As always, Hyundai service department was EXCELLENT. My service advisor Travis Nash was great in writing up my request. I always ask for the SAME mechanic who is EXCELLENT and is the reason I always come to Len Stoler. His name is BENO (don't have his last name, unfortunately). He is professional and very attentive to customer's needs.

Car buying for me was stressful but working with Aaron G. made it much easier than expected. From the beginning he listened and paid attention to what I was looking for down to the color of the car and amount I was looking to spend. I would highly recommend seeking Aaron out personally if you want someone who is knowledgeable, thorough and most of all patient.

Alex, the sales person was very nice and accommodating. However, waiting 1.5 hours for the car to be detailed was ridicules. And I just found out that the tire pressure is 45 & 46.5 on each tire. The manufacturer recommends 35psi, so how come the dealership sends the car out with 10lbs over the recommend pressure?
Also I was told that the car came with a privacy screen, but it was missing, and apparently not on the sticker. I should not have been told that it came with it.
The Palisade, on the other hand is very nice, I selected it over the Highlander.

Stopped here for a test drive, the staff was extremely polite and not pushy at all especially at this time of the year when sales people are desperate to close deals. Also really impressed with Traye a 20 year old car salesman, a rare thing to see, was very charismatic and mature. Would definitely recommend checking them out for anyone who's looking to buy a car.

On 10/10/2017 I was introduced to Brendan Keough, he went above and beyond his duty. He had a beautiful genuine smile and made sure everything was in my best interest. He gave me what I wanted, picking it out himself!! He's a wonderful person, you all should be thrilled to have such an authentic salesperson who was also very handsome. I was also introduced to his father, Mr Kevin at the Ford store who was just like his son. Its like father like son, two beautiful people that care from the bottom of their hearts. It is rather disturbing when you take a vehicle in for service and to get it returned to you missing items out of it and the dealership doesn't replace the item, they only want to give you credit towards your next visit. Who wants to return for that next visit? It should not matter what the item was, what should matter is "customer satisfaction"!

This place they has the worst customer service ever!! I have 2019 santa fe ultimate package only 8k miles. Drop by for the auto stop light keep staying on but the engine still running, battery is dead after parking in side my garage for 5 days! The service advisor told me that i have to pay $199 for the diagnostic which my car still have 52k miles and over 5 years of factory warranty!! I called HYUNDAI HEADQUARTER , they end up have to call the dealer to void the diagnostic charged for me. They kept my car for 3 days and didn't fix the problems! They told me that they didn't find any problems what so ever!!! Please stay away from this facility....

Well if you buy a new car from here pray that nothing ever goes wrong with it. If it does DON'T bring it here. Thanks to Hyundai Assurance I had to have my car towed here because it was the closest dealer to my house and the car would not start. They supposedly fixed the problem back in May. It is now December and I am having the same issues as before, luckily it still starts for now. I tried to take it back to them to have them take a look at it again but because I was a lousy 350 miles over their crappy warranty they wouldn't do a thing. I'm sorry if I drive a lot and actually went on a vacation this year. No apology nothing, The idiot even had to break out a calculator to make sure that he was correct and it was over milage because I questioned him on it. I guess they just don't care about customer service or standing behind their work. In this day and age I can't understand how they are still doing any business with customer service like that.

I dont trust them. I find that everytime I take my car in for service something else goes wrong a couple of months down the line. Also the customer service in the service center is bad. The first time I dropped off my car I was told my car would be ready for pickup by 5pm the same day. I didn't get my car back for almost a week. They I had to take the car back because the piece that was put on was defective. The second time.. I knew exactly what was wrong and I told them. They told me I was incorrect and my car was undiagnosed. I was told they didnt know what was wrong but they swore that the check engine light had nothing to do with what I was experiencing. So I asked why the check engine light was on.. they didnt know. WHAT DO YOU KNOW?? I know you wont touch my car again! Now I'm having other issues. And I just feel like they are the type of shop to mess up your car to keep you coming back.

Earlier this week I brought my Sonata in for service. I received fast and friendly service from Nick Hildebrandt from the moment I walked in, till I left with my car later that afternoon. He explained everything in detail and called me twice through the day to keep me updated. The car was ready when promised, and I walked out feeling like I had a new car.

Everyone was friendly including the guys who brought my car around, had the AC running for me and opened and closed my door for me.

My only issue is that the cashier was not that friendly and as warm as all the other people I encountered.

I feel as though my car was serviced properly and thoroughly.

It was very refreshing to have Christina Hyatt as service advisor this time. She is much more attentive than the other advisors. Usually they hide in the back of the service area and you have to stand there for a while before they will even acknowledge you. But Christina was MUCH more helpful. It was also nice that I could squeeze in my oil change and tire rotation w/o an appointment and they had my car ready before the morning was over. Much better experience than usual.

