My experience with Lindsay Honda has been great up until my recent purchase. The service department is always wonderful I must add!!
My advice to you is make sure you ask questions and get the correct answers because I sure didn't. I was told information from the sales rep Jason Youngblood ... that changed upon financing. My sales rep stated that my vehicle I was Trading was going to be paid off since it was already through Lindsay Honda I believe what he said. Upon faxing paperwork to my insurance I notice that that was not the case. Very disappointing to me that I was told one thing from the sales rep and then upon financing was never explained the situation. My vehicle was purchased and the remaining balance was added to my loan which very well maybe the way things work but I was deceived into believing differently and never explained the process. Also I was given the promise of a lesser payment and a 4.9 interest rate from the sales rep. When entering financing I was informed that that is not truthful they haven't even ran my credit app and gotten the correct information. It was a variable between 4.9 and a higher interest rate. Also initially how this started...I was contacted by the sales rep and accepted a 2017 Accord at that interest rate 4.9% upon signing paperwork I noticed the paperwork says 2016 accord. Why wasn't I told that ?? My payment has now increased from my previous vehicle. I have contacted a sales manager who said he would speak with my sales rep letting him know my concerns. That was it.. I have since received a call from the sales rep explaining exactly what he should have explained to me to begin with about the interest rate. Seriously, I was deceived. I would definitely not recommend Lindsay Honda. But Honda I would recommend just not that dealership.
