Recently, our car needed some repairs and we came to Len Stoler. We kept coming back to Len Stoler because Nicholas Hildebrandt has always gone out of his way to be more than helpful. I always feel comfortable leaving my car because he is very knowledgeable, and is always extremely courteous and professional.

just bought a 2017 Sonata from here and got excellent service. Travis was my sales person and he made sure I found the right car for me and the finance person (I don't remember his name) made sure I got my perfect car at the right rate for me and I really appreciate everything they have done.

I am not talking about the car - the car, the Sonata with the panoramic sun roof - it is awesome! I am talking about the service center - just AWEFUL! I don't care how many free car washes and oil changes they offer you - DON'T DO IT! I have only had this car for 6 months now - so I have gone twice for oil changes. First time - it took 2 hours!!! The reason was because it was done in an hour but the paper work sat on the guys desk because he didn't have time to get to it - even though I kept asking and kept pressing. This time, it too 2.5 hours!!! And when you go up and ask why, their first response is - I have to go find the service manager. So there is no one on the floor to help you - you have to go to management, who is working on everyone elses complaint. AND, my ipod, which I keep docked in the aux cable, was no longer there when I finally got the car back from its second oil change. NO THANK YOU!! I think I rather just go spend the $20-$30 4 times a year than deal with that poor management!

We have been nothing but impressed with Len Stoler Hyundai. We bought my 2011 Sonata as a used car on an overseas US military Base with VERY limited service capabilities... much beyond oil changes was beyond its capabilities. Moving back to MD last year we have been able to get my car back into the swing of regular maintenance and the Stoler service staff is always pleasant, helpful and best of all, KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I had my first service appointment for my 2018 Hyundai Sonata on Dec 9th. I was treated with the up most respect and kindness upon my arrival and departure. Not to mention that my oil change was completed in less than an hour. Thanks Len Stoler Hyundai

Very Much Indeed a place where you should purchase your car. Customer friendly , does very well with getting you the best deals and definitely have the best selection of cars I ve seen In Maryland. I bought a Hyundai Tucson here new in 2013. Have brought it back faithfully for each oil change and regular maintenance. I ve sat in that waiting room 3-4 hours for an oil change. I was there once when mechanic cussed out the service manager. Still I returned. Sadly my hood is rusting out from inside out. I got a quote from Len Stoler for 1378 to have it replaced. Also my ac went up last summer. The car was 6. Hyundai said to ask for help paying for this all today I took it out to start this process. I was told in order for them to submit the paperwork for help I would have to have 3000 in maintenance done there at their garage. To save 1000. I said fix the ac. Then I found out my local mechanic could do this cheaper. They first was gonna charge me a restock fee. The. They said it would be 124 for diagnostic. Ok. I asked could they take it to the body shop. Literally at the back of the garage. They said no. I had to drop everything-my daughters wedding is this weekend- drive 45 minutes to literally drive my car 30 seconds to the next building. I am just done with Len Stoler.

Jerry Follmeyer was attentive and friendly. I wanted to have my software updated to Android Auto, but $200-250 was exorbitant so Jerry gave me the directions for doing it myself. It would have been a wonderful service for the dealer to take care of this as a service, but it went well for me to do it myself. I think it would be a true help in drawing new sales. Great tool and opportunity to offer as a service.

So my appointment should be at 3:00pm, I came at 2:57pm. Someone took me to the service and told me as soon as she is finished with her client, she is going to be with you. I have been waiting there for 1 HOURE AND 30 MINUTES waiting in lounge room, service room, and the sales room. After that, someone came to me and ask me if I needed help!!!! He said they might have forgotten you. He took me to the service, and asked someone to help me again!!! After all of that waiting, She couldn t put me in service because it is almost 5pm and had me scheduled for Monday because they finish their work at 5 or whatever... so If they helped me at the time I came in, I would have be done. What a horrible service place and careless people. Of course I m not coming back on Monday to do my service here. I had to drive 30min to this place and wait 1 hour and 30min. That is 2 hours in total for the worst hyundai dealership ever. What a waste of time!!! (It is a recall service by the way). Thanks for nothing and wasting my time. Great Service!! Brought my daughter's car in for her 15,000 service the night before her scheduled appointment. Tina had her car ready before it was supposed to be ready. Car was washed and cleaned very well. Tina was very attentive and customer friendly. Very happy with her wonderful customer service!!

