My central air was going out and I checked around getting quotes and decided to go with Lightfoot. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive by far. Lightfoot ordered the parts and also installed temp units to get me through the heat until the new units (Ductless) could arrive. When the parts came in the techs arrived and performed the install quickly with very little disruption which was paramount since I work from home. Since the install I had one minor call which they took care of quickly and professionally. I would recommend this company highly and I intend to use them again for any future work I need. The value of the equipment, service and sheer go get em attitude displayed by the emnployee's makes this a definite keeper of a company.

Rick, a Master plumber with Lightfoot Mechanical arrived about 30 minutes after I called for help, an after hours call. Was able to dislodge a drain problem which allowed two separate condinsate lines, which had shut down my tankless water heater and caused my air conditioning unit to route water to a secondary line which drips water over my back door to start working properly. Service was 5 star in all aspects.

We ve had a great experience with Lightfoot Mechanical. They replaced our heating and air conditioning system a few years back and this week they replaced the toilets in both of our bathrooms. Ralph, our plumber, was professional and friendly. He completed the task in a timely manner, shared with us what was wrong, and everything was straight was he was done. I appreciate Lightfoot s friendly service and knowledgeable technicians.

This is the first time I have used Lightfoot Mechanical in Weatherford. Our air conditioner was not working properly so I asked my neighbor for a recommendation and she immediately said call Lightfoot! They sent two very capable, professional representatives to my home, Conrad Barker and his assistant Jarrod. These two were amazing, friendly, respectful and very hard working. They fixed my problem and left my home so much cooler! These are the type employees every company wishes for. Thank you, guys.

The commIcation was good to get the guy here. However. I had a fairly very easy 3/4 PVC line fix to do in the front yard near the water meter. Took the guy 1 hr. and he charged us $450. Thats highway robbery in my opinion. I could have done it myself in an hour for $25 or less.

Highly recommend. I needed a plumber to fix some issues with my shower. I was able to get an appointment that was convenient for me and he came on time. Plumber was very knowledgeable and was able to explain what was causing problems. He had the parts needed and fixed in a timely manner with little disruption to my household. I was worried the parts would be hard to get because we had custom ordered the fixtures when we had the shower put in. Both servicemen were neat and respectful -even put covers on their shoes before entering my house. I will definitely call again if I need a plumber.

Technician got to job very quickly and located the problem. Turned out that it was at the City transformer. Great Job.

As usual Lightfoot is amazing. I keep our property on a service contract and for good reason. They come out to do tune ups on a regular basis and they are ALWAYS able to catch and fix things before it s too late.

I found Lightfoot Mechanical through Home Advisor and when I filled out the appointment request, the first available appointment wasn't until after the weekend (it was a Thursday). I received a call from Lightfoot on Friday morning letting me know that they had seen my appointment request and that our toilet was leaking and they could come today. Robert came and took care of our leak. He was very professional and kind.

Gage and his crew were excellent Arrived right on time Very friendly and answered any questions we had . They worked very hard and got our air back on very quickly Gage even helped me set up thermostat control on my iPhone. They cleaned up after themselves too Very happy!!

We had an issue with our drain pan that our heater unit sits in being full of water. We found out when we had an ac service tech from another company come out to service our ac. He told us that we needed a plumber, but come to find out it just needed the line blown out. We called Lightfoot Mechanical and they came out on a Sunday and got us all fixed up and the drain cleaned. We also signed a service agreement with them because he took the time to make sure that we were well taken care of. We signed up with the Elite service plan to make sure that our electrical, plumbing and ac will now be taken care of for the next year. I highly recommend their services and will be sticking with them for the future.

Incredible Service! We had an emergency situation with our water heater that had us pretty stressed out. We called Lightfoot Mechanical and were immediately scheduled for service. We also received a photo of the technician, his eta and real time driver GPS location while in-route. Josh arrived on time and quickly assessed the issues. We were shown specifically the damaged parts and given a fair estimate within minutes. We agreed to the price and Josh performed the repair quickly & efficiently. Josh also provided maintenance tips to help us save money in the future. He was professional & courteous. We would most definitely use Lightfoot Mechanical again, and will refer to friends and family.

Excellent communication for arrival time, the he had all the right tools/connections, and he was very knowledgeable about plumbing. I had recently requested some residential work from this company, but unfortunately it turned out to be a rather expensive experience.

Essentially, I had a request to replace 5 water cut-off vales, and also install some Roman tub faucet hardware -- for which I had purchased and supplied the hardware myself.

The total time to complete all work was approximately 4 hours. Even with a basic retail estimate, the water cut-off valve hardware supplied by this company shouldn't have cost any more than $250-350 total. So...the resulting service time rate for my project, with my estimate of the tech-supplied hardware costs backed out, worked out to be somewhere a little north of $400 an hour.

I received an estimate before the work was performed, and I agreed to it. However, my perception from the estimate was that the job was going to require more labor hours than it actually did. Their estimate paperwork didn't really indicate to me the actual cost of hardware and service time charges. And to be clear, I was not alarmed at the total cost until after I had realized the actual hours, and its net labor rate, had been determined.

After the installation, and after paying my invoice, I asked questions about the charges possibly being on the high side. They of course just responded that the rates were in line, or justified, for the work that was done.

Even though the service tech did an excellent job, and was very professional, I find it hard to believe that such basic plumbing work could ever be worth that much per hour. I of course realize quality plumbing work is never cheap, but the effective rate I was charged here...was a bit much.

I know better than to NOT get estimates from more than one company for anything -- won't happen to me again.

Taylor the electrician did a great job and was very professional and friendly. He worked very hard to determine my problem and then to get me the best solution and price to fix my issue.

Very pleased with their ability to work with me in assessing the situation and discussing all my options. We were able to come up with a game plan that addresses both my short-term repair and long-term maintenance needs. The plumber (Dylan) was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, and I recommend him highly!

As always, Lightfoot was on-time and efficient. You can definitely count of them to get the job done right.

We had Lightfoot perform maintenance service on our HVAC systems. Michael did an excellent job! He was personable and explained the problem issues in a way I could understand without being condescending. We have three A/C units - two of which weren't operating properly - so he had a lot of work to do. He showed me photos of the problem areas and explained repair options. He listed several less expensive options and explained why some services could wait. His attitude was as pleasant in the end of his time at our home as in the beginning. I highly recommend Lightfoot and will continue to use them in the future.

The people at this company are super nice. But, they are unable to complete any work thus far. I have called the HVAC division, the plumbing division, and the electrical division. The plumbing division could not complete simple operations. They disconnected and removed the drain from my dishwasher. Then had to come reinstall it. The HVAC group said that my furnace was no longer made and I would have to buy a new different one but, another company easily found the same model and replaced it for a fraction of the cost Lightfoot quoted. The electrical folks came out here charged me a $2500 deposit, then could not complete any of the work, no one ever called me, and eventually I had to go up to the office to get my money back. These people are very nice, but absolutely incompetent as far as completing work. Employees from Lightfoot mechanical have been to this house six times, and never done a thing. Very nice folks but incompetent.

They kept us informed as to the time of arrival and were professional while checking the system. Just waiting on the estimate at this time.