Today I went this dealership after receiving a phone call last week that my tags were ready for pick up. Crazy thing is I didn t buy a car, when I asked for more information no one returned my phone calls. I had to physically go into the dealership for information where I was told that they linked my information to another person s account who has the same name as me. I directly asked them for my account as I had never purchased anything from them but they stated they didn t have an actual account for me. Not once did anyone take ownership for the error in recording in their system or did anyone even apologize for the mistake. The customer service and lack of ownership was horrible, I would not recommend this place to others.

I've been coming here for a year and a half to get...

I've been coming here for a year and a half to get my car serviced and I've always been treated well. From the show room to the service center, I've always been treated like family.

I took a test drive during my service appointment last week with the new hire Trey. From the time he greeted me, to the time we returned back to the dealer, everything went smoothly. He even made sure the car was warmed up before we took the test drive lol.
Kevin, the General Sales Manager contributed to the experience significantly. He sat down with Trey and I to discuss how my test drive went and used our experience as an exercise to further Trey's at the dealership. It showed me that Kevin genuinely cares about his employee's and makes sure the customer gets the best experience.

Overall experience at the dealer was professional, comfortable, and fun.

These guys are fantastic. As someone who buys a car ever 3-4 years I can truly say this dealership is top notch.Friendly, easy to work with, and honest. There was a mistake made with my paperwork. Rather than try to get one over as some car dealers would try they fixed it no hassles. I would highly recommend them to anyone. This is how car buying should be.

Updated review of service center, October 2020:
Unfortunately after a great sales experience, I ve found the rest of Len Stoler s customer service to be lackluster at best. After an incomplete first service and a few less than ideal interactions I was happy to forgive, the service offered a full detailing for my trouble. When I had this done, they slapped a dealership emblem on my car (that I ve now owned for months) without my permission, and when I objected, no apology was offered, nor even an acknowledgement that it shouldn t have happened. There was a complete lack of understanding that their service department is responsible for anything that happens to my car when they have it, and has undermined my trust in handing my keys over to them. When I expressed this to both the service and sales managers, I got zero response of any kind. I guess they ve just decided they don t want my business, so I'll take it to another dealership.
To boot, after nearly three months and several attempts to get them that had been shrugged at, finally when I went in person I discovered my license plates had been sitting in a drawer for 2-3 weeks. No one had made any attempt to let me know they were in, because my salesperson is no longer working there. I suspect they d have never reached out at all if I hadn t gone in and asked for them myself.

Original review of sales experience, summer 2020:
I dropped in on Len Stoler Hyundai interested in a Kona. Travis was the salesperson who caught my husband and I on our way in. He was professional and courteous throughout our visit, understood that I wasn't going to be hassled into a sale and that I was in research mode.

In the end, I returned the following weekend and bought the Kona I'd driven. I was not interested in an extended buying process, negotiation, etc: I knew what the car and my trade in were worth, and Travis was able to get his numbers in line with mine. We were in and out in what is probably record time for a new car sale.

I've now recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so when people compliment my new ride (which they've already done, a lot!). I would happily come back to work with Travis again in the future.

At the Baltimore Auto Show in February 2019, I resolved to buy a Hyundai Elantra. My prior research on the Elantra versus its competition made it clear that the combination of driver/passengers seating comfort, the ultimate Hyundai warranty, and the lowest base price in its category would make this the right replacement for our 2004 Chevy Impala which had grown both too large and too maintenance-costly for me. When I got to sit both in the driver's seat and in the back seat (allowing for when my grandsons will chauffeur me) at the Auto Show, my tentative decision became final.

That just left the question of how to go about buying the Elantra. Len Stoler's dealership is the closest to my home, and I found its website really easy to navigate (and I also need to spend a moment to thank the "Concierge" functionality of the Auto Show for making sure that the start of my purchasing process would go well). But I also wanted to compare how I'd do with one of the largest auto-buying programs. Jumping to the end of the process, Costco was directing me to a dealership in Rockville, which was much too far for me to drive.

The negotiating process with Len Stoler Hyundai was very warm and obviously effective, as can be seen from my rating. I was served across the spectrum of staff members - Myiesha Scott, John Chambers who was my salesperson of record and my new best friend, Darren Badillo who manages them well and who "honchoed"this process to conclusion, and Sharonda who successfully battled the demons of a faulty title with our traded-in car (our 2004 Impala had been assigned a model year of 2015 when I appeared at MVA in 2013 to re-title the car from Colorado to Maryland). In the end, I do believe that the final price I paid for the Elantra was excellent for me, especially as I do not fit into the special discount categories for military-service members or recent college graduates (I couldn't make the case that my 1969 master's degree should be reckoned favorably).

