the lease rebate but not the USAA or military rebates. I explained to him that the prices above were verified and the salesperson agreed that I verified the prices before driving 90 miles otherwise I would have decline the headache of a trip in traffic for this. He spoke with his manager and he stated he would not make any other adjustments in the pricing.

Mr. Hamza Abdul Aziz was outstanding with his customer service, knowledge of the financing process and was so patient with us throughout this important purchase. He answered all of our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and anyone who is looking for a real honest one-on-one professional care.

The moment we walked into the dealership, Mike greeted us and it was wonderful. It was like we had met him before. He took us to the car we had seem on the internet and went over the details piece by piece; he wanted us to really get the feel of the model. Mike did his magic to make sure we were able to get the deal that worked for all parties involved.
Mike is a jewel and a great asset to the company. Also, the managers and Lindsay in finance were awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Lindsay Chevrolet.

Worst experience EVER! Sales person was pushy and did not have ANY information about the vehicle..... the vehicle had an indicator light on for the tire pressure and the salesman told me it would be no issues to fix if the problem persists. LIAR! I called to tell him my tire has a leak and I keep having to put air in it they said it's not their problem because he didn't right it on anything! CROOKS! On top of that they TRIED to charge me a stupid reconditioning fee of $1500.00 that was NOT included in their price. MONEY HUNGRY CROOKS!!!!

They do not honor their online price and are extremely rude. I received pricing over the phone with the sales manager mark ross. What do you know I don t qualify for the fantastic advertised price, I send an email to see if they would further work with me, only to receive a snide email telling me he won t negotiate over the phone, Knowing that I live 5 hours away. This was after he previously negotiated with me via phone that day. I wouldn t be mad if they weren t so snide, not a good sales technique by any means. They made my car decision easy and I am now buying a mustang. 3 Chevy dealers and they were all nasty rude and unhelpful. Never will I ever purchase a chevy.

I am not giving this 5 stars for the dealership, because I had problems with my truck, which I felt they didn t inspect before hand selling, but for the wonderful care and the excellence that Franco the salesman took care of me. He was very honest and caring even when I had concerns and took care of me. Highly recommend him!!!

At first everything seemed great, they were very accommodating. Stayed open late, delivered the truck to me, 2hours away. However they promised weather tech mats and spare key. They brought the truck with no mats and no key. Gabe and Chris said they would ups the mats and send the key. I also noticed a day or 2 after getting the truck that the vin number on the inspection sticker was different I was told service mixed up vehicles. However I think due to the Bald tires and exhaust issues thats how they got it to pass. Im still waiting on the spare key and weather tech mats as promised for this 60k truck.. no one has followed up with me and its now been over 1 month.

after speaking with a very nice gentleman about a vehicle, we decided to go test drive & purchase a car. We were looking at several and although we liked the car, their lack of customer service made us decide to continue to shop elsewhere. Fastforward 2 weeks.. I receive a call from a gentleman claiming to be the general manager, apologized for our experience and asked us to return so they could earn our business. I already had an approval from my own bank so when they called to link it to the vehicle, they sent a request to give them almost $10,000 more then the agreed upon price! When I confronted them, they denied it until I asked if they'd like me to call the bank with them on conference call. At that time they sang a different tune! I have not met a more arrogant car place and have to say that I was very disappointed in their "I don't care attitude. I will NEVER buy a car from them or recommend them to anyone else. They have hidden fees and are not customer friendly!

So I made an appointment to come in and it was confirmed that I would be in the nexted day I met a man I asked if his name was Mark he said no but he could be so another man came from the restroom I ask if he was Mark Ross and he said he was he helped me from start to finish he found the right car the right color and he worked really hard to find the right price to fit my budget . If I was to send someone to buy a car i would send them to Mark he funny fun he cares about his customers .I never thought I would be able to buy another car but had no problems he made it happen I never had any problems with any thing all through the whole process. He has great customer service if you have any problems with your car he will find someone to help you with it if he can't. great guy .

Update: The sales manager, DJ, called me the foll...

Update: The sales manager, DJ, called me the following day to inquire why I had not purchased the truck. I explained to him what happened. He asked me to give him some time to see why the figures changed. He called me back a short time later and explained the GSM had not informed the assistant GSM he had approved the deal. DJ asked me back to the dealership one more time and the USAA price and the amount for my trade would be honored. Reluctantly, I agreed to meet with them one last time. DJ was a man of his word. When we arrived, the paperwork was ready and figures where correct. I would give the dealership five star based on Vincent and DJ in sales, but I only gave it 4 due to the multiple trips I had to make due to communication between th GSMs. If you are looking for a vehicle, i would recommend speaking with Vincent.

Buyer beware and watch the figures closly The sales team here are really good, especially Vincent. However, there is alot to be desired when it comes to their general sales managers. My wife and I went here to look at a new truck. Vincent helped us find one that met our needs and wants. Being a USAA member, I asked if the dealership honored the USAA auto buying program price. They said they would.

Unfortunately, we could not come to an agreement on my trade, 1st offer $3k and 2nd offer $5k, I wanted $6k

I received a phone call from Vincent a couple days later asking if I could come back in because he could get more for my trade. However, when I arrived, there was a price different, and higher, then the USAA price was shown and the trade offer was dropped to $4500. Again, not being able to come to an agreement, I left.

A couple days later, I received a call from one of the GSM. I don't know if it was an act but he appeared to be confused why a deal had not been reached when the price disagreement was only $1500 on $56k vehicle. The GSM stated it would not be a problem to overcome the $1500 gap. I agreed to meet with dealership again if they could assure me the USAA price and the $6k for my trade. Again, I was told it would not be a problem.

However, again when I arrived a price different then then USAA price was being used. It was lower than before, and actually lower then the USAA price. Unfortunately, the trade value was still at $4500 which was still approximately $700 more than what was agreed to during the last phone. The GSM on duty would not budge. So, the deal was lost over $700 and a person breaking their word.
Very disappointed and again pay close attention to the figures on the deal if you shop with them,

Writing this for my wife. She's a stay at home mot...

Writing this for my wife. She's a stay at home mother of two and we paid for a baby sitter so she could take the car in for warranty covered oil change and tire rotation. She had scheduled an appointment and was told it would take 1-1.5hrs.

She left the house at 8am...they took over 2.5 hours and only got to it when she tracked down the service manager and had them step up. They also tried to make her pay like $200 before she made them figure out what all was already included...and we still had to pay for some filters.

Then, the check engine light came on during her trip home. She had to go back. They told her they had knocked a hose loose during the oil change. SO, she left the house at 8am AND IT TOOK UNTIL ALMOST 1PM to get an oil change and tires rotated ...under warranty with an appointment. They didn't even look at another minor issue while they had the car...and my wife had to wait for all of this while we had a babysitter.

We had an appointment...but they were slow, and they messed up...and we had to pay. Ridiculous. When my wife was leaving someone was coming in with a problem with their car they had just had serviced the day before....a theme...I don't know, but for a first time customer they weren't helping themselves as far as I'm concerned.

As the primary driver of the vehicle, I appreciated that he spoke with me about the car and process rather than my husband, but didn t exclude my husband from the process.
