What started out bad has turned around greatly.....They're absolutely horrible, and the worst! They came out one time and caused my unit to start leaking water. Now after the 7th visit out in one month time period due to non stop leaking, all I'm getting are excuses about why there is a leak. Now I have a huge interior wall of my house with water damage, and they're refusing to accept responsibility, and take care of it due to the leaking. A water mitigation specialist checked my wall and showed 80 to 90% saturation on my wall. After popping the baseboards, and showing more saturation, and mold and mildew, the service people say just let it dry, and it'll be fine. They refuse to take responsibility for their wrong doings, even when I have proof they are at fault. Oh and the unit itself is already leaking again, and they just left. The lady on the phone Melinda refuses to speak to us anymore, so now we can't get them back out. Don't use them for service. They're the absolutle worst! Anyone is better than lightfoot! Edit: Since this the owner has come out and taken apart the unit to his shop, and given us new ACs until ours is fixed. Then he has agreed to replace the damaged wall in our home, and fix it completely. I hate that it got to this point, but the owner himself is now making the situation right, which speaks volumes on who he is, and how much he cares. I have been assured that the employees with attitude and behavior have been dealt with. As long as it continues this way I have no problem adjusting my rating to a 4.
