Came out right away for a water leak under our flooring. While this isn't something any home owner wants to deal with, Josh explained what he would need to do and what our options were. He got right to work and came back the next day with Tyler to finish. Josh kept us informed along the way. Both Josh and Tyler were very nice and respectful of our home.

A Very personable tech came to check our heating system. This is the second time tech we have had and both were great.

The guys with Lightfoot are always super nice and take the time to explain everything. I am given options and different price structures as well. And working with my schedule is a bonus! Rick V was very nice and I was pleased with this visit as I usually am. Will definitely use them again.

Everyone we have worked with from Lightfoot has been kind, professional, and hard working. We contacted them about issues with our fairly recent HVAC system installed by another dealer who made numerous errors, resulting in ridiculously high electric & LP usage during the colder months. After repeated attempts for the other dealer to correct the problems, we decided to go with Lightfoot and we are so glad we did. They really cared about correcting our problem and getting our installation right even though it requires a complicated layout. We will definitely use Lightfoot for future needs, including plumbing, electrical, etc. and recommend them highly to others. Thanks guys!

Lightfoot Mechanical is a customer-service dream. I had one of their great electricians, Robert Salas, come out to put up a flood light and subsequently noticed that the light was a little bright. So, I called Lightfoot and asked if we could put a dimmer on that light. Another one of their other excellent electricians, Doug Little, came out and put the dimmer on the light, which solved the problem of making my neighbor s house look like a Broadway production. Lightfoot was quick to get this scheduled, responsive, and did not charge me for the dimmer or the service call. Not only that, but Doug had to reposition the switches and did so in a way that was very logical. Another electric company had told me that would need to be done, but they didn t figure out the logical order of switches that Doug did. He s a clear problem solver. I m really impressed with this company! They re not the cheapest game in town, but you get what you pay for, and they re worth the extra cost most definitely.

Lightfoot Mechanical is great to work with. They came out immediately and responded to our emergency. The mechanic Mark Tilton was curtious, respectful of our home and very thorough with the explanation of work to be done and thorough with seeing the job through to completion in the blistering heat! Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Your plumber was reeking with alcohol. It was obvious he had gone on a drunken binge the night before and did not come prepared. He told me he was up all night. He was VERY unprofessional. I do not like that he smelled of alcohol and he is trying to slander ME. You need to hire PROFESSIONAL people that come PREPARED to work. I do not appreciate this man lying about me. HE WAS STILL DRUNK AND STANK. That was the main reason I said I was not going to pay right then until you heard my side of the story. Don't be afraid to FIRE HIM just because he may scream discrimination. It was FRAUD and lack of professionalism to send that man out here. He scared me! I'm sure if he had to punch a time clock someone else smelled him. By the way. I spent $91.00 at Home Depot and fixed the shower myself after he left. Have a wonderful day and try to hire people that won't make your company look bad. I plan to give you a bad report right after I write this e mail.
PS...I didn't mention in my July e mail (now it is August) that your so called plumber was going to charge me over $500.00. Then when I complained he reduced it to over $300.00, which he would have to come back and do? Scamming?? ...and actually you don't deserve 1 star, but it would not let me post without one star at least as you have not responded properly to my July complaint I sent you through e mail. You just say..."Have a nice day!"
PS: I received this in my mail today 8/19/2017...it doesn't matter if there were parts missing. The whole thing was disassembled by myself. Doesn't matter if all the parts were there or not. What matters is your plumber had a HANG-OVER and said he did not have the parts which also he admitted he had NO CLUE what type of shower outlet I needed. Why not? There is the shower...figure it out! Unless of course you went on a DRUNKEN BINGE the night before and your BRAIN is not working. He told me he would have to come back. So obviously $40.00 is TWICE the mileage. And if you are just scamming people for gas money, well...your really hard up for business. Yes I will pay you free loaders FOR DOING NOTHING BUT SENDING BILLS HARASSING ME SAYING..."Have a nice day!" Most companies would drop the gas bill after hearing the customers side of the story but since you are not, that shows how you do business. One more thing...since I am a woman and the plumber a Hispanic man, he thought he could take advantage of me. I guarantee you he would not have treated a man this way.

