In reference to 1022 Mayson Turner Rd. Atlanta, GA 30314 appraisal

I John Bailey prefer not to pay for this recent appraisal due to the unprofessionalism, reckless and prejudices displayed by the appraiser. To begin with, Ms. April Lloyd was 45 minutes late for the scheduled appointment. She never introduced herself and was rude from the beginning. As she made her assessment, she indicated that she owned property in Edgewood and Grant Park area and stated that those were better areas. She also mentioned that her white investors and white contractors was doing a much better job. She was totally out of line with her comments. She then stated that she would never bring any of her young white clients to see the place. I didn t know if she was an appraiser or interviewing for a job as a realtor. Lastly, she stated that she was a real estate consultant and continued to insult my project, character and race. I Also have a witness who heard her say all of this. (is this a common practice). Her pricing is below the bottom scale even as a 2 bedroom. There are abandoned houses in this neighborhood that have sold for $180,000.

hello, I am writing this review from France, after having a amazing experience with Palmer house properties. Having lived in Atlanta years ago, i wanted to purchase properties, as investment but also for myself because the plan is to move back in GA someday.
I wasn't sure it was doable from from abroad, because ;how will I be able to be efficient in the selection of properties... how will I be able to be a physician in france and deal with the hassle of paperwork;... how will I be able to have an agent able to accomodate the jet lag...
But chosing PHP to hell me was the smartest move I made. They helped me from A to Z, and this include speaking slowly on the phone when I was tired at 2 o clock in the night.
But I a a streamless experience, and I am in touch with them on a regular basis . When it is just make easy for me, I just want to make sure I don't miss any opportunity.
I purchased several RE.
Conclusion: It's all about people. go with them!

A realtor in a palmer house bmw 330i just took a left turn around me from the lane that is supposed to go straight. If they cannot obey simple traffic laws without putting people in danger what else will they compromise on.

Tavarus Johnson was truly a God send to me. He was John's son to me (from the bible...). You know...John baptized Jesus, and was there just before the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the wilderness...Well Tavarus "Johnson" was there with me.

My story: I was in a situation where I needed to relocate within days. A friend referred Tavarus. After getting an understanding of my requirements, he produced a list of available properties, and the pursuit of happiness was on. We finally settled and made an offer on a new build (BTW: Joseph was the builder). When I tell you...we are living in the "...exceedingly and abundantly above all we could ask or think..."

Tavarus' personal service and his attention to details, that I had no clue about, made purchasing my home, although challenging, a positive home-buying experience. Tavarus was able to anticipate my needs during the Closing process. He offered suggestions and made recommendations to fix things that went wrong... I know...what could go wrong? Right.... :)

Couldn't be happier to be in business with PalmerHouse Properties. I have been in the real estate business for many years and have affiliated at several brokerages. By far, PalmerHouse Properties has been my favorite place to work. The staff is friendly and responsive and the leadership cares about all of the agents and helping them be successful.

The owner really cares for his company you can tell. Unfortunately he is about the only one that does. The customer service here is atrocious. Having had them as a broker I can tell you this is the last place you want to go.

For agents you can try First United or SELLect Realty (marietta). The latter is really good. For customers buying or selling, I would suggest you take a look at any agent who wont pressure you into signing an agreement longer than 4 months.

We were looking for property and really had no idea where to begin. Our Realtor, Basil Malouf, assisted us in finding an 18 acre lot. We were able to purchase the land for a little under asking price, and Basil handled everything, making it as easy as signing a few documents online to secure the land, wiring the funds, and meeting for around fifteen minutes to finalize the deal with the attorney. I would have never guessed it was this easy to buy property, but with a great agent, it was a breeze. It took more paperwork and time to buy my last car! Britney Holsendolph is the worst real estate agent I have ever encountered. She has shown herself to be tardy for many appointments, disclosing client s information, and unprofessionalism with bringing her family members to property tours unannounced. Mrs.Holsendolph needs to be coached on professionalism and ethics if she wants a successful career as a real estate agent. After requesting termination of the buyer brokerage agreement Mrs. Holsendolph repeatedly contacted me questioning the reason for terminating the agreement. I gave her a simple answer of we are no longer looking for a home at this time. Mrs.Holsendolph was not satisfied with that answer and kept demanding a reason for the termination. Eventually when she did not get the response she was hoping for said she would send the documents shortly and IMMEDIATELY removed my login to the portals of the home search databases. After two days of not receiving the termination documents I had to contact Mrs.Holsendolph again through email and text which she has not responded to. Finally I got a notification through email that Mrs.Holsendolph sent the termination of the buyer brokerage agreement through dotloop but she did not give us access to put our signature on the document. Still to this day I am not able to sign the termination agreement. I contacted PalmerHouse Properties office and left a voicemail and have yet to hear back from this company.

