Carlos was our representative and he was awesome! He went above and beyond to take care of our a/c problems. He was very professional, courteous and made sure we had our a/c running as quickly as possible... As soon as the part arrived, he came out on a rainy day after hours and stayed until the job was finished. Best experience we've ever had with a service technician!

Kyle provided quality service today. This is the first time I ve utilized Lightfoot for for HVAC purposes (previously for plumbing) and they did not disappoint. Timely, friendly, and knowledgeable staff across the board.

We had Doug come out to help with a lighting issue. He was able to handle everything we needed very promptly! He was very friendly and professional! We also signed up for the elite membership which I think is going to be perfect since Lightfoot does HVAC, Plumbing and electrical services. Should be well worth the money. Impressed by the whole company.

Lightfoot was fantastic. They came out the same day and were here quickly. They sent a link and I was able to watch the Texh drive here so I knew when he was close. The pipe from our well to the house cracked somewhere underground so this was a huge job. Rick quickly assessed the situation and went over the best solution which was to run a new pipe. If there was one break there could be another or it could just break again given the age of the current pipe. He thought it would take a day or two but he went and got help and had someone else keep the rest of his appointments for the day. Rick was concerned about the amount of water around the foundation and that we had water that night inside. They finished in an afternoon digging and using a new flexible pipe that can withstand ground shifts and freezing. Rick didn t stop at the existing pipe outside the house he ran the new pipe all the way inside into the pump room. They did a fantastic job. The yard was put back right, the dirt the plastic ground cover and lava rock also the brick footpath. Great job thank you so much.

Installed 2 units about 4 yrs ago. Terrible customer service! Maintenance program was terrible. Tech's took several visits to fix problems. Didn't have parts, filters, etc. Fan motor under warranty in the 5th yr was covered but we had to pay labor. COULDN'T TELL ME THE LABOR COST TIL THEY MADE A SERVICE CALL!!! No wonder we switched our maintenance program to Slocum here in town!!!

Great service and amazing attitude even late in the day. Jacob was fantastic!

It's a pleasure working with Lightfoot Mechanical on my Air/heat units. They called and texted me who is coming and when they will be there so I can plan my schedule. Called for an appointment for an estimate. Was give a window of 1-3. Made sure I took care of all personal business to be at home for this window. At 2:30 I get a call tech is 30 minutes out. 3pm nothing. 3:30pm nothing. 4pm, nothing. I call the office to find out what is going on. I was told the tech was held up but would still like to come out. No phone call. No text. No thanks. I'll find a competitor that will value my time..... UPDATE: The tech finally called to apologize and said "The boss pulled him into a meeting, and he couldn't say No". I guess the boss thinks business is pretty good to blow off potential paying customers.

On time when promised. Sent message to let us know they were on their way. Fast efficient service. Always a pleasurable experience with Lightfoot.

We called them out for a sink that was leaking. They where there the same day (which is why I gave the 2 stars and not 1). The plumber advised the disposal needed to be replaced and gave an estimate of $600!! a disposal is $99, so they are charging $500 for a simple replacement!!!

I have dealt with Lightfoot Mechanical for two different services in the past week. Seth and Shawn installed attic vent fans on one day. Shawn and Ryan came out on a different call to install an electrostatic filter system with UV purification. Both service calls were handled professionally. The employees are friendly. I liked the service enough to have them come back to estimate a through-the-wall system for my garage.

Brian did a wonderful job working on my hot water heater. However, was unable to fix as the cost would be unreasonable as opposed to a replacement. I look forward to my new hot water heater on Monday.

Called on a Saturday around 11 in the morning and a technician was out to my house within a few hours. Bobby was very knowledgeable and not only repaired the issue, but provided me with information for the future. I had another company come out a few months prior and was told my unit was frozen due to the condensation line??? It didn t make sense to me at the time, but the A/C was working. Bobby knew right away that I had a leak. He gave me ballpark estimates on what I could expect in the future, as well as repairing the unit I have. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, and when the time comes for me to replace the A/C unit they will get my business. Google has a 5 star rating, but this was 6 star service.

David is a very professional and polite service technician. He always calls ahead and prompt once committed to a time. He is very through and explains in detail what he has checked and what is recommended if needed.
