Lightfoot technicians, particularly Bubba Upchurch, completed the improvements I specified for my home, most importantly timely access to hot water in the kitchen. The men answered all of my questions patiently. They were professional and pleasant, but above all, I am very pleased with the outcome of the project.

Mark from Lightfoot Mechanical installed a pressure regulator and new ball valve due to high water pressure in my neighborhood. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Job was completed quickly but with high quality of workmanship and care. Lightfoot's estimate come in just below several competitors and there were no surprises when payment was due.

Sam did a wonderful job of troubleshooting the problems with my air-conditioning. He also went over the whole system and found some other things that needed to be touched up. And because he s just such a nice guy I showed him something that was worrying me and he knew just how to fix it. It wasn t related to what he was doing and he didn t charge me for it, he was just being a kind human being. Thank you Sam and thank you Lightfoot

One of their drivers was texting on his phone & (w/o looking first!!!) moved over into the right lane I was in. Thank god there was a shoulder! I had to swerve into the shoulder & slam on my breaks. He pulled right into their business after that! I immediately called & told them what happened. Not one of the folks I talked to on the phone seemed the least bit concerned... I mean, really? Your driver is texting & not paying attention, endangering innocent people- but don't worry about it! I guess as long as the innocent party is paying attention, they MIGHT be okay!
Things like that ought to be dealt w/ properly & professionally. I hope nobody else has to deal w/ that crap. They might not fair as well.

The Lightfoot team was prompt, polite and efficient. They identified the problem quickly and made the repairs. Once finished, they cleaned up and we were back as good as new. We will definitely contact Lightfoot for any future needs.

We've used Lightfoot for both big and small jobs and have always been very happy with their services. They call and text reminders, and always show up when they are scheduled. We have used others service companies in the past that either never showed up, or showed up very late. We always call Lightfoot!

TERRIBLE experience today. Was quoted incorrectly by phone service rep a week ago on a scheduled appointment. Was quoted much higher price today from the plumber. Called the office to talk about it and was treated very RUDELY by some lady named Jessie. I was not disrespectful or rude, but she hung up on me. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I believe Lightfoot Mechanical is an honest, ethical operation. They have not pushed us to make expensive repairs that seem unnecessary and seem sensitive to budgetary concerns. When the technician is not able to arrive on time, which is a rarity, there is a phone call well in advance to inform us. I appreciate receiving an email with the name of the technician that will be visiting, along with his photo, prior to the visit. Belinda in the office is very friendly and willing to answer questions. Our last technician George was our favorite yet - he was informative, helpful and efficient - a pleasure to work with. We have had Lightfoot out several times now for various maintenance as well as issues relating to our A/C and will continue to give them our business.

OMG!!! We got 10 STAR Service from Lightfoot Mechanical / Electrical Inc. Service today. I saw one of their trucks outside my neighbors house and decided that my light fixtures that have been broken for months/years and waiting for my [honey to do] were going to get done. So I called, got a great customer representative on the phone, arranged my service date/time (same day), with text/email updates and a profile of my electrician. 4/13/19 Got to give Greg with Lightfoot a 5 star also as he was at our place to replace our 21 year old HVAC unit inside & out even with terrible weather & on a Saturday to boot, so we would have air before the Texas heat comes next week. The whole Lightfoot team seems to be dedicated to fixing your problem.

I had a great experience with Josh Myers as my tech. My jacuzzi switch would not turn off. He verified that ,very detailed in exploring its components, and efficiency in getting the right parts to be ordered and replaced.

I was very pleased that they came and checked my heating system. Though, I was not aware of any issues with the system because it was functioning as expected. During the inspection he did discover an issue with the system, as it was apparently turning off every few seconds and the cutting back on. The maintenance man indicated that he was going to get a more experienced person to have another look to determine the issue and fix it. My heating was still working so there was no inconvenience. He indicated that someone would be out either later today or tomorrow to correct the issue. They have always been very responsive to me in the past and they take care of business as promised.

The company was very responsive and sent someone for my repairs the next day. Fortunately for me he discovered some major ducts that connect to my hot water heaters had come apart. When I called the night before, I was told that the service fee was $89 and the materials used were about $30. The technician was at my house for less than 1 hour and I was charged $275. I paid without hesitation because the issue could have been deadly. I believe this company is very professional, however I would suggest getting an estimate in writing before any work is started. I felt a little cheated....

Rick came to install 3 shower kits I had purchased at HD. None of the kits I purchased would connect to my existing plumbing without serious remodeling of the house. He told me what kind of kits to purchase and where to get them and some technical instructions on the future installation. My only charge was the service call...well worth to me. In fact I'm asking Rick to come back and do the install with the new kits and some other projects I have in mind too.

Josh came in and went right to work, explaining for me how the fireplace should function properly. He cleaned the glass and adjusted the gas setting. He was delightful to deal with.

We've been using Lightfoot Mechanical for years. We joined their AC plan to take care of tuneups and help cut costs when the AC has issues. They are prompt and helpful. The techs have been great. We recently had some electrical and plumbing issues, so we scheduled those and they were quick to take care of those needs, too. It was so nice to already know a company I could trust.

Lightfoot is the best repair business I have ever dealt with. They aren t the cheapest option but you certainly get what you pay for. Their communication is incredible and their techs are so knowledgeable and professional.

Corban was very professional and up-front about my system requirements to keep it in top shape.
Not Corban or Lightfoots fault but I feel that it s an unnecessary attack on homeowners to eliminate R22 refrigerant in the near future. This will cost homeowners a lot of money to replace their systems if they run low on refrigerant. I question the validity of this issue.

I have been using Lightfoot for servicing my ac system for several years. They have done a great job with cleaning and testing and repairing anything that is wrong.. This time was no exception. Gerad did a thorough job on my systems and provided feedback on his activity and observations.

Called Lightfoot to perform a Hydrostatic test. They completed the test same day, called 45 minutes before, and arrived two hours early. Ralph was professional and friendly. He also wore a mask and booties.
