Food is excellent and staff are very friendly and helpful

The most best hotel in Cagayan de Oro. I will pass my vacation only in the Limketkai Luxe Hotel. Wonderful amazing infinity swimming pool!!!!!!

The first hotel we went to from Cagayan De Oro is Limketkai Luce Hotel. The hotel is very unique because of the color gold throughout the facility. When you go inside, they immediately welcome you with smiles. The interior of the hotel is beautiful as well. When we go inside of our assigned room, I got amazed because they have complete items you expected inside a hotel and the bed is so comfortable that you will have no trouble at sleeping. If you get hungry, they have a menu list inside your room and you can order through the phone for room service. The WiFi is fast as well which is nice. I also enjoyed the view of the pool and their art paintings. Limetkai will surely make you feel at home.

Been to this hotel many times. As yet have not been disappointed! The facilities are world class and the hospitality is far and beyond Philippine standards! The food, service and facilities are worth experiencing. CDO should be proud of this hotel!

Been here during our NPC Cadetship Assessment and I found the place good.

The building looks nice. It is accessible to public transportation and shopping centers. I like that there is a church just next to the shopping center. The amenities are satisfactory i.e. pool, gym, breakfast bar, etc. The hotel employees are very courteous and friendly. I have high expectations from this hotel. It is advertised as one of the finest hotel in CdO. When I checked in at the hotel, the first thing I noticed was there were no place for me to store our clothes except for a closet with a few hangers. The electric outlet is limited. I have to get up and go to the desk area to charge my phone. The comforter sheets were a bit short for the size of the bed. I have to untuck it at the foot of the bed so I can cover myself with the sheets. I also noticed the old chipped white leather on the bedboard and the stains on the curtains. It begs to be washed or replaced asap. And lastly, the breakfast bar....some of the foods served are not for breakfast (ex: linguini chicken curry, fish sweet and sour). I was looking for the more traditional breakfast like tocino, soriso, corned beef, ham, bacon, etc. I love their egg omelets though as well as the bread and kakanin. There s a lot to choose from. I was expecting the staff to escort us to our seats and offer us coffee (like how I was pampered at Seda). No one at Luxe did this until we gave them a dollar for a tip. (It usually works wonders).
I like the hotel. Don t get me wrong. I want to be proud of this hotel because I am a Kagayanon. But I would be reluctant to recommend it to my friends if they see the flaws that I saw. It is a bit expensive for the type of room I paid for.

I was already sleeping when I was woken up by the sound of somebody opening my hotel room. I immediately stood up and I really screamed hard when a man opened my door. I was really shaking because it's already pretty scary being alone in a hotel room, imagine a stranger entering your room.
Apparently, they issued the room I'm staying in to another guest. When I called Front Desk and asked for the Manager, they made me wait a good 5 minutes then advised that they will return my call because the Manager was out. Then they made wait another 30 minutes before somebody handled my complaint.

I was even more disappointed on how lightly they just handled my complaint, worst experience ever.

Luxe hotel is the hotel you wanted to stay with. If you have a BDO account you'll get a discount and you only pay 3k+. Worth the money! Infinity pool, good service, free wifi, gym room and good people.

Very good wifi and very yummy water. Also, very comfy chairs. Good service also very much.

Room was nice, carpet's worn. Somehow after midnight till dawn someone was ringing our door bell 4 times and everytime waking everybody up. I don't know if someone was bored and pranking us or have something bad in mind. Anyway we called assistance and we were told it is the next doors doorbell. How the heck was it so loud enough to wake us up?

One thing I can say about limketkai luxe. BAD HOTEL SERVICE. why? RUDE STAFF, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNPREPARED STAFF, DIRTY BUFFET! THE POOL BAR SERVICE IS THE WORST I WISH I COULD SPLASH WATER ON THEIR FACES

The food here is great! Especially the breakfast buffet! The gym is clean, though its been months since i was there. The hotel staff are very courteous and knowledgesble, from the doormen to the Managers! Definitely topnotch!
If youre in Cagayan for a visit, this is definitely the place to stay!

