A month ago I bought my first car, Lexus Rx 350, from Lexus downtown Toronto. I would like to write this review with all my honesty that the Lexus team in downtown Toronto made my car shopping journey a great experience. A very special thanks goes to my sales, Erfan. He was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional to me and my family since we really gave him a 'hard time' asking all kinds of questions. Even though he doesn't speak the same language in Mandarin to my parents, they were able to communicate perfectly by using body language. :) My entire family was very pleasant and satisfied when we made the purchase.

I always believe that the bottom line of shopping as a customer is to be treated with respect and care and to be offered the best product and service, and I can tell you that the Lexus downtown Toronto team and my sales Erfan impressed me so much by setting their standard way above the bottom line.

I love my new car, and I know I would shop from Lexus downtown Toronto again.
