I've been servicing my car here for many years. I brought in my Yaris and they never treated me differently. Now I have a Lexus.

The assistant service managers I've dealt with have always been courteous and transparent. I've never felt like they push for any unnecessary work. But then again, I'm a regular customer who gets regular oil changes, seasonal tire rotations and other services where necessary.

Techs do the work well and are very timely. I usually wait and work in their executive lounge or get a drive home. I would definitely recommend Lexus Downtown for service and sales.

I just got my baby NX300 F Sport yesterday and I LOVE IT, and thanks to IULIANA I had the best experience, very honest and no surprises at all, just the way I like it. She knows the business very well. Go and visit them and see Iuliana and you will be more than happy.

Service department is great too.

Sales are annoying. We get it. But Jacky of this location just kept calling customer to try to make a sale. Compare to a Benz staff I experience, he does not understand what patience and respect are. At least the Benz staff I dealt with was polite in his manner and not solidly sell the idea of how good the brand product is.

Exceptional experience at Downtown Lexus - Can't say enough about the service. Chloe Clarin was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, available, and diligent. My car was a great deal, ready on time and in pristine condition on delivery. Chloe went above and beyond to make sure I walked away happy. I also had the pleasure of working with Parsa Bayani, Chris Lina and the Service/Admin team and they were 5-star.

We had a few additional items to clear up post sale (2-weeks after) and Downtown Lexus were quick to respond and delivered as promised.

I had an issue with my Lexus IS250 infotainment system which seemed non repairable to me at least. However, I had went by to Lexus downtown spoke to the service team and they were awesome to work with. Especially the service managers Jessica and Ramin and the parts manager Tommy they helped me find a better and cost efficient solution, thoroughly checked what the issue was with the infotainment system, did all this to my convenience and in a timely manner all during the Covid-19 pandemic. Really appreciate the assistance from Lexus Downtown especially those amazing individuals!

Disappointing. I bought a used car that I was told I couldn't see because the dealer was closed (Covid). Salesperson stated that the pictures on the website were what it was. Car looked great; no damage. Car arrived at my house with moderate damage to the right fender, missing the second smart key and due for an oil change. Dealer sent me the second smart key two-weeks later and a cheque that only covered partial damage amount and offered me a free oil change. The car was a gift and you only get one chance to make a great first impression. Lexus Downtown missed the mark on this one.

The whole process of looking for a car can be extremely stressful and overwhelming (especially when it s not planned) but the lovely people of Lexus Downtown were amazing. Pouya Tehrani (sales consultant) has been incredible from the beginning of the whole process; extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating and responsive. He clearly enjoys what he does and is great at it, I couldn t recommend him more. Samantha Sanoukphonh (finance service manager) was also incredible. She was extremely warm and helpful through the process, making sure all decisions were in my best interest. This team is amazing and I couldn t be happier with everything. Thank you!

Best Lexus Dealership in Toronto. I am loyal Lexus family member for more than 3 years and had dealt with many dealers. I sold my previous Lexus and was interested in 2020 GX 460. I couldn't get a deal that I wanted from my home Lexus dealership. I tried other dealerships and only Lexus Downtown negotiated with me. I purchased a car about a month ago. It is over two weeks now that I am trying to contact Samantha Sanoukphonh the Financial service manager who took care of my transaction regarding information she gave me. I sent emails and left a voicemail but she doesn't reply back. I tried to contact her Manager Ivy Delapena but she also doesn't reply.

They were very quick to answer back then but I guess once you pay them, you are not a customer anymore. Very disappointing and definitely won't recommend to any of my family and friends.

