We had Michael M. respond to our emergency call this morning. He started problem salving as soon as he got here, he let us know what he was doing as he went and explained it in terms we could understand and follow. He always kept our (the homeowners) best interest in mind as well as our budget. He showed ingenuity as he worked and kept a clean work area. We really could not have asked for a better service technician! He turned our emergency into a manageable situation. We are very glad we called Lightfoot Mechanical and their wonderful dispatcher, Wendy, send out Michael to our location. Thank you!
