I remembered an Asian Salesman did a hold-my-car-key trick until I agreed to buy a car. This was 2 years ago. Yes, I bought a car and am happy about it. The negotiation part was stressful. I never went back for servicing and never referred my friend and family to there. Hope they have improved.

The best dealership experience I have had thus far. I just purchased a 2014 ES300H and I was working with Zeke, he provided excellent customer service. I also had the privileged to meet Ron, who is the manager of the new car sales, he went above and beyond in meeting my needs and making this deal happen. The facility is sheer class and second to none to any other Lexus dealership that I have been too.

A month ago I bought my first car, Lexus Rx 350, from Lexus downtown Toronto. I would like to write this review with all my honesty that the Lexus team in downtown Toronto made my car shopping journey a great experience. A very special thanks goes to my sales, Erfan. He was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional to me and my family since we really gave him a 'hard time' asking all kinds of questions. Even though he doesn't speak the same language in Mandarin to my parents, they were able to communicate perfectly by using body language. :) My entire family was very pleasant and satisfied when we made the purchase.

Oh my where do I even start... Zain Khan... Zain is the BEST!! When my sister found herself in a bad situation and forced to buy a new car, Zain was there to turn a nightmare into a dream come true. He truly cares about his customers, no pressure whatsoever making us feel comfortable to trust him. Zain made our time at Downtown Lexus so pleasant, it was like hanging out with a friend. I'm currently an Audi owner but as soon as my lease is up, I'll be coming to see Zain. Truly fantastic!!!

My wife and I are onto our 4th Lexus and we are very proud to say that the last two Lexus vehicles we've purchased have been bought at Lexus of Downtown. Since selling my '03 GS430 a few years ago and driving an IS, I've been itching to get another GS. I have visited and gotten service at other Lexus dealerships (being closer to where we live) for our other cars and talking to some sales reps, it never felt comfortable to me. I began my search for a GS FSport some months ago. I looked at a few, studied the rare ones that would appear for sale but I was just not satisfied with what was being offered that is until, LOD recently had one for sale. From the moment i had my first interaction with Iuliana, i felt i had to drive the distance to take a closer look at the car. Iuliana helped make my experience one that i will never forget and one that i need to express/promote to anyone who is currently in the market. I feel like I'm calling a ghost town. Tried calling 3 times Friday to book and come in to see IS300 and no answer. Called this morning no answer. IS THERE A LONG WEEKEND THAT ONLY LEXUS DOWNTOWN TAKE THAT THE REST OF THE WORLD DOESNT? Seeing all the other reviews on people trying to call and book in unsuccessfully show how professional you guys handle customers.

Our Family purchased three Lexus vehicles from here in the last three years. We really did our research before deciding who to go with. Honestly, it's the "Sales Person" who makes the difference. All the fancy show and Balloons or free stuff means nothing to us. Our sales person was June Anievas if this helps. He really went the extra mile to get us the best deal and was nice enough to deliver the car to our doorstep. P.S- we had an issue after the sale transaction and things were not in our favour. June stepped in and made sure the management expedited our remedy and we ended up with an even better deal. If you want the best deal, Show up with a box of Jolly B Chicken and June will do anything for you.

Parsa Bayani was my sales consultant, and I cant say enough good things about him. I came in to purchase a pre owned 2015 IS 250, but after reviewing my options and numbers with Parsa, I decided to go with a brand new vehicle. Parsa was there every step of the way. Very helpful and was genuinely interested making sure I was happy with the purchase. He followed up with me over the next few days to make sure everything was good and I was enjoying my new car. He also told me on many occasions to feel free to give him a call if I ever needed anything or had any problems. When I did call him, he answered and helped me with all my requests and questions. He really knows how to build a client/consultant relationship. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. In addition to my sales experience, my service experience was also fantastic. About a week and a half after my purchase, I noticed a tiny chip at the bottom passenger side of my wind shield which turned into a crack across the windshield. Vincent and Joseph (and Downtown Lexus in general) gave me the benefit of the doubt that the crack may have already been there (it was in a very un-obvious location) and with the warm weather and me washing the car with very cold water, it may have caused the chip to turn into a crack. Non the less they were very generous and gracious enough to replace the windshield under warranty, no questions, no hassles and provide me with a loaner vehicle for the day so I could get to work. NOW THATS SERVICE! I live in Stouffville, work in Markham but I can guarantee one thing, I will be getting my car serviced at Downtown Lexus for the life of this car and my next. I highly recommend this dealership.