I bought Hyundai Elantra from this place. Have the service done here all the time for 3.5 years now. On average, 2-3 hours is what they need for maintenance including car wash. I though it was ok, but, when I bought my Sienna last year (have it service at a Toyota Service facility near Bjs in OwingsMills Boulevard), I realize that this place needs a makeover in customer care. With Toyota, the service is Excellent. I never waited 2 hours for my regular maintenance. Mostly within 45 mins with car wash or 30 mins without wash. What disappoint me was I came in for my 8:40am appointment on time, they got me in on time (that's why it's 2-stars btw), then rep told me my car would be ready in an hour. I need to have my right headlight replaced bec it just stopped working. That's it! No oil change, rotation, or anything else. At exactly, 9:40am the rep came back and told me a bunch of recommended repairs. I said, I will hold on it until my next service appointment so that it will be all at the same time and also bec I need to be out here soon. Now, when I asked the rep "how much longer should I wait?" He said about an hour from now. I bet you can imagine how bad my reaction would be. I am totally disappointed. He further explained that the time I came in was the time to discuss my car service and not the actual time technicians do the repair. (I have a lot to say about that like why then you just give us 2 check in times? One is for service discussion, and second the actual service? With that I would just decline the service discussion and just go straight at the actual service time where I just need a simple bulb replacement. Finally, to all of you out there reading this review - consider buying a car with great customer service that comes with it. *** Need to head out to the rep now bec it's already 10:31am and I wonder if I can get my car by 10:40am.

Took my car in February 2020 to get a noise in the rear; ac repaired and suspension noise looked at. They only tightened the AC line nut instead of checking it for a leak, like I suggested and my ac still is not working properly today. The rear bushing was replaced and they could not duplicate the suspension noise, which I understand. In May when getting an oil change, I saw the bushing work that was done and it was unbelievable the work was horrible. I showed it to a few mechanics I know and they could not believe it. I took the car back to Len Stoler where I was basically dismissed and told by the service manager that it is the best that they could do. My 2 year old could probably do a better job. Taking the advice of a trusted friend, I took the car to a different Hyundai dealer and they could not believe the work was done at a dealer. They were kind enough to write up a statement saying that the car was not properly repaired. I tried contacting the Len Stoler general manager over a few days but so far I have not gotten a response. Look over the work done on your vehicles at this location carefully. This experience with this dealership has left a bad taste in my mouth. This is not the standard of work and customer service, I expect when dealing with a dealership. I received the reply from Len Stoler saying I am making up lies (what a great way to treat your customers with respect) and tried to reach Brendan today multiple times with no reply. It seems I can only get a response when I post online.

This is a revised post. Mr. Wayne Kronstadt and Mr. Schonenfel over at Len Stoler are stand-up individuals. They have been respectful, reasonable, and understanding, and I trust they are going to make this situation right.

Ok. Well let's just say I have mixed feelings about this place. One, my salesman, Wes... was very friendly and professional so my review isn't about him. My review is about a program that I wanted to take part of... a referral. It was told to me that, "if you refer someone to me and they purchase a car, you'll get a referral check." Ok...so my mother purchased a car from them about 8 days after I got mine. So like most ppl, I was excited about my referral check... well let's just say I didn't get one for referring my mother. When asked why not, I was told that "Oh we took a loss because she brought the car at a reduced price"... wait what? Didn't she make a purchase? Isn't that what you told me when I got my car? No one stated that the company had to make a profit in order for me to get my referral check. My thing is, if my mother had purchased the car next to nothing, it was still a purchase and i should have received my referral check. Nothing else was said about this. Ok, so I then referred 4 more ppl... all of which purchased cars. Well let's just say I only received 3 out of the 5 referral checks. Talk about pissed off. I know one thing, I'm not a happy customer and until this issue is solved...other review sites will hear about this. The referral program should have been well explained from the jump but it wasn't.

