What can I say...Slab leaks suck and are costly but Shaun and Nathan went above and beyond in providing us with the best options for repair and offered us money-saving suggestions. This review is the least I can do to express our gratitude for their professionalism and exceptional work done in repairs. Belinda and Betty were also very helpful in setting up appointments and helping with finance. I would not hesitate in recommending Lightfoot Mechanical, Inc. to anyone.

While the service was excellent I believe the labor rate is excessive. I had warranty repairs done to my AC unit. The parts were provided free by the manufacturer and the job took about 2 hours. I was charged over $900 for the repair. That makes the labor rate about $450 to $500.

Tech was very courteous. Got right to work and didn't waste time.
I was thankful that he did not comment about fixing the mess I created. He just fixed it.

Great company I recently had some work done by them my tech was Jacob O' kfee he was fast to find what was wrong with my heating unit and got it fixed for me I highly recommend it

I have never written a bad review on anyone before, usually just suck it up and go on, but this experience was so bad I just have to share it. I ve dealt with lightfoot in the past and have had good experiences, I don t know what has happened to them. Anyway they came out to service my split air unit in my garage and said that the condenser fan motor was bad. I asked how much and he told me $1300 but said he would check the warranty since the unit is only four years old. Plus the $90 service call.I thought that was rather high So after he left I called Linda and asked her if she could tell me what the parts and labor cost were. She said no but Cissy could help so she transferred me. Cissy said we don t tell people what The cost breakdown is anymore because we are now a fixed rate shop. I said well that seems high to me so I might want to just buy the part and fix it myself. She said we are not a parts house so I can t sell you just the part. She also said that they checked and the part was not under warranty.She said I understand the unit is mounted on a pedestal 4 feet high and I said yes it is and she said well we re going to have to send two men and a ladder. We have to completely disassemble the unit to replace that fan motor. I said I m looking at the unit right now and it looks to Me like you loosen 4 mounting screws and unplug the power cable that is plugged into the motherboard and be done with it! I told her I wouldn t be doing business with them anymore that I was going elsewhere. Well after a while I thought I should call Mr. Lightfoot and tell him what just happened because he might not know what s going on in his own house! And about that time the phone rang and it was Cissy calling me to tell me that she had spoken to Mr. Lightfoot and that he asked her to call me back and offer a 15% discount to keep my business! Now stay with me folks it even gets better! Well I called a competitor and asked them if they could get me the motor and how much it would be. He called me back and said yes I can get you the motor at no charge because it s covered under warranty! I got the part in and did the fix in 30 minutes and didn t know what I was doing. I promise if I had I known what I was doing I could ve done it in 15 minutes! Now I nearly buckled and let these people swindle me and It would not have been a lifestyle altering event for me but what about all the elderly people on fixed income, veterans, single mothers that these people are doing it to. Shame on you Lightfoot, I call it criminal!

wonderful experience. I didn't want to sign up for the yearly plan until I had a chance to meet with the person providing the service. Phil was extremely professional and really sealed the deal-I signed up half way through. He fixed my HVAC for the upstairs (something the other provider couldn't figure out last year) and didn't make me feel bad about not knowing where my other filter was kept (still super embarrassed about that). would highly recommend!

Junior was efficient, reliable, and a professional. He came out to repair our Rennai tankless water heater but we wound up replacing it. He wasted no time getting to work and when he left it was if he had not been here it was so clean. I was very impressed.

These have been my "go to" guys for electrical issues, for sure. Tomorrow, I will be calling on the plumbing guys. Since I moved to Weatherford, more than 8 years ago, the friendly folks at Lightfoot have never let me down. Great, friendly, conscientious service is what they deliver. They leave the place neat, explain what they did and why. I may pay more. I don't know... but they have always been great to work with. And with an OLD house, you know you will always have issues.

Doug is who we had and he was the nicest and punctual, when I asked about things that were wrong with tge house. He didn't get mad and act like he didn't want to tell me he explained everything in a way I could understand it. Very good man! Thanks Doug!

We were having problems with a Rinnai water heater. Ronny diagnosed the issue immediately and within minutes, everything was fixed and the system seems to be up and running.

Lightfoot is very customer oriented. Prompt and professional. Doug Little did a great job troubleshooting and fixing my outdoor light problem.

Robert called me earlier than expected and told me he would be there within 30 minutes. He was very punctual. He examined the new vent unit, measured for the place it was going to go, and then marked where he was going to have to cut the wood out for the new exhaust vent. He had a concern about the exhaust pipe but it didn t take him long to figure out how he could take care of it. I am very pleased with the installation. He also had to replace my porch light because it had a short in it.

They came out within about 4 hours after we called to take care of our stopped up toilet. There was no mess left and everything was working within minutes after they arrived! Excellent customer service!

Always excellent service from Lightfoot Mechanical David came out in Sunday to give us cool air conditioning until the part needed arrived Then Linda called and set up a time for Wednesday We couldn t believe it was that fast!!

We had Michael M. respond to our emergency call this morning. He started problem salving as soon as he got here, he let us know what he was doing as he went and explained it in terms we could understand and follow. He always kept our (the homeowners) best interest in mind as well as our budget. He showed ingenuity as he worked and kept a clean work area. We really could not have asked for a better service technician! He turned our emergency into a manageable situation. We are very glad we called Lightfoot Mechanical and their wonderful dispatcher, Wendy, send out Michael to our location. Thank you!

This place is a rip off, tried to charge 300 to replace a 10 dollar part you can buy from Home Depot. I told them that s ridiculous and they cut me a deal and replaced everything in the toilet for 175 and includes a 30 day warranty. I reluctantly agreed, and after they left the toilet leaked twice as bad, I called them to come back out and they told my wife I have a cheap toilet and it s unfixable and will be 600 to replace.
I came home from my business trip went to Home Depot bought the 20 dollar gasket they broke and the toilet works fine.
Their Were the good guys slogan adds insult to injury.

Michael Maxell was the plumber who came out to repair a leaky outside faucet and a toilet that needed repair. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend this company and the professional they sent to my house.

Lance stopped by to do our free annual inspection for Lightfoot members of our AC/Heat unit. He was quick, friendly, wore a mask and shoe covers, and he was helpful and informative when he went over the details of what he saw in the inspection. Living in a house built in 1973, we've had multiple plumbing and AC/Heat related items pop over the years, and Lightfoot is the best.

We had a major plumbing backup on Thanksgiving night. Ronny came out on Friday morning and did an extremely professional job explaining the problems and then fixing the problems.

was Told the service technician would be at my house between noon & 1 so that the work could be completed that day. Around 2 I called to see what happened & was told that I was the next stop. About 4 I received a call from the tech stating he could be there in almost an hour. I asked if he would be working late & was told that he could come look at it (& collect $) but may have to come back another time to actually do the work. Unless you are retired, do not work or have anything to do, I can not recommend this company

Great experience. Victor was very professional and had a good eye for detail. He takes great pride in his work and will let you know not only what will work best but what will LOOK best. We are rewiring or back porch and he knows how to make it look right and perform right. Top notch.

Casey was great. He was friendly and polite and I felt he thoroughly explained what he was doing. He addressed all of my concerns. I would be happy to have him return to handle other plumbing issues if needed.

Sam was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to check the ac and even called the mfg to verify warranty/repairs and unit size.

Gared did an incredible job taking care of our needs. He was respectful and kind and despite the frustration of the air-conditioner breaking down he did everything he could to get it up and running in a very timely manner. Lightfoot mechanical has been excellent to work with.
