The preowned department at this dealership is at best a scam. I have 0 (out of 2) positive experience with this dealership. First experience: the salesperson was trying to sell me a demo car (with 10K kms) at a higher price than a brand new (including incentives) by trying to convince me that I'm saving on Freight & PDI. The second time, the salesperson was trying to sell us a 1.5 old NX200t with (17K kms) at $1500 less than a brand new one. Very hard to trust and always pushy salespeople. Just save your time and go to Midtown Lexus. Very professional and reasonable salespeople and with a huge inventory of certified preowned vehicles.
