I will never be back. And will make sure my family and friends, heck anyone who asks does not come here and that is a promise! The service department is the worst. And has been nothing but a headache since I got my car, even for something as simple as an oil change I have had problems. I have spent a lot of money here , been here several times & I kid you not EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had an issue with this service department. It s THE WORST. This week I decided why not give it one more chance and what do you know. I got screwed over AGAIN!! The men in the service department are rude, arrogant (even the managers ) and have 0 customer service skills. I know I don t have the newest Honda and I m not rich and white so maybe that s why I have a bad experience here. Cause the men in here are garbage. money has never been an issue for me when it comes to my car, it s the service here. Went to tire discounters and got my tire changed so my children would be safe and they re customer Service was awesome! That is where I will be getting mine and my families cars serviced from now on. Oh and by the way, if one person tells you something here, better get it in writing or make sure that person is there when it s time to make good on their word because the communication in there is the worst! Friday evening Manager treated me like I couldn t afford one of their rentals for $40 a day like he knew me. Smh
