Did a great job walking us through picking out our new AC unit

I had a break in my water main coming into my house. All the other plumbers in the area told me they couldn't make it for a week. Lightfoot came out the same day and repaired it quickly. My plumber, Robert was awesome. I am extremely satisfied with them and will use them in the future should i need help again.

Our experience with Lightfoot Mechanical has been top-notch. Tiffany in the office has been helpful in answering all our questions and took the time to email us in depth details about their services and programs. She also followed up with me and delivered excellent service. Chris M one of their knowledgable technicians showed up promptly for our appointment and handled our issues very efficiently. Showed up early which was great . Was honest in his evaluation. I appreciated how he showed me what was going on and what to look for in the future.

What a wonderful experience to work with such caring professionals. My husband andI where battleing the flu Dylan and Trivis where sympathetic to our condition and did a very professional job. We highly recommend both men and Lightfoot Mechancial if you ever need plumbing problems solved.
In our case our sewerage septic system backed up and flooded one bathroom and backed up into our shower and tub in the master bath. All because of tree roots that had grown into the line. So Dylan and
Travis had a lot of hard work, and did it beautifully.

Very unhappy with Lightfoot. I called to have a garbage disposal replaced. They said I would be given a price when the tech assessed the job. He quoted $425.00 to which I responded with " I wouldn't pay that much". He then offered to do it for $300.00 total including the disposal unit. I needed it done so I accepted the offer. However the job took only about 30 minutes and after looking up the cost of this unit at Lowe's and Home Depot, the cost was from $99 to $109 depending. So I was charged roughly $200 labor for 1/2 hours work. Never again.

Michael went above and beyond my expectations. He stayed late to complete the job and I appreciated his professionalism!

Great experience! Eric was dispatched with short notice. He had a difficult job with an old clog in older pipes. He took care not to damage the old pipe, and got my kitchen drain flowing like crazy.
Found these guys on a plumber today website. No disappointments.

This is the 3rd project if done with Lightfoot in the past 4 months. I find all the staff very professional, detailed oriented and of a singular focus to "Get it done right". I've never met a service provider in this space that has so many great staff. I would not hesitate to recommend them for HVAC, total home water filtration or electrical.

They installed all the air and heating in Fort Grard guns and Archery. They also blew the foam ceilings in the building. Any small issues were corrected quickly with no headaches. would use again without a doubt. Great hometown business. Follow up maintenance done Quickly and Efficiently

Bobby was very friendly and appeared to know his job. He pointed out an oversight on the installation for the units drain...no p-trap...he mentioned that LF would remedy the problem. Overall we a quite pleased with the service from the LF organization and Bobby is a good example of a responsible technician.

AJ came to do an annual electrical inspection. He was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. We were very happy with the work he did.
About 5-10 minutes after he left our power went out and our home generator came on. We first thought it was something he did. He returned and verified that utilitypower was indeed off. Our provider came and found that a wire on the utility pole had indeed separated. Incredible coincidence.

We ve had several great experiences with this company from HVAC to electrical. When you call they re always pleasant and ask the right questions related to your inquiry. I ve learned the best bang for your buck is to purchase the Elite package which is an all in one comprehensive maintenance package. We learned about them at a home and garden show in Fort Worth and have never turned back. You won t be disappointed. Robert Salas is an Uber professional technician that has just truly been above and beyond.

On time, knowledge, efficient, and fair pricing. We are well satisfied.

I was not satisfied with the service call I had for low water pressure. Their technician checked my system and recommended a replacement of the water well pressure tank (for about $1500). Since I felt this estimate was high, I ended up getting a second estimate from another company. The other technician checked the system and said the pressure tank simply needed to be re-pressurized, so he added air to it (less than $100). It worked fine afterward, and is still working fine now, over 4 months later.

The Lightfoot Mechanical technician was polite and spent some time checking the system, however, had I gone with the recommendation, I would have spent $1500 needlessly.

Doug at lightfoot Mechanical did a fast and fantastic job installing an electric outlet for us. Their company is highly recommended.

Dylan was great. It was late at night and I had plumbing backing up into my home. Dylan got there quickly and solved the problem.

Very knowledgeble and honest technicians. Do great work at very fair price. They were at my home within 24 hrs after call and had our air up and running. They explained exactly what was wrong and provided me with options which was great. Like I said very honest people. And I appreciated the response time. I know they were swamped due to this intense heat.

I am not a customer, I am a resident of Weatherford and my review is on their driver's pushy and reckless this morning 1/23/19 at 7:28am one of your service vans nearly clipped my front bumper after going around me then hitting their breaks to turn into your facility on ft worth hwy, I realize that Weatherford has a traffic problem but this guy is not helping either no to mention your business rep. MAKE THE ROADS SAFE AGAIN.

Lightfoot installed a system in my home in early 2010, and did a great job. They caught things that a competing HVAC company said would be OK, and I appreciated that. And I got a great education too on the difference between a quality installation and a low cost/builder grade installation. The largest difference shows up in how low my electric bill is every month, and the overall quality of the install was impressive. But, even though I expected them to be higher, given their level of quality, they have consistently been extremely competitive with the low budget installers, and most often even have the lowest prices.

