One of the best hotels in Mindanao. Amazing accomodations, good food, hospitable staff. (Although prices are not cheap )

Very nice hotel...but has a few flaws....hot water is slow, no currency exchange, infinity pool and bar close at 2200hrs.

Its very nice place, good service and a very excellent place to stay here in CDO city. :) 5 STAR RATE for me.I love this place.

Deluxe room almost at par with the best 5-star hotels. Buffet selection is better than other similar hotels.

Cozy beds and accommodating staff. The free breakfast in their resto Kave is so-so. I hope they add more breakfast choices to help perk up guests in the morning

It was an amazing experience staying in this hotel. It was relaxing and it has all the amenities that you need and it is comfortable. It has a swimpool and a gym. The food are very delicious and they have variety of food. I will suggest this to my family and friends. Truly happy of their service.

5 stars for their modern looking rooms and accommodating staff. This is the definitely the best hotel around the area. (tip: you can avail of their 50% discount for government offices)

A place with a good ambiance as you step at their hotel, all the staffs are smiling at you and greeted us. We spent our day at their hotel and also celebrated our acquaintance party at the ground floor. They served good foods also. They also have infinity pool at the 3rd floor where you can see the view from the top. Thank you!!

Best Hotel in CDO. Clasy. Stylish. Rooms are the best and facilities are great. Plus, I loved their pool and their ever gracious Buffet resto.

This was not the first time I went in a five-star hotel, but this was the first time when I went to this hotel. My expectations in this hotel were high since this is a five-star hotel and I'm glad that they reach my expectations, but it is better if they give more than my expectations. Their staff were so nice and so kind they are so friendly and very approachable. Also, the rooms were so clean and very comfortable bed especially our room because we have a sofa and there is a bathtub there unlike the other rooms. Their place also was nice because it's near the mall, restaurant, Starbucks, and other more. They also has completed amenities and their pool area was also nice. Also, the breakfast buffet was great and they had a professional staff and a world-class food and services. I love this place and I want to go back here again

There are too many mosquitoes, so there are too many mosquitoes in the swimming pool and smoking area on the third floor as well as the blood donated rooms. We sleep until night because of mosquitoes We leave immediately after breakfast
Breakfast started at 6 o'clock and went down at 6:30, but overall the food was poor and the food was cold.
If it is not included in the room, you can go to a convenience store or fast food restaurant nearby.
On the other hand, the kindness of the staff was good

The check in check out is fast & effecient.All staff are very accommodating & helpful. The room is big for 2twin sharing. Everything is in order & clean. You don't need to tell the housekeeping to clean & replenish the free water, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer & toiletress they do it every morning. The free buffet breakfast is also good. The bathroom is big with hot&cold water. When I check out the bellboy I was not able to get his name accompany me in Magnum Express shuttle for Laguindingan International airport thank you kuya for the assistance. All in all everything is very good if ever I'll be back in CDO I want to stay again in this hotel. And I will tell my relatives & friends to book with this hotel if they are going to CDO for vacation or whatever they will do in going to CDO. Your money is not wasted for you will be satisfied of the services , cleanliness & employees treatment to their guest.

Their service is outstanding. Hot and cold shower is not working on the suite room we stayed for 2 days. And just checked and then it's gone. Ff up we ff up but nothing happened. I dont think that this hotel is really minding their customers concern. Nothing.

It's nice to stay in this hotel I really like the facilities and accommodations also the service and the food is nice the rooms are nice because the things you need is already there. also the view and the pool. and the hotel is also closer to the mall.

Limketkai Luxe Hotel is a 5 star hotel located in Cagayan De Oro. It is accesible and is near shopping areas which tourists (like me) prefer for every hotel (to be accessible to market etc.). The Hotel Rooms are comfortable, service is excellent, friendly personel, Nice Function Halls and the buffet breakfast is great. I plan to go back in CDO after 5 years, and plan to stay here.

Great stay. Parking is as always a problem. Opt for valet instead.

This hotel is so beautiful. The atmosphere of the place is relaxing. They have all of the things a tourist needs and wants. It is beautiful outside specially on the inside. The staffs are helpful, friendly, professional and attentive. The rooms are clean and secured. The room have a flat screen television, good air conditioner, comfortable bed and nice sofa. There are also iron, hangers, tissues, beautiful paintings, lampshades, soft pillows and many more useful things. Everything inside the room are all working from the door to the bedroom up until the comfort room. They have an awesome amenities like the infinity pool, bar etc. They also have different types of food and all of it looks delicious! I love the foods I ate inside the hotel. The important things are I feel very secured and comfortable during our stay at the hotel.

Location and rooms are good. Service quality is average and not up to par with Manila standards. Overall a good hotel for CDO area.

Nearest to go to the things you need and want. The personnel,staff and waiters are accommodating to their guests and their needs.

first hotel around a lot of good facilities only work in 5 minutes area complete everything.
second they have perfect security system even in side elevator also using keycard system.therfore,if you vist in cagayan dor i recommend limketkai luxe hotel i also vist agian if i will do something in cagayan dor

Shower had no hot water
It was ice cold and I expected hot water for the money.
I reported it three times and each time they said they would send engineering but never sent.

