The staff could use some training though when it comes to courtesy and customer service. My husband and I went over the counter to check-in one evening (we just travelled from Cebu). There were about five staff shuffling papers. I was appalled that no one even greeted us, let alone looked at us. We waited patiently. After ten minutes, I finally spoke and said that we'd like to check-in. One of the staff looked at me blankly and said OK. She handed me a form to fill out and so on until I got the keys. No welcome, nothing. I decided to ignored this lack of courtesy because I didn't want to ruin my night. I was already tired from my trip.

Anyhow, the room was great. I like the way it was decorated. The wash room was exceptionally clean. The bed was so cozy and it smelled good.

The infinity pool was all right. The breakfast buffet -- ah, loved the food!

My husband and I had a splendid time.