This dealership/service team has made it to where I will never purchase a Hyundai again or EVER do business with any of Len Stoler's other car intities. Over the course of a week, I had to call the service dept twice a day to obtain a diagnosis of my vehicle. On Thursday after my father gave them a call, I finally received a call back that I needed a new engine. I told Jerry the, service advisor, that I was interested in trading my vehicle and to have a salesman get in contact with me so that I could make arrangements immediately because I needed a car and am ready to buy. 24hrs goes by, no phone call. I call back up there only to be told that someone would call me back. At this point we are at Friday evening and I need a car by Sunday. I arrive at the dealership and request to speak to the GM (Dame Shepard) who I am expressing my frustration for lack of communication, professionalism and urgency from his staff to and explained that they must not want my business based off of the service I had received. He stated that "I was attacking him and his staff"! Why? Because I'm frustrated? This is business, you cannot take this personal and for you to say that to an already irritated customer, you just added fuel to the fire!!! So I asked him, what can you do for me? He finally told me that my car would not be worth anything and tried to sell me on a Hyundai Tucson. By this time, I'm further irritated because they could have called to tell me that per my request throughout the week! I explained that at this point I am not interested in a Hyundai and am willing to pay diagnostic fee and donate my car to charity. Went up to the service dept Saturday afternoon, spoke to Kyle who said that there are no notes on my file, paid fee, get a receipt, clean out my car and was on my way. Come today (Monday) I called an organization to donate my car and they needed to verify with the dealership that nothing was owed for services on the car so I said sure, you can call I have the receipt. The organization calls the service center and speaks with service manager Micheal Vince who lies to them and says a diagnostic fee is still owed. So I call up there, speak to Micheal who states "I told them that because I was not near my computer and that was the last thing I knew". EXCUSE ME?!?!? I need you to speak on facts! Go to your computer to pull up the information requested. I actually left work to go to the dealership to speak with Micheal to ask him to verify my payment. Luckily Kyle (the gentalman who took my payment Saturday) was sitting there to verify that I paid. I then called the charity organization while on site for him to correct his unresearched answer that he provided earlier which in return delayed the process to have the car taken off the lot in a more timely fashion. This dealership is very u professional and incompetent! I would not recommend anyone use them if you are looking for acceptional customer service. They failed TREMENDOUSLY!!!

I had been to several dealerships to purchase an Elantra and by far Len Stoler Hyundai was the best dealership both in professionalism and service. After having a bad experience at Heritage, Len Stoler's service was great. The professionalism and service I received from the salesman, Aaron Gelbourne was great. He was very friendly and found the vehicle that met my specifications. I wish to also thank the General Manager, Dame Shepard, for his assistance in the purchase of my car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a professional, friendly and customer oriented dealership.

Went to trade in a vehicle. Needed a commuter car and was interested in an Accent Sport. Ms. Martin was our sales person and was professional, friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. I felt like the dealership went above and beyond to please me with the trade in, as my car had some negative equity. After dealing with a serious amount of BS from Ourisman Hyundai, I purchased a Kona EV from this dealership from Aaron G. He was great, patient, and courteous. They gave me a good deal on the car and my trade and even beat my bank on the financing for which I came in with a pre-approval. My only complaint was that they were understaffed for being the weekend before the end of the year. All of the sales team were juggling multiple customers. Otherwise, I am very pleased.

