I have been using Lightfoot Mechanical Inc. for installation of an AC/Heat unit for inside and outside of our home on Fort Worth Highway for 15 years, and 5 years where I now live. I have always been able to depend on them to keep my units up and in good working conditions, so I don't have to worry about them breaking down in extreme weather - hot or cold. Lightfoot has always given us great service on the maintenance of our unit. We knew our unit was on it's last legs the last time they serviced it and when it died, they did a great job of replacing it and getting us cool again quickly.
Brandon was efficient, proficient and went the extra mile to even clean a ceiling fan that I did not have a ladder tall enough to reach. Bless his heart.
The mechanic was very friendly and professional throughout the whole job. He thoroughly explained exactly what was wrong with my heater and what he was going to do to fix it. I highly recommend using lightfoot mechanical services.
I asked for an estimate to install a ceiling fan that I had bought. The estimate I got was $515 for installation. The fan does come with a remote and I was told they use bonded techs so that was the reason for the ridiculously high cost. There is already a fan there so it wasn't having to wire anything. Beware their estimates.

Needed an outlet for above ground pool as well as a trench to go from garage to pool. They were exceptional especially in the Texas heat. On time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. It was 105 degrees. And 48 % humidity the day they worked, I kept checking to make sure they were ok. Maybe some professional shorts or light weight long pants to help the customers feel better when great people are willing to work in Texas summers!!
I just had a water softener and reverse osmosis filter installed by Brien and Travis. Both of them were very professional and courteous. The installation went smoothly and neatly. I could not be happier with the quality of work and equipment.

Avoid this place unless you like gimmicky membership fees, and exorbitant, vague quotes. Paid $69 for an estimate that was extremely vague. I did however get an email later offering me an annual membership for $299 that would help bring the quote down, along with a written quote. Do your due diligence before calling this company for an estimate. They are EXPENSIVE! The front office lady was very nice; however.
We had two Daikin mini-splits installed by Lightfoot Mechanical nearly 4 years ago. Since that time, our technician, Carlos, has always done an excellent job servicing the units. He is always prompt and courteous, and answers any questions we may have. We are pleased with the mini-splits and service provided by Lightfoot Mechanical.

Wade Gordzelik was the best plumber ever! Had three estimates from three different companies. Lightfoot was in the middle and Wade recommended the best approach to changing from a traditional system to a tankless water heater system. He communicated the plan well and I trusted his recommendations from the start. He worked non stop from sun up to sun down to complete a very challenging job on time! The team at Lightfoot was great too. Highly recommend them and If you need plumbing would also ask for Wade!

Absolutely Everything! AJ was great. Very punctual. He explained why some of our light switches were not working correctly and needed to b replaced. He was very thorough with the house and shop!! Great Job!!

I've never had a bad experience with these folks. They are honest, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. You never like to call on HVAC, but when you do, these guys are the best!
A bit pricey but always very nice, punctual, dependable, thorough. I can verify pricey due to I can purchase the same equipment as I run a residential electrical contracting business. And that may be why I feel too pricey since I know what materials and labor run. But I use these guys as time is limited and I would want the same level of service as I would offer and the cost is worth the peace of mind.

I had a leaky outside faucet and I needed it replaced before winter started. I contacted home advisor and they set me up with lightfoot. They were very professional and sent me an introductory email of the technician that will be coming to my house. They came over the next day. The price was reasonable, they were friendly, professional and thorough. I was truly pleased with his work (Mark). I would definitely use them again.
Where to begin? Our electrician was supposed to be out last Friday at 5pm- I made arrangements to leave work early for our appointment. He never showed up. Around 8 pm that evening, he sends me a text from his personal cell to inform me he got 'distracted' and forgot to come out. I was frustrated enough he didn't show or even bother to call- but I was SHOCKED to learn he was 'distracted watching the rain'. Ummmm. Really!!? Maybe don't tell your prospective client that. The next morning he called twice before 8am. I was reluctant to return the call, but decided to give him another chance. He asked if we could meet that day (Saturday) I let him know I'd be at work most of the day, but could meet after 5- his response- "Ummm, I might could do that." I let him know I needed to know for sure hes coming and he agreed to that time...
The purpose of this appointment was to reiterate the work that would be done from an estimate given six months prior. Upon arrival, he hands me his iPod to read the old estimate. Which I have-- that's not what I need. I was requesting a walk through/estimate confirmation before we scheduled the appointment.
NOW rewind. This is a total home rewire/plumbing project. We had a couple of guys come out from their plumbing department a week prior. Very nice guys- we were very impressed by their demeanor and professionalism! We were told by them that if we signed up for a yearly maintenance plan, we would save 15% total on ALL the work were needing done.
When the electrician came out, he informed me that we were told wrong-- we probably couldn't save 15% on the electric, only the plumbing-- But said he would get with mgmt to see what he could do since we were given that information and get back with us shortly.
Days went by and I hadn't heard anything, so I gave the office a call. I spoke to a woman up front by the name of Brittany, I explained all that was going on and requested a total estimate-- ONLY to find out she spoke with the supervisor and learned they DON'T offer that discount on large jobs that we were already offered- but we could receive a 7% discount instead... I was later offered a 10% discount along with a new MUCH higher estimate to make up the difference in the 'loss' they'd take. No thanks.
In conclusion- this is the most unprofessional, uninformed, over priced, and disorganized establishment I've ever had the pleasure of almost doing business with. I'm thankful to have moved on.

Mark did an amazing job! He outlined our service options, had all of the supplies on hand to fix our pipe, and did a great job with post-completion clean-up. Lightfoot Mechanical is definitely a trusted company! We love how quickly they responded and fixed our issue and that they kept in communication with us from the time we first reported a pipe break until Mark arrived. All around a wonderful company!
Lightfoot has the best customer service! We have had them out to our house twice this year, and both times have been awesome. These people are honest and very helpful. Our HVAC technician Scott was awesome!!!
