Quick, courteous, and efficient. They had the parts, they had the knowledge, and were very friendly. I highly recommend them and George in on particular.

Great work by Josh. We were out of water for 4 days and because of the holidays, they don't have parts in the shop but as soon as they got the parts they come and fix my PRV. It's quite expensive but I know its commercial property so it will be. Service was great. Even the holidays they are open to the public for emergency services. Thank you, Josh and his team.

Lightfoot has saved us in emergent situations twice this summer. Brien was great to work with. He communicated when he was on his way, is good at explaining the issue and what repair is needed. He does great work, is professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Great experience.

Our air conditioning unit went out on a Tuesday and Lightfoot had a complete new unit installed by Wednesday. Amazing Customer Service. Amazing employees! On time informative and up front about prices, I had a young man named Dylan come out for a stopped up sewer line and he was great. He used a camera to show me the current and future problems kept everything clean and left the place looking better than when arrived, also emailed me some estimates on fixing the problem in the future so as not to continue to have blockages.....

Plumber came out the same day we called. He was courteous, professional and quick. Excellent service at a fair price.

My daughter's room flooded. We had no idea where the water was coming from because we could not see a leak anywhere. We called Lightfoot Mechanical, Inc and thankfully they came out to our place immediately. The service technician, Mark, was amazing! So kind, professional and went straight to work. We had a slab leak that he was able to find immediately. Mark was upfront and kept us informed of the cost of everything that he did before he did it. I would highly recommend this company and also Mark!

I wouldn't let these guys work on a $19 Walmart oscillating fan.

Lightfoot installed an overpriced AC system for me 11 years ago. Sold it to me saying I'd save a lot of $$. It was no cheaper to operate than the previous system but cost 4 times as much. I called them out multiple times to say it was not cooling as good as the previous system. They said I needed to cut more returns in the house, when the old system worked just fine with 2 returns. They even laid the condensation drain tubes flat on the trusses in the new system in the attic, no slope, and didn't even glue the PVC, so it backed up, fell apart, and ruined a bunch of drywall.

Every time over 11 years I called them out they tried to tell me why I needed to spend more money. Even though they bypassed the baffle/zone system they'd had me pay for saying it would save $$. (It never did.)

Last straw was this summer when AC system went out. They came out and said it *might* be the controller board. They could get the part for $1800. Labor was extra. If that wasn't the problem, well they'd keep looking but can't return the board.

I said take a hike, bought the board down at the Trane store for $415, and Lightfoot's competitor installed it for $300.

Unbelievably, Lightfoot service manager called me up a month later and wanted me to pay $89 for the service charge for when they wanted to charge me 3 TIMES what their competition did it for (took 20 mins for the install & checkout).

This is the only negative review I've ever posted. Stay away from these guys. Their motto should be "You can get better but you can't pay more."

We have been using Lightfoot for more than 30 years. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable.
I have had nothing but good experiences with their repair technicians and sales staff, and with Seth in charge of their techs, another layer of professsional is added.

They were on-time, they did the work they said they would, then checked that it was right before they left, and even showed me how I could save money on the job. Good work, Guys

Amazing service! We had family coming for a stay and one do the shower heads was malfunctioning and we weren t getting hot water. Of course we discovered the need Christmas Eve. From the time I called on Christmas Eve morning, they were here and had it fixed in less than 40 minutes!! Thank you Lightfoot Mechanical! Their service contract is a valuable service and all of their technicians are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!

Junior fixed our leaky shower head that was driving me crazy! He was very professional and quickly knew the cause of the leak. Our shower handle broke due to corrosion and Junior quickly let me know and went to purchase one. He tried his hardest to find one that matched but our finish was discontinued. He asked if we would like to special order it. I said no, we just needed one that would work for the time being. He was very trustworthy and worked efficiently. Kept me informed as he progressed with fixing the issue. I highly recommend them!

Lightfoot technicians have superb knowledge and skills, and they have superb personalities! Phil was my tech today, and he was smart, kind, professional, and understanding. He explained everything in detail. He answered my questions and left me feeling comfortable that I was in good hands. That's great to know when dealing with something as important as my heating and air conditioning systems.

