This place is a joke. You have an appointment, but they only have 1 SERVICE ADVISOR working. The inefficiencies here are paramount. Hyundai May be an ok vehicle, but their service department is severely lacking!! Making an appointment means nothing here!

Len Stoler made it right. The communication is great. The Service Advisors are polite and customer focused. I recommend this place and believe that my initial experience was a fluke. I up my rating from 1-star to 5-stars.
