I bought Hyundai Elantra from this place. Have the service done here all the time for 3.5 years now. On average, 2-3 hours is what they need for maintenance including car wash.

I though it was ok, but, when I bought my Sienna last year (have it service at a Toyota Service facility near Bjs in OwingsMills Boulevard), I realize that this place needs a makeover in customer care.

With Toyota, the service is Excellent. I never waited 2 hours for my regular maintenance. Mostly within 45 mins with car wash or 30 mins without wash.

What disappoint me was I came in for my 8:40am appointment on time, they got me in on time (that's why it's 2-stars btw), then rep told me my car would be ready in an hour. I need to have my right headlight replaced bec it just stopped working. That's it! No oil change, rotation, or anything else. At exactly, 9:40am the rep came back and told me a bunch of recommended repairs. I said, I will hold on it until my next service appointment so that it will be all at the same time and also bec I need to be out here soon.

Now, when I asked the rep "how much longer should I wait?" He said about an hour from now. I bet you can imagine how bad my reaction would be. I am totally disappointed. He further explained that the time I came in was the time to discuss my car service and not the actual time technicians do the repair. (I have a lot to say about that like why then you just give us 2 check in times? One is for service discussion, and second the actual service? With that I would just decline the service discussion and just go straight at the actual service time where I just need a simple bulb replacement.

Finally, to all of you out there reading this review - consider buying a car with great customer service that comes with it.

*** Need to head out to the rep now bec it's already 10:31am and I wonder if I can get my car by 10:40am.