UPDATE AS OF Aug. 30, 2017: I decide to call Lightfoot and just pay the $40.00 the man charged me for just showing up that day because I didn't want it to turn into a HUGE issue. So when the lady answered I told her I wanted to pay the $40.00. I started explaining the situation again as I had spoke on the phone right after the incident to someone and they were not very sympathetic, so I'm telling this lady this morning and she told me she was very sorry, and that is not the way they do business (the situation I explained above in my complaint) and told me she would take care of the situation and did not take my credit card number nor the $40.00. So I reverse my complaint. Lightfoot Mechanical is a good business to deal with.

I've called on Lightfoot several times and always had a good experience. The plumber (Ralph) arrived exactly when he said he would be here and got the job done.

The technicians are always very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. They send a picture prior to appointment so I can identify them. Very thorough and take the time to explain the details.

Sam showed up on time and did a superb job. Both professional and friendly. I was more than pleased. I was delighted.

I made an appointment for a comfort consultant, as they call it. When the day came for the appointment, no call, no show. I called to see what was going on only to find, after being on hold and transferred twice, that I wasn't even in their system. I was in the market for a whole new system, and they dropped the ball on their scheduling. I don't trust a place that couldn't even schedule properly. I will say they tried to send someone out after I spoke with them. I do realize people make mistakes, but as this is my first encounter and I was intending to buy AC, furnace, the whole bit, I would have thought it would have been handled more appropriately in the first place.

Very pleased with their professionalism and the young man they sent out was so knowledgeable and polite. Have used other companies in the past but will only use Lightfoot in the future...Janice Moffitt

The technician was extremely knowledgeable. Our electrical issue was fixed within minutes and the cost of repair was reasonable. I will definitely use them again if any other electrical issues arise.

Literally from the beginning to the very end of this process was really smooth. Could not say enough good things about our experience. Very very happy customer!! It was Thanksgiving day. Although more expensive due to the holiday and I get that. They were great, actually got a picture of Eric sent to my phone so I knew who to expect that was great. He did a great job, showed us what was wrong and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Was very nice.

Had to call Lightfoot after my water heater went out and started leaking. Mark showed up on time and was very professional and polite. He laid out all my options from going tankless to the most economical option. He then went on to explain the benefits of each and was not pushy at all and was very patient as me and my wife talked it over and made a decision that was right for us. His work was outstanding and he left his workspace clean and neat.

After recently moving to Weatherford, we were looking for service professionals in both plumbing and electrical services. We were fortunate to locate Lightfoot Mechanical....and were pleased with their quick response and professional resolutions to our concerns. We are fans....and will use their services again!

Looks like the same issue I encountered has happened to numerous others as well. Funny everyone s quote was right around $400. It seems as if that s the golden number for this company. They are friendly but that s about all they offer. Was told we would be first appointment of the morning and didn t show up till lunch. Was given 3 different price quotes to simply dust off a unit of outside debris that had collected on it. Guy was there 20min, cheapest I could get out was, you guessed it- $400. I either pay it or throw $100 away for the service call.
This place is a joke. Thankfully I have money to pay the bill but I feel bad for the people in a bind needing help that get screwed over. Y all need to rethink what you charge your customers. Would never use or recommend.

George Payne came back when we had trouble with the sensor in the heater going off again. And he came back when we had the pilot light blow out on the other unit. He installed the carbon monoxide detector. And he did this all with a good attitude. We are thankful for the heat today! Sorry my post didn't go thru when the service was done.

Rod performed the most comprehensive A/C maintenance check I have witnessed over the past 16 years of owning this house. He checked all the typical areas and then he checked areas that had never been checked before. He even fixed a couple of safety issues / surprises left by a previous repair guy. He found a couple other issues and thoroughly explained the causes and solutions needed.

My second experience told me to never ever use the Lightfoot company ever again. So , Stop sending me any of your advertisement. It is waste of your time and money. Find somebody else. If I had another choice to rate you I would have given a big 0.

I needed a new hot water heater and Lightfoot Mechanical did an outstanding job. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. They showed me all the features of the hot water heater and the electronic water shut-off valve that they installed. They left the work area nice and clean. I highly recommend them.