I recently had a closing with associate Raeshawn Womack and uf I could give less than a one I would. I'm not sure which location she worked from but I do know she worked for this organization. I kept having to tell the realtor what I wanted until finally I found my own house. She was never on time for our meetings and was hard to get in contact with. This all should have been my que', however I had just moved to the area and was crunched for time. Needless to say I closed on my house and Raeshawn dissapeared and if it had not if been for my wonderful realtor back home who reminded me about my homestead I would have been lost. I recently got a visit from the people I bought the home from, telling me that I only own one lot instead of the two lots the property sits on. They said it was suppose to be in the closing but after getting home and thoroughly reviewing they noticed it wasn't in there so they reached out to their realtor who supposedly reached out to Raeshawn and she was suppose to fix the problem. Needless to say the problem was not fixed and in order for the problem to be resolved, I have to come out of my pocket. This was the worst home buying experience and because your rep lacked professionalism and good work ethics, I will not be referring your establishment to no one I know. And for all future home buyers please stay away from Raeshawn Womack.

They hid details of the deal; that even the closeing attorney said should have been disclosed to me by Ms Holt. I felt there was a point of collusion between all the the parties involved excluding myself. The attitude seemed to be let s get him to the table and signed before he realizes he s been taken advantage of so we can get paid . I didn t appreciate her personal attack on my personal property or her overwhelming interest to see my car be towed. Her threats or her pleasure to illegally steal my items, including but not limited to Bently car parts, a 9 mm tech nine pistol, an NSX car parts, my mothers personal belongings given to me by her before passing as well as collectibles such as old albums, 50 year old comic books, some pieces of furniture,some jewelry and other items ;all in the garage; not belonging to her or buyers. The communication was terrible and the messages left by her unprofessional. She had nerve to leave a message we got your money! Though the stuff on the checklist was done, and if I came back to property they d call the police! I will be reporting to higher ups.; and to think I probably extended time for those people to stay under contract maybe 10 times with moments where I ended up with the buyers needing me to come out of pocket-with money; all done in a sneaky fashion with no heads up from anyone. Unprofessional and I feel some ethic violations. I d never use them unless I needed to be underhanded and lowdown and dirty!

If I could give zero stars I would . Before I chose this agent I brought her up to another agent who didn t give her a good rep but ignored his claims..I made this super easy I had already chosen the subdivision just needed guidance as this was my first home purchase .Tamara Robertson was horrible ,she ignored my calls ,my text .even the sales manager of the new property had to call to get in touch with her for me . Did absolutely nothing when it came down to going under contract for the home ,didn t show up to our walk through or inspection.never sent the inspection papers to construction manager to start fixing everything. Didn t show up to closing...nor did she let anyone know she wouldn t be able to make it (brought a stand in ...who didn t even introduce herself just stood there )she recommended me to two crooked mortgage companies thzt we re both trying to charge astronomical fees & high interstate rates when I have 780 score ,make 6 figures with a low debt ratio (really?) she never apologized & her excuse for her behavior was I didn t listen &we didn t mesh well I m a woman of my word you reap what you sow ...good & bad) treat others respectfully and good will come to you ..do wrong it ll come right back to you . Positive note-thanks to closing team (weissman,Wellsfargo & Ashton woods , my closing day was great lots of gifts & smiles and I love my house (that I chose on my own )

My wife and I was referred to Share Allen as first time home buyers. From our first meeting at Starbuck, She was really patient with explaining everything we needed to get started as well as explaining the full home buying process. Although our lease was not ending for another 7 months, when it was time to buy we knew who our agent would be!! We contacted Share and she was patient in showing us several homes before finding our dream home!! Through the entire process we knew she was working in our best interest, during the inspection, the repairs and up until closing it was a smooth process. Just finished the sale of our Million plus home to a client of Palmer house.
Buyers agent never greeted either of us
Not even offered a bottle of water , coffee etc.
Sat & looked at his phone the whole time.
Surely he was trained better than that, poor example of profesional.
Good thing buyer found her own home on line...

