The worst network my money disappeared from my account and after that when I called them they said that the phone used data did not even tell me the ip of the sami device proves this customer service so people play game because you are struggling to explain that it is made that I do not understand after that you annoyed nose
I modify my comment Lebara degrades with time they reduce the data increase the rates also their customer service and too limited (available) Too bad we would have expected the opposite the progress .. and calls to Switzerland are not included while they are there.
I dont mind their product as they are good value but customer service is terrible. If nothing goes wrong it is a good product but the day something goes wrong you will be stumped. There is no way you can connect on phone as the wait is so long (runs into over 10-15 mins) and the online alternative of web contact is terrible. Been out of phone for 4 days now and they have not bothered to do anything

Prepaid: Worthless !!! My son did not top up on time and because he almost never calls, he has not received the message "you must top up within ... time" before he could call.
Now his number is blocked !! When asked why they do not send SMS with a reminder, the answer from the "help desk" was: No, that is way too much work !!! ???
Unblock number again when we top up: no that is not possible either!

Just had a bad experience with Lebara. I've had my Sim for quite a long time, well over 5 years at least. My sim was blocked because l didn't put any credit on it for 84 days. Called Lebara on 29/08/16 and was told that they will try to help out and that I should call back in October. Sim card was still working to receive calls only. On calling back yesterday couldn't get to speak to someone. I called again today 18/10/16 only to be told the same thing, that I would have to wait again for a decision for about another two months that the request in August was declined. What is the assurance that Lebara would not decline again?. Bad decision making to want to lose a customer using Lebara for over 5 years. I'm out, would go somewhere else. Sim is not even receiving calls now.
Bought a SIM card in Denmark for travel throughout Europe. It took forever to activate (no English language option apparently) and then when I travelled to Italy it didn't work. I went through THREE different customer service chats before we finally figured out how to set my APN to work internationally. Even then, the coverage was intermittent at best. Then I moved on to another country and - guess what? - the card stopped working again. Paid for a month got, at most, 5 days. Terrible.
All was going tickety boo until I tried to change a payment card method using my Lebara on line account Ive been with then for quite a while now...Then guess what? All h*ll let loose their systems just cant cope...My auto renew using my Pay-Pal account has been cut off again and my u switch plan has been turned off and wiped out...Wake up or you will end up like G Gaff...If it isn't rectified, next time I am at Canary Wharf there could be a knock on the door...Your website doesn't allow for email address changes why?...You also "appear" to be operating on a high band-with website for the personal online accounts, if the case this isn't useful to the masses...Its nil points for me until you sort yourselves out very disappointing dear chums...(Please do not waste my time any longer)...

As for louisa and lyn, both of you are very pedantic and patronizing how you speak to a customer. To offer someone who spends atleast $100 a month a $10 "good will" reimbursement because of being unable to recharge any way possible....and thats what u offer. Well im sorry thats not good enough. 3 months in a row ive had nothing but issues!
I called the staff through their number, the guy was very kind and patience and solve quite easily my problem. I call during time line 9am-6pm. At the moment I have no problem with them
The service was really friendly and the facilities are modern and comfortable while waiting. I had a problem with the first sim card, but Lebara s customer service took care of the problem and gave me a new sim card for two months free of charge! I will definitely continue to do business in Lebara. I highly recommend!
Ordered a SIM card from Lebara.co.uk which never arrived! Money was deducted from my account and customer service representatives lied that the SIM card has been dispatched and will arrive on so & so date. After 3-4 days of calling I was finally told there was a problem with the order and the SIM was infact never dispatched. Wasted a week waiting for a SIM card that doesn't exist.
Editing my review as Lebara have very kindly sorted this issue out for me and organized a replacement SIM with preloaded credit as an apology. Thanks very much to John-Paul Patten (Operations director @ Lebara)

Sadly, before with all comfort they had a website to manage everything with several numbers and in this way I could reload everything from my account, now without warning they change everything as already on several occasions and instead of improving they get worse. The customers must spare them so that for my part some phone will cease to belong to Lebara because they are not even able in their attention to the client to explain what motivates these continuous changes without notice.

I bought the sim for my travel to india. Unfortunately the sim does not work in india. Dont bother buying the sim card if you want free roaming in India.

It takes ages for their useless and helpless customer service team to respond to an email message and they keep asking too many repetitive and boring questions in the name of "customer security"! I have answered all their stupid questions several times , but they keep asking the same boring questions over and over again! Useless bunch of staff!

Dont trust this company. I had never heard of them before and they somehow charged me three times in one day @ 25.00 euros each. I managed to get the money back from my bank. But dont know how Lebara did this. Dont trust them.

They can just take money out from your existing credit without giving any reason. I topped up 10 pounds (plus existing 3 pounds in the balance) and without making any phone call, all credit is gone. I topped up 12.5 pounds for a 3gb data bundle and just used less than 500 mb (checked on my phone) and they claimed that I have used up all 3gb and stopped my bundle. When I called the customer service (they charged for this) and asked for a reason, the guy just hung up on me. I gave a 0 rating to the service straight away after the call just now (~16:35 22Jul16). They don't even deserve a 0 rating and I will never use this company again. I selected one star because this is the lowest I can select.

I've been using them for almost a year and I've never used the 500 Mb data I get with my subscription each month. I was having problem trying to setup mobile internet today, so I decided to call customer service. I can't imagine I was charged for trying to speak to a customer service agent. I hadn't even spoken to any representative before I was informed I'd be charged 19 pence per minute(even a higher price). Ridiculous. I ended up cutting the call so I don t finish the little calling units in my account...Other than that I'd say they're fairly okay(not that I've used any other mobile networks in the UK).

e.g. I bought a 1 GB package 2 times.
My phone said I used 850 Mb. Lebara said I used 1 Gb.
I bought a 2 GB package. The amount it cost was booked from my balance and everything seemed right. The next day tha 2 GB package was not there anymore and my balance was completely empty

I found the initial set up a bit daunting - but the Lebara 'chat' system and staff were very helpful and sorted the issues out - so all resolved satisfactorily - good customer service.
Had a separate discussion - on line chat to swap sim numbers - again very helpful staff,