The after-purchase service as been equally strong, as John Chambers gave my wife and me a full tutorial on how to operate the vehicle before we were allowed to hit the road. Darren Badillo's follow-up both as regards overall satisfaction and minor pending matters, such as receipt of our test-drive gift-card and correction of the title of the traded-in vehicle, has been deeply appreciated.

I will close by thanking Gino Gregory, the General Sales Manager, whom I was privileged to meet when signing documents, for having assembled a team of outstanding individuals who actually collaborate seamlessly in ensuring that even a one-in-15-year car buyer like me will neither be, nor even feel, taken advantage of, as contrasted to becoming part of a family.

I can't use the word "best," because I haven't experienced what any competition to Len Stoler might offer, but I can confidently write that I just can't imagine a better car-buying experience than what I was given.

I had an appointment at the Len Stoler Hyundai service dept on November 29, 2018. I must recognize that Mr. Jerry Follmeyer greeted me as I arrived. As I am disabled, Mr. Follmeyer was very sensitive to this fact and assisted me in getting safely from my vehicle into the lounge area. Once my car was completed, he accompanied me back to my vehicle making sure I was safely back in and ready to leave. In addition, Mr. Follmeyer also had my vehicle washed which was a very nice and unexpected touch. Because of Mr. Jerry Follmeyer's kindness and professional care to details, I eagerly look forward to my next service visit next May.

I have encountered 2 issues when my car was in for...

I have encountered 2 issues when my car was in for service. I had appointments both times and there seem to be some lack of communication back to the customer if something is taking longer then expected.

That is the main reason for the 2 stars. I have not had to return for poor work performance.

Before that I was going to Mileone in Towson and the service there is horrible. These guys are great. I brought my own oil and they only charged me for the labor and filter. They also offered me free car wash which was great.

The vehicle was brought in for recalls which I assumed was complete. The guy there also indicated they would do the standard check on the vehicle. I was never called when the vehicle was ready. Then when I get there it's an up sell on tires and wiper blades and sealant. But they never indicated that I would need the alignment in the front worked on which is the reason why the tire was shaking or that brakes are now reccomend for replacement. The crazy thing is I knew all this was wrong with the vehicle and just wanted to see if they would do and honest inspection with accurate information.

I brought my 2012 Elantra in due to an issue with a tire. They took me right away. They also let me know that I would have been receiving a notice about a recall issue. They had the replacement in stock and asked if I would like to have both items completed. The estimated time was 90 minutes. The repairs were completed before that time. The facility is neat and clean, the waiting room was certainly acceptable and Charlie Chase, as always, was an outstanding representative of your company. The young lady at the cashier's office was also pleasant.. If have always had a good experience whenever I needed service from this dealership.

I wish there was. 0 star rating because Len Stoler has the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I brought my car in to get my AC compressor fixed and when I took it back I noticed the next day they never put back on the splash guard on the bottom of my car. I called them on a Friday to ask where it was and they said they would look into. Come Tuesday the following week I called again to follow up because no one got in contact with me. They said they would look into it again. It is now Wednesday and I had to call a 3rd time and they said their tech that worked on my car couldn t remember my car and that they were still looking for it. They called me back a few hours later to tell me the tech told the service advisor NICK that there was never a splash guard under my car. They are the only shop that has serviced my car and they are now saying it wasn t even there. I am extremely disappointed that they won t own up to their fault. I will never be giving them my service again and they will never get a recommendation from me. Nick at Hyundai service department I am extremely disappointed in how terribly you handled this situation. You will be hearing from me again until you give me back the part to my car that you guys claim to have never seen.

My last experience at Len Stoler Hyundai was probably my best experience in years dealing with them. I have been a Len Stoler customer since 2013. When I purchased my second vehicle from them I noticed the customer service in the service department had gone down. I would have to call to see if my vehicle was ready, I was not receiving updates on my vehicle like before, and there had been times when I went to either drop or pick my vehicle up no one would speak to me until I walked up to a desk directly. My service in June was great and it was due to Brandon Rupert. He was very caring, updated me regularly, and spoke before I even had the chance to gather my belongings out of the car. The man who checks the vehicles in even opened my door when I pulled in. Thanks to Brandon and the gentleman who first greeted me Len Stoler Hyundai may get more business from me.

It is situations and people like Chris that have kept me from getting my vehicle serviced at Len Stoler Hyundai but as I stated in the beginning, Brandon and the guy who greeted me and opened my car door may have given Len Stoler another chance at getting their once faithful, long time customer back.
