This was our hotel and venue for the RDC PSR Convention in Cagayan De Oro. A hotel that defines luxury and superb customer service! Plus, it is beside a mall which is accessible. Perfect combination!

The amneties is worth the price you paid for. The buffet is too expensive for a very limited choice.

They have poor customer service. Some of the employees are impolite. They don't even smile at guests.

I love the food the facilities, as well as the function rooms are excellent. They should have to work more on their customer service. The place has it's big potential so, they have to add something on the lobby area.

They got a nice breakfast here. Must try tinolang isda, sinangag and their maja blanca, sarap!

Quality service could have make this place a great place to stay.

A truly luxury hotel in a good location! Located in downtown Cagayan city where there were many restaurants abound like Kagay anon, Mcdo & etc. Elevated walkways leading to Robinsons Mall/Limketkai Mall and other places is very convenient for a hassle free shopping. Their inhouse Kave restaurant offers many varieties of foods to choose from. Other amenities of the hotels like the Gym and infinity pool is also great. I hope they include the spa, or did i missed it? Can't seem to find the spa but was listed at the hotel website and also additional seatings at the hotel lobby. The room is clean and neat with TV and small ref but the hot water shower in the room is not very hot, they could have dialed in more heat. Although i see some small signs of ageing and deterioration, overall appearance is still very good. Room service, reception, staffs and valet parking service is excellent!

It's my first time to stay in a luxe hotel in cdo, and we were amazed how clean and comfy the rooms. The food was great! the staff were Friendly and nice. It's accesible if you want to go to lim ketkai mall. The roims are wide and can accommodate a large number of people. I enjoyed my stay!!!!

Spending money to have an experince in this hotel is worth it. There facilities will make you enjoy your whole stay, the staffs are accomodating and they satisty there guests through their good service.

Pretty nice hotel. Located near two malls and lots of food places. They have a nice pool and decent gym. The streets surrounded do flood when it rains hard.

After experiencing river white rafting which is the highlight of any Cagayan de Oro trip as there isn t much to do there, we finally check-in at a 5-star hotel. Limketkai Luxe Hotel s facade is golden and elegant. As I entered the hotel, I was fascinated with its interior design. We are booked into a deluxe room queen, which can host up to three people. It was grand and spacious all that one really actually needs in a hotel room. Fitness gym and swimming pools are also available for the hotel guests. If only I had brought my pair of shoes, I would definitely use their treadmills. After having a sweet sleep on their comfortable bed, it was time for us to have our breakfast. Their buffet breakfast offers different varieties of food from local to international dishes. We were very impressed with the foods that it was our favorite part of the day. As a millennial guest, we expect to have a free wifi access but unfortunately it s complementary. Nonetheless, our stay at Luxe Hotel is perfect.

The hotel that we have stayed for the night was great. The employees that were working on the hotel had this serene smile and warmly welcomed us. The amenities were also nice and the service is also the reason why I gave this hotel a 5/5 score.

Overall a good place to stay. Pool is nice but the views are being blocked by ongoing construction.

Pool is available. I highly recommend to enjoy it during early morning before 10am and after 6-7pm. If not you'll get burned 100%.

Great accommodations but cold breakfast food not hot

This is my favorite hotel in Cagayan de Oro. We stay at Suite Room with my boyfriend and have access to Executive Lounge with free coffee and desserts . Cake was given to me as it's my birthday. All the staff was friendly and accomodating, lots of food to choose from the breakfast buffet. Our room was amazing with a fantastic view of the city.

The hotel is located at the center of Cagayan de oro. It is accessible to a lot of places such as Malls, Schools and etc. The hotel has a lot of amenities too, such as gym, spa, pool and etc. But what I love the most in the hotel, is their buffet breakfast, a lot of choices in the food(so delicious) and the staffs were really accommodating. But what I love the most about this hotel is, they have Bible in every room. A big thumb's up from me!

One of the best hotel I've been to. Competitively at par with some five star hotels in Cebu. Food is great. Customer service is excellent as far as i am concerned. They promptly attended my needs with just a phone call. The room has a cozy ambiance with comfortable bed. I just find the bathroom a bit small for the room. Can be found at the heart of CDO. Malls are just nearby, 5 min walk will do. Price is relatively cheaper when you book online. It can go as low as 50% off of the walk-in price. You will definitely get more than what you paid for. I wasn't able to enjoy all its facilities tho because I stayed here for work Would love to go back for a vacation as I've enjoyed my overall stay here.

First of all we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights! The first room we had was nice and clean, then the next day we were transferred to another room, which is the handicap room, it was really dirty, stain on the table and dirty marks on the curtains. The bedsheets had stains as well. On top of that the bathroom sink wall was gross, they didn't even clean it, you can see the nasty brown spot on the wall whatever you call it. And the worst thing was the tub, looks really outdated and everything was disfunctional. This hotel supposed to be a 5 star but it really don't feel like it is. There always short for toiletries very cheap!!! I filed the complaint to the front desk but it don't seem like there paying attention. There not even accomodating, such unproffesional people. I would never recommend this hotel. They don't seem to care about there property and the guest !!!