It's one superb hotel which is at the heart of CDO, we enjoyed the warm welcome and accommodation.

Luxurious, great customer service and security but mediocre breakfast.

One of the best hotels here in cdo which is in walking distance to malls and popular areas. The hotel also has an inifity pool with a bar which you can order food and drinks. Also has a gym with fantastic trainors.

Superior room is definitely not worth the 8k tariff rate, or even the 4k "discounted" rate since the room was just average... the wallpapers were already peeling off, and the view from the 8th floor (highest level for Superior rooms) was less than grand.
I was hoping the breakfast would make up for the experience but, sadly, choices were very limited and taste was not worth going back for.

Great place to stay. They have a lot to offer. The area has many amenities and accessible to malls, bar and food stalls. The food was great and the crew are very nice. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

It was a great pleasure to have stayed in this 5 star hotel. The hotel is so beautiful. The atmosphere is so relaxing and it offers a world class facilities. I was amazed by the professional experience and the quality service they offer. The staffs are friendly, attentive, helpful and professional. The rooms are clean, fully air-conditioned, wifi ready and secured. They have an awesome amenities like the infinity pool, gym, spa, bar and etc. Their breakfast buffet was also good. It offers different varieties of food from local to international dishes. One of its features, it is connected to Limketkai Mall. Pretty much, anything you need is within a short walk. I had a great experience here at Limketkai Luxe Hotel. This hotel is highly recommended.

Though categorized as 5-star Hotel in CDO, they still have a lot of measures to improve. Rooms: Nicely fitted sheets with good necessity pacakge, dirext WIFI/LAN connection, Multiport TV with Cable, but knowing I was belittled in a double single occupancy the amenities and kit was only one, though request can be done, but should be automlatic since it is obvious that the occupancy was two. Kave Resto: Food is well seasoned and tasty, but choices of meat and cuts are 50:50, once fine dinning wad categorized, it is a custom not to serve Cream Dory and other poorly bred meat as it does not.follow finess and class. Function Hall: wide, spacious, well lit, cozy and well architectured, in fareness for the wall divider, it is thick enough to put two simultameous activities not to br disturb by noise. Staff: Courteous and helpful, but under counted, it was obious that they have a very fast staff turn over.

So we went to the hotel and spend our acquaintance party there. On the top of the floor, while you're in your room you will see the beauty of the view. Their rooms are nice and clean. There food was delicious and there is a infinity pool if you like to swim. But if you like to go around you're prohibited because there are keycards coming from the hotel and you cannot go anywhere without that card. With that, it's quite hassle. That we are not able to reach our friends from the other floor. But all in all, This place is good for recreation you can do activities like party. This hotel is wonderful and affordable for family and friends to relax. You should try this guys. Thank you!

lol. best hotel? not to me.. Most staffs were incompetent, not hospitable and unfriendly. We were very disappointed and regretted of staying this hotel overnight. The facilities and amenities are alright except those ill mannered staffs. I rate it to 1 (instead of 0) and we will never come back this horrible hotel again.

This is one of a kind hotel it's actually a 5 star hotel. This is the best place to stay with if you are in CDO. Everything is so perfect from the state of the art and the style facilities i can barely describe that the momment you enter the hotel it's feels like entering a palace, from the door and the stairs itself not mentioning the very accomodating staff. Of course their rooms are very clean and comfortable to stay with.

This hotel is located in the heart of CDO wherein the mall is also within the hotel area so if you need to buy some stuff its just few walks away.

We visit one of the coffee shop as well got some short conversation from thier staff they even teach us to speak on thier dialect it's really cool indeed. Im looking forward to be there again soon this time i'll make sure to bring my families. Lastly, i must say i left my souls in CDO.

Clean and good service but the location sometimes get flood not recommended for travelers or tourists

The staff could use some training though when it comes to courtesy and customer service. My husband and I went over the counter to check-in one evening (we just travelled from Cebu). There were about five staff shuffling papers. I was appalled that no one even greeted us, let alone looked at us. We waited patiently. After ten minutes, I finally spoke and said that we'd like to check-in. One of the staff looked at me blankly and said OK. She handed me a form to fill out and so on until I got the keys. No welcome, nothing. I decided to ignored this lack of courtesy because I didn't want to ruin my night. I was already tired from my trip.

