Parsa Bayani was my sales consultant, and I cant say enough good things about him. I came in to purchase a pre owned 2015 IS 250, but after reviewing my options and numbers with Parsa, I decided to go with a brand new vehicle. Parsa was there every step of the way. Very helpful and was genuinely interested making sure I was happy with the purchase. He followed up with me over the next few days to make sure everything was good and I was enjoying my new car. He also told me on many occasions to feel free to give him a call if I ever needed anything or had any problems. When I did call him, he answered and helped me with all my requests and questions. He really knows how to build a client/consultant relationship. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. In addition to my sales experience, my service experience was also fantastic. About a week and a half after my purchase, I noticed a tiny chip at the bottom passenger side of my wind shield which turned into a crack across the windshield. Vincent and Joseph (and Downtown Lexus in general) gave me the benefit of the doubt that the crack may have already been there (it was in a very un-obvious location) and with the warm weather and me washing the car with very cold water, it may have caused the chip to turn into a crack. Non the less they were very generous and gracious enough to replace the windshield under warranty, no questions, no hassles and provide me with a loaner vehicle for the day so I could get to work. NOW THATS SERVICE! I live in Stouffville, work in Markham but I can guarantee one thing, I will be getting my car serviced at Downtown Lexus for the life of this car and my next. I highly recommend this dealership.