I've been a regular and I used to like this hotel but the services in this hotel has changed and has disappointed me very much. The staff was inattentive. I had complaints regarding the cleanliness of our room the night we checked in but the housekeeping was no longer available. We had to wait till the following day for the housekeeping. A few were quite rude. We had relatives come over to the pool and they were rudely dismissed by the attendant. It was an embarrassing situation which we will never forget. I don't think we'd like to come back to this hotel nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

If you re looking for a 5-star experience, skip this place. Food quality is horrible, you can literally get better food in Mcdonalds. Staff not attentive. They didn t even let us use any of the facilities (lounge, etc) until our official check in time in the afternoon @ 3PM. We booked an early flight in and arrived in Cagayan around 7AM so we were left looking for a place to rest for hours. Not even exaggerating, do yourself a favor and skip this hotel.

Limketkai is one of my favorite hotels in Cagayan de Oro City. Rooms are so clean and spacious just the way I like it. Food is excellent with a lot of options to choose from. The staff are great. The location perfect. It's near Limketkai Mall and other shops. The pool is also nice. You can take a dip and relax after a long day's work.

Pricey yet you get what you paid for.

we stayed in their twin room. the room is okay. hot shower was still a little cold though. had smart tv but no cable. called for help. said she'd send assisstance hut nobody came. Infinity pool size is okay but view from location does not look good in daylight. gym amenities is good, there were a lot of gym equipment you could use. did not actually ask but it looked like there was an available instructor. there's also a studio where you can do zumba/aerobics/yoga. As for breakfast.. basic breakfast. rice, sausage, cornedbeef, egg, daing, bread, salad, fruits and cereals. could have been better. liked their coffee though.

The hotel served all of our needs. It is in a great location and was very safe and clean.

Walking distance from the mall like SM DOWNTOWN and CENTRIO and if food is the only option you can enjoy it because the eateries are just around the corner.

The coffee in their breakfast buffet is really good.

Need to upgrade the carpet of room 707and 705. Also, the food during breakfast are all hallal and most of the serving dishes were empty.

Part 1:
I would rate my experience zero stars if I could. This hotel is really not worth my time writing this review but I feel I would be doing a disservice to you my fellow Cagayanons and visitors to my home city. That being said this is my experience. I'm originally from CDO and have family here, we have a place to stay and thought to treat out my kids to a "nice" hotel with a pool. I saw their website and the price was reasonable 5,000 PHP (website viewed from my mobile device) this is important and will get to it later, when I went to the hotel front desk they told me that the room I was looking for was 5,500. I asked why that was and the disparity between what I'm seeing on my phone and the pricing at the front desk, I did not get an articulated answer that made any sense whatsoever (I speak Visayan and Tagalog too) so I don't think it was a language barrier. I decided to take my question down to the most basic level - does this seem right? The front desk manager said yes. Hmmm weird maybe they didn't understand my question or don't have enough customer service training or basic common sense, I'm thinking the manager would be the perfect customer willing to pay for ice in Antarctica. I decided to comply and reserve my room online feeling that I would get nowhere with the front desk manager. They were "nice" enough to let us use their lobby computer then something else caught my attention, the pricing online was different than what I originally saw from my mobile device. It was cheaper at only 3,250 PHP. Really this is a true story. This is a new hotel and most likely new staff I don't blame them, these issues stem from leadership, poor expectations and from what I see- zero consistency. I hope someone with influence within the company sees this comment, inspect for themselves and decide whether to continue with the same practices or change/tweak the process and customer service expectations for their client/patrons.

Part 2:
Turns out the "manager" I spoke with at the front desk was not the "manager" she had me think she was. The manager came to my room and was sincerely apologetic and even brought us complimentary drinks. She was very understanding and I can truly say I trust her to make corrections where needed. This is all I asked for, simple and easy. Thank you.

Limketkai luxe hotel has a very good facility to offer. Their rooms and the food that they offer is good. The pool in the facility is really nice

I had a great time here at Limketkai Luxe Hotel. The staff greeted me with a smile and willingly attended to my concerns so it was quite reassuring. The room was clean, orderly and is very pleasing in the eyes. Everything works well; I had the chance to heat some water for my tea and I got to relax on a comfy bed while watching television. It was very convenient staying here at the hotel with having so many amenities like towels, lotion, shampoo etc. I particularly love the food for breakfast in their restaurant especially their different types of bread like croissant and ensaymada. As for their infinity pool, it was very tempting to go in but unfortunately I didn t have the chance the swim because of the lack of time but next time I would surely take my time to swim at their pool. I am completely satisfied with this hotel because they provided most of the things that I needed and I was truly able to relax after an exhausting day.

Best venue for a professional gathering so far. Food is palatable and well presented. Staff are courteous and extra helpful. Place is well secured.
