The cons: a bit of surprise loan processing fee (supposedly by bank of america) that made my 2.44% rate turn into 2.84% that I'd have preferred know about before arriving from Nashville, TN. Also a scrape on the bumper I wasn't expecting..it's a 3 year old car and I didn't expect brand new but did prefer to know about any visible cosmetic damage. Last, the car pulled to the left which made for annoying 7 hour drive home.

The PROS (which far exceeded the cons). Tabitha Browning was awesome to work with. Sweet, professional, prompt with her replies/information. She arranged for me to be picked up at the airport. She gave me touch up paint to fix the scrape. (it was truly very little...I was just put off because I didn't expect it). They filled the tank with gas for my ride home. I emailed to complain about the alignment being off and she got approval from her manager to cover the cost of realignment.

Let's face it...no one likes dealing with car dealerships but as they go this one is great. Everyone in the office was personable and non cheesy salesman like. After tons of comparison overall I feel like I got a great enough deal on a great car to justify such a long distance purchase being worth it. I'd not hesitate to do business with them again.