Very good communication via text, phone, and email. We called 2 other electrical companies who never answered our call or returned our call when we left a message. Excellent customer service goes a long way. Doug was thorough and answered all our questions, he was prompt in handling our electrical issue.

On May 11, 2019, I called this company to get bids on plumbing, electrical and HVAC for the new home I am building in this company's service area. The property is two hours away from my current residence in Dallas. On May 11, they agreed to have their plumber electrician and HVAC personnel meet me at the property at 3 PM on Friday, May 17, 2019. I emailed them the house plans, foundation design and address. They had my email address and cell phone and confirmed. On Thursday, May 16, 2019, I drove two hours to a hotel near the property. On Friday, May 17, the date we agreed to meet, I called to ask if it were possible to meet earlier than 3 PM. They responded by informing me that they forgot to call me to cancel. They said they were cancelling my appointment and could not take on any new jobs. I informed Belinda, the woman on the phone that answered, that I had driven two hours to the site, spent money for gas and a hotel, and would have to leave a negative review on Social Media. Her response was that she didn't seem to care because they had enough business. Well, people do read social media reviews, and you might be busy today, but in two months that could change, because intelligent people do read these reviews.

Robert and Tyler did an excellent job of installing my new tankless water heater. They even had to re-plumb the vent, gas, and water supply. They were both exceptionally courteous and professional all while being friendly and efficient. I will definitely be using Lightfoot for my future needs!

Dylan and Andrew went above and beyond. They dug by hand for several days in the heat to handle a leak under my house slab, and made every effort to leave my space as clean as possible. Everything was explained to me and I was put at ease during the process. I highly recommend Lightfoot, I have never been disappointed in their professionalism and customer service.

Junior was helpful, flexible with his schedule, and kept us up to date on the charges throughout his visit. I highly recommend this company!

I had a burned out pressure switch on my water well and it took Lightfoot four trips with 3 different crews to my house to fix it beginning with 9AM and ending around 8:45PM. Regardless of that I'm leaving 4 stars because they were all very courteous and professional and did their best to solve the problem even if there was miscommunication earlier in the day. Problems solved and I'm a happy customer.

Service technician was friendly and informative. Explained fully what he believed was the problem with the system and fixed it. David Bachman was awesome and we would like for him to remain our regular service technician.

Brandon came out to my home twice. The first was to assess what my electrical problems were and then subsequently to repair. In his evaluation of the initial problem, he noted several other things that were critically wrong and dangerous in my older home. I consider myself a good judge of character and I trusted what Brandon shared with me. I felt the problems that he showed me were indeed REAL issues that, though I preferred not to have to repair, I was without a choice for the safety of my family and myself.

Professional, timely, genuinely interested in making sure a/c unit was working efficiently, with recommendations for future work to maintain peak performance.

They were able to come and fix the problem within 2 hours of calling the office! Very friendly staff, assessed the problem quickly and were very professional. This was our third time using this company and we have been very pleased with the level of service.

I was assured an electrician would be out to my house and be able to compete the repairs the same day of arrival. I talked to the electrician to schedule a time and describe what I'd like to have done (replace an existing outdoor electrical outlet box and put onto a separate breaker circuit). He said he understood the task. Because I haven't heard anything by mid-afternoon, I called and they finally dispatched an electrician to my house. The electrician who came must not have been the one I talked to... he didn't bring or have an outside electrical outlet box and asked to reschedule in order to have it with him next time... And he was not willing to use the existing wiring to put the outlet on a separate breaker, but tear up my natural stone outside wall to run a new wire outside then trench beside the existing wiring... This company wasted my time... I probably can do a better job on my own and pay an inspector to sign off on code cheaper than paying the hundreds of dollars I was quoted to swap out an outdoor electrical outlet box.

I recently had an evaporator coil issue and had contacted Lightfoot Mechanical for a second opinion and their agent Jacob was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained in detail all the issues that needed repairs and also provided all available options to fix the problem. Thanks to Jacob and Lightfoot Mechanical we have cold air again. I highly recommend them for your service needs