The preowned department at this dealership is at best a scam. I have 0 (out of 2) positive experience with this dealership. First experience: the salesperson was trying to sell me a demo car (with 10K kms) at a higher price than a brand new (including incentives) by trying to convince me that I'm saving on Freight & PDI. The second time, the salesperson was trying to sell us a 1.5 old NX200t with (17K kms) at $1500 less than a brand new one. Very hard to trust and always pushy salespeople. Just save your time and go to Midtown Lexus. Very professional and reasonable salespeople and with a huge inventory of certified preowned vehicles.

Our family bought the GX and the UX at the same time. Wilbert's professionalism and patience made us decide in a short time that we don't have to compare other brands. From the beginning of explaining all the configurations to the deliivery process of the cars, he is also very professional. I will definitely recommend him to friends.

I've been to this location 4 times in the past 3 years and I've never had a good experience. I say this to clarify that my rating is not based on a single visit.
I was at this location yesterday (March 14th). I went in to make a purchase decision for a 3rd vehicle for our home: a CT200h. I currently own a Lexus GS (purchased through Don Valley Lexus) and I am experienced with the brand and the expected service levels. Spoke to the receptionist; she advised they had a separate Lexus Hybrid Showroom on the 3rd floor. I went up to the 3rd floor and entered the nicely designed customer lounge. The directions to get to the Hybrid Showroom are not clearly marked and a little confusing to get to. It involves going through a plain white, unmarked, all-steel, windowless, double door then into a parking garage then to the Hybrid Showroom. I assume in an attempt to prevent customers from going through the door, they parked a vehicle to obstruct the door from opening. Like an 80's style indoor used car dealership, I went through the vehicle entrance. After arriving at the Lexus Hybrid Showroom, there was no one there except for a subcontracted car detailer. After a quick scan there was no CT200h. It appears that the only car I could access was the subcontractor's 1998 Toyota Sienna. There was a grey CT200h parked in the garage; I asked the detailer if I could get into it to take a look. Understandably, he said no as he didn't work there and wasn't too sure if the alarm would go off or if that was someone's car. I left the dealership, disappointed again.
My previous experiences include a trip to this dealership with my wife to buy an RX450h. It was a special "late night" promotion; they were giving away a BBQ and bike. We already knew we wanted this vehicle and the promotions definitely sweetened the offer. For the life of me, I don't know what happened, but the salesperson was telling us everything we didn't want to hear and we abandoned the RX choosing a competitors vehicle later that year (2014).
Another experience at this location in regards to having my GS serviced. I was experiencing a clunking noise when going over bumps. The mechanic determined that it was a control arm. He fixed it but the noise still persisted. I obviously called them on this and he mentioned that they could not determine the exact reason for the noise. To make a long story short, took the car into a mom and pop auto shop they determined that the "bushing" had worn down due to time and had to be replaced, they did it and the problem was fixed.
I live in the Beaches and work downtown and this is closest dealership to me but in future, I will gladly make the trip to Don Valley Lexus.

if you take your car for schedule maintenance and ask for a loan car during your car service ,you never get as you reserved before. they don't care about their words and are not responsible. I took my car twice and both times I had headache. even when I bought and ordered my car, after 2 months when i followed up my order, I realized that they have not registered my order yet, so it took about 3 months to get my car.
I never recommend this dealership to anybody.

Downtown Lexus completely lowballed my trade, and barely budged when it came to price negotiations. I took my business to another Lexus dealer, and guess what? I got more than $4,000 over the trade offer from Downtown Lexus.

Do not get your vehicle serviced here. Went in to change a tired and they tried to sneak in extra services and charge me for them. When I spoke to the manager Ashton he got irate with me. Would not come back to the dealership for purchase or service in the future.

Made the first call looking for a car, after a failed attempt from a source, spoke to Chloe Clarin and was very informative , straight to the point asked me what I was looking for and Got me what i was looking for. She finished work but stayed behind for 2 hours to finalize everything. She could have sold me a more expensive car, but sold me what I need and saved me money, and finalized everything in less than 2 days for me to pick up the car.

Finance Manager Samantha Sanoukphonh, was on point, gave the lowest rate that's bing offered, coming from a finance background for over 15 years, I just want to say I'm very impressed, by the time I showed up to the dealership, everything was done, and she was very detailed disclosing all the information to me, even the underwriter from the bank made a mistake, she was able to fix it from her end.

Very respectful place, and everyone is smiling polite and I will be sending all my clients and friends there, thanks to their professionalism