Zero star for after sale service.
On August 2, I contacted Erfan about the paint-wrinkling problem on the driver side panel. He then forwarded my email to pre-owned car manager Parsa, Service manager J Fan and Asist Ser Mgr Ramin. I didn t hear from anyone for 10 days. On August 13, I sent another email to Christopher, the GM. Christopher never called me back instead I got a call from Parsa in that afternoon, claiming that he never received the email copying him on August 3. He promised to call me back by Friday, which he never did. I called him on August 19 again same old BS and apologized and promised to look into this. I got a call from the service department on August 21 asking me to bring in the car for them to look at the panel on August 28 at 12:30 pm. I drove all the way from Mississauga and to my surprise Ramin asked me why I was there. I told him that they called me to bring the car in for inspection. After waiting 20 minutes for him to find out what is going on and he just took a picture of the panel, that s all. I told him that his name was on the email that Erfan copied on August 3 with 2 pictures attached. Again he denied getting the email and then apologized. He promised me that he will look into it and call me back the same day. Guess what, not a call for two days. So I forwarded my Aug 3 email to Mr. Alizadeh, the President of Downtown Lexus. The same day I got the call from Ramin again promised me that he will order the parts for the panel and will call me back . At this point, I had enough of this kind of treatments promises after promises and then apologies after apologies and nothing happen. I went to another Lexus Dealer and within 45 minutes they got the approval from Lexus Canada to replace the panel and ordered the parts. My car was fixed in two weeks.

I worked with Zain with my new car lease. Friendly personable and honest salesperson and I am very much enjoying my RX350 Sport after considering several models. Thank you Zain for making the deal for me. Lexus is a reliable luxurious car, which I am enjoying very much. The front desk people are also a ray of sunshine when I stop in to get the car maintained.

Very pleasant 5-star experience from Lexus Downtown. Denver Coutu was great to deal with. He wasn't pushy and really took his time explaining my options. He patiently answered my questions which I'm sure I've already asked numerous times before. Stay away from Lexus Downtown Dealership, They hired unprofessional and unethical service and sales representatives. They just want to charge you for services which they will not do in their service station.
Beware while dealing with Ramin Anwaryar (Service Rep.) and Joseph Fan (Service Manager).
This dealership went from 5 stars to 0 star. Service and Service Staff is a disaster.

Another specific thing that makes me quite happy is that I was given a Macbook Pro as the promo. After two week's waiting, they found that the Macbook Pro still wasn't ready to be shipped to me. Instead of letting me continue to wait, They sent me a cheque with the exact money on it. Quite nice!

I had an appointment with Chloe on Saturday and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helpful in making my mind. Also, Victor took good care of me... I recommended them to others!

A couple of weeks ago I found a pre-owned 2017 IS300 F-Sport located at Lexus Downtown Toronto that I was interested in while searching online (the search took me to a cargurus link).

Monday morning 9:30 I arrived at the dealership and Cris in pre-owned met me and showed me the vehicle. Excellent experience from start to finish. I ended up buying the vehicle same day and was out before noon.

Although the Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0 colour pretty much sold itself (haha), Cris did a great job with any questions I had. Great area for a test drive getting on and off the highway (do I owe you a clean pair of shorts?) :)

Pickup day also great. Car was super clean, tires shiny etc. Cris made sure nothing was missing from the vehicle (paint pen, mats, lock nut, jack set, spare). Even replaced the cracked Lexus symbol from the front. Looked like a brand new car in the end .

Overall a great experience, 5 stars to both Cris and Lexus Downtown Toronto.

Unprofessional Customer Service.
We waited nearly 2.5 hrs to pick up the new RX on 22 June, no explanation from the Sales and Management on why it took so long. Promise by Sales to stop two trade-in cars' bi-weekly payment and return all overpaid, but so far nothing received even calls.

I had purchased my first Lexus elsewhere and got my second one at this place. I drove a long way from London but at the end of the day my commute paid off.

They treat their customer with care and mutual understanding and you feel no pressure but commitment to be helped.

My salesperson was Sean, he went way above and beyond my expectations to make sure I can get a car in my budget with features I want, and believe me it was not an easy task. He worked so hard with his manager Parsa to negotiate a deal for me.

It took us a while to settle down but his attitude was exapmlatory. At the end he made sure the car gets ready in a matter of one working day and after the sale did enough follow up to make sure that everything is done up to my satisfaction.
