Goods- provided a loaner car while service was being done.
Bad- the technician who was installing the tire damaged the rim, requiring repair of the rim. This process took 2 weeks ( reference Good of loaner car). I was disappointed that I had to repeatedly call to gain status updates, and was often given incorrect timelines for completion.
-extremely disappointed that my 65k plus car was not cleaned when I picked it up. There were salt footprints on the mats ( due to car being outside during snow storms during 2 week delay) and technicians not cleaning their shoes when they got in. Audi and BMW clean the vehicles after service, may want to be a model that you emulate.