Anyhow, the room was great. I like the way it was decorated. The wash room was exceptionally clean. The bed was so cozy and it smelled good.

The infinity pool was all right. The breakfast buffet -- ah, loved the food!

My husband and I had a splendid time.

The place is very good dor conferences and conventions. Facility is well maintained and have facility for the PWD. The staff are friendly and very sensitive to the needs of their guests.

I stayed at the Luxe hotel for a week. This is a top tier hotel by Philippine standards, but it probably only equivalent to a 3 star hotel by American standards. The breakfast served asian food, and it was okay. The tea was quite strong, and they served it with honey, and remembered that I ordered tea the first day and served it the following days which was nice. However, on the last day, a random cockroach was spotted in the bathroom, so that ruined the experience.

A typical 3 star hotel for me. Located along the main road and connected by Bridgeways to its namesake mall. Breakfast buffet was simple dishes, salads, breads and fruits wt pastries.

Cheap toiletpaper, clogged sink (both rooms), flickering lights and hallway lights that won't turn off (rm 1603). Housekeeping staff was friendly but front desk not so much. Breakfast buffet was average (ok if free but not worth P500)

Limketkai Luxe Hotel is a five star hotel and its my first time to check in to that hotel. The room service is so nice. The food in there breakfast buffet are so delicious. There rooms and amenities are complete. But the wifi is so poor and I didn't connect to there wifi. But im so happy to stay in Limketkai Luxe Hotel.

Pool area was nice. But other hotels in area are cheaper, nice and not so anti American.

It's been a while since I booked a rm. Plain & simple it's the nicest Hotel in all of CDO. Some accommodations come with breakfast buffet, which is better than any other place around. But I still wish the food was like when it first opened. Even though I still grab a morning fill up occasionally. Use to cost 500 for Brkfst Buff now 588 The only food that's hot is there omelet. Which for some reason it is served watery on the inside. So u need to ask then to fully cook it and other items that are made to order. For instance waffles I like crunchy. Most of the food is not even rm temperature. That's b/c I've seen some locals don't mind there food left out over nite, just plain cold.

they want to be a 5 star hotel, yes the prices are 5 star, the service is rather 3 star. The wifi is so slow that you can use it very, very badly, but you can upgrade it for 300 pesos for 24 hours. if you lose your hotel chain you can pay 1000 pesos ... where is there anything in the world? breakfast costs 600 pesos, but don't think the espresso is included, it costs extra. incredible ! you also miss parasols at the very nice pool, which is not only unfriendly but also unhealthy! Guests can only be received at the hotel until 10 p.m., I don't really think so. my recommendation, if you want to spawn money, don't fall for the 5 Star Fake. they just want your best, your money.

I really love this hotel because it is connected to Limketkai Mall. When you enter this hotel, you can see the lobby and it is wonderful. The rooms are clean and their staffs are approachable. Their food they served is good and delicious. They have a great pool overlooking the area. I recommend Limketkai Luxe Hotel.

this hotel is not suitable to stay in if it is in a rainy season since limketkai center has trouble in their septic tank, the road of limketkai drive usually produce floods during rainy days and it will cause you in big trouble if you have your car park in their parking lot area. A very relaxing place to stay.
Room is big enough since I go solo and is very good at soundproofing. I don't hear noise from outside since the hotel is accessible to all roads.
Finally, a local hotel with a shaving kit!
Hot shower is the best.
Airconditioning is great.
Comfy beds that will make you lying all day long.
Television is just so-so. Not fond of watching tv coz i watched at netflix all night long.
Security is great.
Very accessible to all the malls nearby.
Food at KaVe is awesome. So much choices for my big tummy.
Staffs are accommodating and nice. Good looking also!
Overall stay is EXCELLENT. ALL CAPS.

Stayed here more than once this month. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet is good. Getting help with luggages during check out takes time though. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel if you re in Cagayan.

Service-wise, it's good. The place screams luxury. And its proximity to the heart of the city is a plus.