Friendly, knowledgeable and honesty, this is what I have experienced with Palmerhouse Properties. It's about time the Atlanta real estate market had a real source of professionalism.

Do NOT EVER do business with Yakira with Palmer House. MAJORLY unethical. Withheld a signed contract because they received another offer. She was also extremely negligent and deceptive with a square footage discrepancy. 1900 square feet listed, measured out at 1125! Either negligent, incompetent, or both. Will have my guard up entirely if I encounter an agent from Palmer House again.

My experience with this company has been horrible. Leasing agent Bracha Sockolic is very rude and unprofessional. She harasses her tenants and feel that just because she is the owner of the property she can just come in and out of the home as she pleases. She does random drive by and then text you about the things she does not like . She comes in and out of the home even when you are not at home with no prior notice. Please do not rent any home from her . She is in the Atlanta GA area.

I had the worse experience just calling trying to get more information about a property that was for rent.
I contacted a very disgruntle and unprofessional agent by the name of Scott Pohl.
I told him I was needing to move soon and that I wanted more information about an apt he had a for rent sign on.
The first thing he asked me was how much money I made?...then he threw a few more questions at me about my income.
I told him I worked...how much I got paid hourly and that I was a student.
Then he goes off on me about how I cant be having my parents taking care of me living there. I told him that I was grown and well into my 30s that I work and take care of myself.
Now he is fussin at me about how much I make yearly...and idk off the top of my head...I know how much I make hourly.
After listen to his 3degree line of questions I realize that the information I was calling about I have not gotten yet. I stopped him and told him again that I wanted to ask him a few questions about the place he told me that he wasn't gonna tell me anything until I faxes him my w2 information from last year.
I responded in shock because this is not what I expected. I started to tell him when the time comes for me to do an application that I will have any information that is needed...but as of now I only had a few questions if he could help.
I still didn't get the information I called about or the rest of that sentence out before Scott Pohl hung up on me.
I am not sure how PalmerHoure Properties run their business or what they expect from their agents...all I do know is that Scott Pohl is bad for business. He is rude, offensive and unprofessional. His behavior today probably stems from a long life of being a brat. If you have an option to work with him I suggest you ask for a different agent. Because this guy Scott is very dodgy. People like that is not who you want to share personal information or sign contracts with.
The fact that he acted so unprofessional and insisted on my tax and personal info before he could answer a few simple questions is shady and an easy set up for a scam. Don't be a victim.
Needless to say I am still looking for a place to stay and it is very discouraging when you get a lead that turns out to be a situation like this.

I joined the firm two years ago and I couldn't be happier with my choice of brokers. The team is thoughtful and responsive. A bad real estate agent that overpromised and underdelivered. I told her, in our first conversation, I only had two weeks to find a place for my children and me to live and what I could pay monthly. Not only did I have to keep contacting her, all she did was send me links, she did not show me any houses at all. Not even when I sent her three properties I was interested in. After I sent her the properties and she said she would contact them and get back to me, she forgot, I had to remind her twice. After that I did not hear from her for a week. All she did was tell me to contact numbers that I could clearly see were already on the pages. In the last few days, when I asked her if she were going to help me find a place for my children and me, she insulted me and said that she could not help me if I had bad credit and a low budget. If she could not assist me or was unwilling to, she could have told me that in the first conversation. I know people who are also looking for houses to rent and buy, whose budgets are much higher than mine, but I would not ever refer her to anyone. She is extremely rude for someone who does not do any work and she is very unprofessional.

Carlos Crispino was an exceptional agent to work with! He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. This made for a smooth quick closing process!

Tom Quirke. DO NOT have Tom Quirke as your realtor. He is stiff and impersonal and only concerned with himself and making a sale. He disregards the concern of others for his own needs.

Good day, I wanted to say your agent Mr. Mitch Grooms went beyond what is expected from a realtor. He provided us live feeds on various homes to help us get the best home for the money. We were out of state and he even helped make our move so easy during a difficult. He even went so far to purchase a home warranty and allowed car transportation to park our car in his driveway as we are moving from NY to GA. If you want to be treated like diamond and with upmost respect. Mitch is your guy. Also, he will provide you all the pros and cons on a home buying and also recommend the best home inspector in town. You will never be disappointed in this real estate agent. He is outstanding human being.