They refused to bring a roll of toilet paper the same morning I was checking out so expected me to clean my rear in the shower.

Pathetic.
Never again.

Good quiet place, modern, excellent responsive service. Very comfortable beds (a hard mattress for a tired back is the thing!), A perfect pool, a delicious hearty breakfast. Smoking is only possible outside or by the pool.

A potentially great hotel let down by cold breakfast buffet set-up and silly security policies regarding searching guests shopping bags

Reviewing the Premiere Suite where we are staying for a couple of days.

I give them 5 stars for amenities. All standard amenities are in place. Mini-bar, huge TV with HD cable upgraded channels. Great view of the City. Queen-sized bed and sofa. They even have a foldable ironing table and of course, an iron. My kids had fun playing with the safety deposit box.

Cleanliness. I give them 5 stars. Linens, towels, bathrobes and mats are squeaky clean. When we were at Church this morning, the rooms were already cleaned and sanitized. I guess the Premiere Suites get priority service.

View. Being a very towering building. They get 5 stars from me for offering a wonderful view of the City. It is magnificent.

Unlimited Snacks via the Executive Lounge. As a premiere suite patron, we are eligible to have unlimited snacks at their Executive Lounge. It is a lounge similar to that of Mabuhay Milers of PAL. Where there is unlimited snacks, a lounge area and free flowing coffee.

Security laden elevators. Only guests with key cards can ride the elevators. You will need to tap your key card to be able to key in the floor number you desire. Very impressive.

I rate their lounge service as 3 stars. The food trays are not easily refilled. Once the cookie jars were empty, the receptionist replied that they will be refilled tomorrow. Which I found hilarious.

Even the other food trays were empty. Food choices include mini salads, pastries with 3-4 different kinds of cheese and other condiments. Kakanin (native rice snacks), mini cakes. a few selection of fruits. I guess majority of the food here is recycled from the restaurant on the ground floor.

Breakfast buffet. This is free for guests but would cost around 500 pesos for walk-ins. Not worth the price. The food is mediocre tasting and selections are lesser compared to other hotels I have been into. Food variety is not that extensive for a hotel of this magnitude. I give them 2 stars for this.

Since we had two rooms, we had free breakfast coupons for 4. While our 2 kids below 5 years old, we were informed were Free of Charge.

Parking. The nearby spaces are limited. I suspect there is a large parking space in front of the hotel (across the street).

Accessibility. It has walk ways leading to the Limketkai Mall. But if you need to go to SM Downtown Premier and Centrio. Those are within walking distance too. There is a 7 -11 Store just beside the hotel. A nearby Shakeys and Coffee shop are also within a 3 mintue walk. If you need to get away from hotel food then the mall should offer quite a lot of choices. Should you need a home cooked meal, there is the XO diner at the nearby Robinsons Mall ground floor. Cagayan de Oro's very own chic ice cream parlor and resto Missy Bon Bon is also close. But if you want fast food, a McDonalds is just a 5 minute walk.

The hotel's location is superb so if you are here for business and are not on a budget then this may be perfect for your purpose.

Gym. We took a tour of the gym and saw that it had gracious space and had a variety of equipment. I can't say much since I am not gym literate.

Pool. This gets 1 star. Infinity pool's water treatment is shabby. Once I got into the water, I felt itchy all over. The water was I think stagnant. The pool side tables and chairs were limited and occupied since they allow walk-in guests for the pool. Since all the tables and chairs were occupied, we had to place our stuff on the plant pots. There should have been staff looking out for hotel guests to ensure priority use of the furniture.

They do not allow using phones from the front desk or in room to make outgoing free calls using landline to contact bank they are not trained how to make foreign calls going to the USA. Very poor

I had a really nice experience in this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very clean and well arranged. The room itself gave me a relax feeling and I felt really comfortable. We also had a chance to experience the hotel's swimming pool on the third floor. It is really a good place for selfies and a nice place to catch the sunlight of CDO. My stay here was really fun and worth remembering :)

This place is great. This hotel gives out-of-town living a luxurious taste. I have stayed here a few times already and it never failed us in terms of services they are offering. Comfy rooms, complete with amenities, and of course, great breakfast buffet. They also have a pool which I may not have swam yet but im sure it would be refreshing. Highly recommend.

Hotel is nice,I would think one of the better ones in cdo. Location is excellent as it is right beside the mall.

In general, the amenities of the hotel is above standards. However, some waiters do not give your change when paying your bill, and in many cases they served food without the corresponding spoon & fork. Service by the waiters is very bad..

Room is great! Food is great! Customer service is great! Overall stay was great!

They had 2 mics only for the party and ask us to provide extra 2 microphones for the party. We bring on wireless and a green cable microphone. Days after, our mic and cable was lost.

Hot and cold shower not working for 2 days and wala man lang explanation

Very lovely place to spend the nights, amenities are great, the staff are hospitable and friendly, the ambience is warm and elegant, but still cozy, the view from the top floors are dizzingly beautiful. You can also walk to and from the mall through an overpass connecting the mall and the hotel via the hotel's second floor. Overall a great place.