The staff at Lightfoot are overwhelmingly nice, and I'm proud to call them my fellow Texans and my friends. Their service after the sale is also great - none better. They show up on time and clean up after themselves and never a bad word spoken. So, with all that said, I had them install another HVAC for me (my home has two) and they did just a great a job on it as they did the first one. All in all, they are one of the best run companies anywhere.

Jacob and Belinda took good care of us. Parts were a problem for our older unit but we stayed in contact and amicably worked through it.

A breath of fresh air. Junior took care of our plumbing issue with speed and efficiency. Personalized service by truly qualfied professionals. We will definitely call again!

Was quoted $5800 for plumbing work from Lightfoot that I now paid $180 to have completed by another certified plumber in Weatherford. The Lightfoot rep said it would take lots of time and labor - like a week to complete. Other plumber that I just hired did it ALL today while I waited. 1.5 hours to complete. Lightfoot are total crooks! Have heard this from people who have actually worked for them in the past. Price gouge! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!.

Fast and quality service! We have an older home that needed a complicated repair. They worked with us until they found a solution to the problem. They went above and beyond for us- I highly recommend!

We revived an ad in our mailbox from Lightfoot for a $93 drain cleaning special, and we had a clogged bathtub drain, so my husband called to schedule an appointment. But he was told that because of where we live, there would be a $99 driving fee in addition to the $93 cleaning fee.

Um... that's more than double the advertised price. There was nothing on the coupon we received about additional fees.

It makes me angry that Lightfoot sends ads saying "$93 or it's free" to people who can't get their services for $93. If we're out of their usual driving range, I understand why they would want to charge us an extra fee to cover the trip. I really do. I just think that, if that is in fact the case, they probably shouldn't have mailed us their ad at all, since it really doesn't apply to us. Alternatively, they could have included wording about additional driving fees, so we would have understood what they were really offering from the beginning. As it is, I feel this company has wasted our time and also mislead us in order to try to get our business, and I really hate that.

If you're advertising "$93 or it's free" services to someone, you really ought to honor your ad and provide the service for $93. I have no intention of doing business with this company, ever. I just don't like dealing with dishonest people.

Had a major water leak in my attic. Technician Eric Lack along with another technician arrived early and fixed the issue very quickly! Great service every time. I have used Lightfoot Mechanical several times and suggest to any homeowner in this area to join their Elite Membership program. It will save you money overall!

Great customer service. He did not pressure me to make decisions without my husband being present.

Avoid this business like the plague unless you enjoy paying grossly unfair prices (their repair folks are paid on commission...think about what that means). We called on a Friday evening because of a clogged A/C drain pipe. The lady I first spoke with indicated it would be $159 just to have someone come out that evening (that would be in addition to the cost of the repair). If she had someone come at the next day..it'd be $89. Never mind that both charges are exorbitant...we agreed to have someone come out the next day and she said they'd be at our home @10a. At 11a the next day a gentleman calls to tell us he's on his way...and what was the issue we were having. Wow. So I tell him...he says he's not the right guy and not sure why the dispatcher was sending him. He said he'd call the dispatcher back and have a plumbing guy come out (he was an HVAC guy apparently). 90 minutes later...the HVAC guy shows up anyway. He wastes about 30 minutes of our time basically telling us what we'd already established on the phone---that we need a plumber from their company. It literally took us 30 minutes to get him out of our garage and on his way (he apparently wanted to be chatty...paid by the hour I'd assume). I called the dispatch people back...by now we've lost the day...she gets a plumber on the way and agrees to waive the $89 fee. When the plumber calls me to tell me he's on the way, I asked what the charge would be to unclog the drain...he tries to be effusive about telling me but eventually I get it out of him that the MINIMUM charge would be $271. Let that sink in...this band of thieves want $90 for the pleasure of just having them come out AND THEN want to charge twice as much as anyone else to fix a simple clog. My guess is they were simply raising the price and taking on the 'waived' fee. Again, wow. Why anyone would rate this company more than 1 star is beyond me. Avoid these company and do business with folks who deal honestly and don't attempt to gauge consumers. One last thing...I honestly wish Google would check to see if these reviews are legit...my guess they're not; maybe a few people are oblivious to this business's tactics but certainly not enough that it would garner a 4.6 rating.

I was at work when Michael came .And when he knew what was needed to repair my tub handle my husband didn't have enough to make a payment. So Michael and my husband came to my work and explained what was going on.

I had a drain clearing coupon for $93, if it could not be cleared the coupon stated that it was free. Michael Maxell a Lightfoot Mechanical employee, worked for about two hours attempting to clear the drain without success. I was not charged for his effort, as the coupon stated. Highly recommend this company, since they stand behind their word.

Had them come out to attempt to fix a busted pipe near the shut off valve on my home. Two guys came out started to look at it and then started filling out a quote without telling me anything. Then they present me with a quote for $1200. They immediately said you can shop around but nobody s going to be able to give you a better price especially Benjamin Franklin. I am mediately called Benjamin Franklin had them come out at 11 o clock at night. The gentleman from Benjamin Franklin looked at the situation told me exactly what was going on and then built me a quote for $400. These people will rip you off given the opportunity. I will never ever do business with this company.