I've had the worst experience ever with this dealership today. There was a scratch on my car when I purchased it and the general manager stated that he would have it fixed. I left my house keys there and when I went back to retrieve them, Michael Davidoff, Sheila Martin, and some other salesman named Justin all decided to have a confrontation with me in front of the other customers. Very unprofessional to say the least.There should not have been a confrontation because the conversation was between Michael and I, and the rest of the team decided to jump in, and yes I said some things also because It was them against me, I had to defend myself. Michael Davidoff decided that he's not going to have my car fixed and stated that they don't have to. He then drove my car from the repair shop and dropped it off and said to me that I can leave, and I did to keep from me having to call the police.This is the second car that I've purchased from this dealership and the last. I have never been treated this way by a business before in my life. I've contacted consumer affairs and that's not the end of it.

My recent experience with Hyundai, Len Soler and Ashley Smith in the service department was stellar, it could not have gone any better! On my 7 year old Sonata I was less than 2,500 miles away from the end of Hyundai's 100,000 mile drive train warranty. When I was told that my engine could not be repaired, I thought sure I would be shopping for a car. But Ashley was my hero. She contacted Hyundai and sent them multiple pictures of the inside of my engine. Several days later when Hyundai replied that wanted to see pictures of my oil pan, Ashley got in there and took more pictures and sent them as well. These additional photos are what caused Hyundai to decide to give me a BRAND NEW ENGINE! Ashley called me multiple times along the way to keep me updated and also got me into a free of charge rental car to use while my engine was being replaced. Thank you Ashley for going the extra mile for me!! And thank you Hyundai for being the honest, reputable company that I had hoped you would be. Len Stoler, you should work very hard to keep good customer caring employees like Ashley Smith, they seem to be very rare these days. It is employees like her that will keep customers like me coming back to you to buy all my cars in the future. Thank you.

I was slow to get my car in for service and I got a friendly call asking if I wanted to schedule a day to come in. Loved Brandon's thorough assistance in making sure I got everything done on time and under the estimate. The young man who drove my car into the garage in the morning remembered me when I came back and drove my car up to me as I left the cashier's. The car was sparkling clean too! The parking lot is pretty awful while construction is going on but don't let that deter you!

Good experience overall. Aaron G. was friendly and easy to work with. The whole staff made sure we had a good experience and worked to get a good deal. We appreciated that they helped expedite the process as much as possible as well so that we didn't have to wait around for all the paper work forever. Showroom was clean and car was detailed.

This place is a joke. You have an appointment, but they only have 1 SERVICE ADVISOR working. The inefficiencies here are paramount. Hyundai May be an ok vehicle, but their service department is severely lacking!! Making an appointment means nothing here! Revision: 8/1/20 Len Stoler made it right. The communication is great. The Service Advisors are polite and customer focused. I recommend this place and believe that my initial experience was a fluke. I up my rating from 1-star to 5-stars.

We went up to look at the Hyundai Palisade August 2, 2020 the SUV LIMITED was fantastic, My Husband went up the next day to work on a deal . To our surprise what they offered Aaron the Salesman and Brendan the Sales Manager for my Husband s car was unbelievable. The deal was struck my thoughts where wondered what they would do for my car. I think I got a even better deal.Aaron was so nice he even spent the time to go over my new Veloster and it s functions. Brandon was very friendly and helpful and was also very patient with me as I asked a million questions. He is the best one at the service department that I ve dealt with of all the times that I have brought my car in for service. I will only ask for him each time. The older gentleman John is very rude and abrupt. I would not recommend him as your service advisor.

I brought my car to the service center to get it looked at but left unimpressed. The service was slow and was upcharged $700 for spark plug and ignition coil replacement. Out of the $700, $55 was itemized to update software that I wasn't even aware of or told specifically why it was necessary to pay for it. This was after I had already paid 79.99 for the diagnostic test. As a result, I declined the service when I can pay at least $100 less for the same services and parts somewhere else. Only the diagnosis report was useful. The combination of slow service and trying to squeeze money out of my wallet will keep me from going here again.

Our salesperson, Aaron Goulbourne, was top notch in every respect. We bought the car solely because of Aaron's efforts and in spite of a terrible experience with the Stoler Hyundai service department (they performed substandard, poor work on a Hyundai we already owned). Aaron was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Aaron treated us respectfully and was very careful to not waste our time. Aaron took the time to return calls and respond to e-mails; and post-sale he spent a great deal of time explaining the car to us. I would absolutely recommend dealing with and purchasing a car from Aaron (though I would certainly have it serviced somewhere else). Thank you, Aaron, for making our car buying experience as quick and "painless" as possible. Much appreciated.

I went to Hyundai looking for a Hyundai Sonata 2013 SE T. I was very pleased with the hard and dedicated work that the saleswoman...Jamie was able to bring to me. She got the exact car that I was looking for and she made it as straightforward with listing out how much everything would cost and how much the interest would cost and how much my monthly payments would be. After having an extremely frustrating experience at another dealer, I headed over to Len Stoler. From the first phone interaction I was treated with respect, patience, and extreme professionalism. Brendan, Justin, and Steve answered all of my questions regarding financing, and worked hard to get me the best rate. I felt like one of the family, and unlike other car dealers felt that the communication regarding cost was 100% blunt and transparent so I knew exactly what I was buying. Not impressed with the service recieved, all the way up to corporate. Took 5 months to get my car back and that was only after we threatened to pursue them legally. Finally made things right after they ruined the first engine and other parts to the car (was told that the acting mechanic had to be fired for similar issues with other clients). After this frustrating experience, I will never purchase another Hyundia, which is unfortunate because the car is great- the terrible service was not. My husband had to essentially "hold their hand" the entire way and make sure they did the work properly.

I bought my car hear about 3 years ago, and I come back for regular maintenance visits. I now work about an hour from here, so it's an inconvenience to bring my car here sometimes, but I think its worth it. I even checked on a Hyundai dealer near my office, and for one visit they wanted almost twice the money as Len Stoler did for standard maintenance. I've been very happy so far, and will keep coming back as long as I am in the area. Every time is quick and courteous

I will share my poor experience and you can decide if you want to be stuck dealing with these guys when you need help. Spoiler: IF IT DOESN'T HELP THEM THEY DON'T BOTHER TO HELP YOU! Very sleazy guys...I went in for a promotional test drive and even had the car run out of gas on me but they haven't processed my reward weeks later. They ignore you if it won't make them money. I don't trust these guys at all and would shop elsewhere...

I own a 2007 Santa Fe which I purchased new at Len Stoler. I currently have over 150K miles on the vehicle and have had almost all my service work done at Len Stoler. i just bought a used car on last week. When I bought it, the seller told me if the car have any problem during a month. They will fix it. Second day, the tire got broke, even I just drive 2 mile.when I came back to fix it, they told me I should pay for it. I really feel upset. I really don't recommend people to buy car on here. They aren't honest. shame on him.

I can not say enough about the staff and services provided by Len Stoler Hyundai. My salesperson, Sheila Martin was simply put, Awesome! Shelia' s personality and professionalism were outstanding. She, along with Wes Watson, and Steve, provided a very honest and needed service for my incredibly difficult situation. I walked away with an awesome deal, fully satisfied, and feeling respected. In fact I Shelia made me feel like a friend. Really exceptional!

I had an 11 am appointment and I showed up on time to drop off my car. All I wanted to do was quickly drop it off for an oil change, but after waiting 25 minutes for an advisor to come talk to me, I decided to leave. Time is money. I was late to a lunch appointment because of this poor customer check in process. I've been a lifelong Toyota owner and their auto service centers couldn't be any more efficient. I just bought a Hyundai and this was my first experience with their service center. Needless to say, I'm missing Toyota today.

I have been placed on hold for several minutes at a time several times (just about every time i call this place for service, though the salesmen are quick to pickup.) It is very slow and often forces me to take more than half a day's work off to get in touch with them. This is just the phone call, just imagine going there.

As a first time buyer I was really nervous, so I needed a reliable dealership and a dealer I could trust. I felt like Sheila was trustworthy (especially since she was recommended to me by a coworker) and did her job really well. I got a great car (Kia Forte 2016), a good deal and a great experience overall.
